I purchased an AC unit from Valleywide Cooling back in July 2025 for a rental. Decided to go with them after calling around and got a bad taste in my mouth with other companies. Margret (the office lady) was wonderful. She is very friendly, patient, understanding and clear. Her follow up with details was beyond expected. Jimmy the tech was very patient in explaining to me what is being done. And very patient and nice with my many many calls and questions. He constantly kept me in loop with updates. And was very genuine with his knowledge and didn't try to upsale. And they were very good with a free follow up appt 5 months later to make sure the heating part was working correctly. They took alot of stress off my overwhelming task of an AC replacement. I highly recommend them.

The first time this happened at this property, I told the guy who was standing at his truck checking his phone that he was blocking the entire sidewalk and I could not get by walking my dogs. He did not move and instead doubled down the next time he was out and used both trucks to block the sidewalk. No considerate of others. In response to the company's reasoning, I disagree, I have lived in this community since April 2000 in 3 different homes including on that street and it is first of all is not a thoroughfare and has very little traffic but regardless is wide enough for him to park on the roll up curb or even park 1 car length further up to allow pedestrians and vehicles to both pass safely. There are work trucks parking on that street everyday and none of them were parked so far onto the sidewalk that they impede pedestrians walking by safely. There was also ample room in the homeowners driveway to park further back and not block the sidewalk. Obviously, you're more interested in arguing with me on a public forum than the neighbors you serve. But I have 2 small dogs on a walk and it was already 95 degrees at 9am - the asphalt is 20+ degrees hotter than the sidewalk and it was burning their feet. I'm sorry your tech is too lazy to walk 10 addl feet than inconvenience the neighbors. The bottom line is sidewalks are for people not for vehicles.

This review is factual and reflect what happened. Last July…read moreI left a 5 stars review after Lee Collin installed a new blower motor. However, I realized that manual FAN ON did not work, neither the fan delay was not working. I contacted Lee Collin to verified installation of the blower motor. They send another technician. The senior one. This technician diagnosed that a fan relay was not working and possibly a timer delay relay could also be faulty. I received an estimate for this new repair for $270. I had no reason not to trust them so I changed both relay, although after replacing both relay the system did not work. I was surprised so I requested further investigation with another outside technician and it was revealed that relay were not at fault but that the first installer had not positon the white wire from the blower motor to the proper prong on the contactor, after moving the white wire to the opposite side of the contactor the fan system started to operate normally. I am a bit disappointed that 2 technician of Lee Collin could not find and rectified the problem. I understand that error do occurred but when you are paying per hour labor and expensive parts it is not want customers want. Respectfully.

We were looking for a repair and Chris was willing and able to do it. That evening we discussed it. Because the age of the unit the next day we asked about replacing it. Chris seemed surprised that we were considering that. His estmate was lower than prices we had been told by others who had similar units replaced. Then after the rapid install of a name brand unit with a 10 year warranty the final bill was significantly less than his original estimate. He left everything neat and cleaned up. We had expected it since the existing system was nearly 20 yrs old and an outdated R22 system. Brett was prompt on getting out there, very straightforward on what the problem was, a condenser failure, and what my options were for replacement. He came back with his recommendations on what system we should go with and was very clear as to why he was recommending it, which helped me to understand his train of thought and whether that met my needs. He and his team were also very quick to replace the unit and accommodating with the daughter, who's currently living at the house. I don't hope to have any HVAC issues in the near future, but I know who I'll call when I do.
