If I could give lower than a 1 I would. My husband and I hired this company to change the flooring in my home. Worst mistake we've ever made. The installation people did not cover or contain anything while they chipped up our tile. So my house was covered in so much dust. There was no vaccum or anything to assist with the dust. When I called and asked why nothing was taped they said to let them do it and not worry. The installers had their wives walking into my home and walking around. It was very I professional. They messed up every single door frame in my home. If that wasn't bad enough when they removed the toilets they did not cap the drains. The day after they finished the floor my master bath toilet started to flood from under the toilet. We called a plumber and they found tile in our drain. A gross negligence on RM interiors. The following day we found black mold in the closet directly behind the toilet. When I contacted the company they apologized and said they would handle it. I have been back and forth with Brandon Witt. The National director. He called me after I sent and email outlining what needed to ve done after I received a second opinion. He was yelling at me asking me why I did that. I told him that this was not a personal attack I wanted a paper trail outlining everything happening. I asked for the owners info he declined. They were suppose to have people come today to rip up the flooring because of the mold and bacteria under the floor. They never showed. I called Brandon Witt and he declined the call. I called the office and Brandon Witt answered. When I asked where the guys were for the flooring he said they weren't coming. He then stated he could no longer speak to me and hung up on me. This is the worst company I have ever used. I can not believe that this is how they treat customers. DO NOTNUSE THIS COMPANY! WORST INSTALL AND SERVICE EVR!!!!! read more

Poor customer service and company will not stand behind the product or the installation. Spent $6000 to have LVP flooring installed in 2022 and 3 1/2 years later, it is full of scratches and planks are popping up from broken tabs. Product is not as durable as it was promoted to be and our concerns have been brushed aside once they had our money. After 2 months, finally Steve came out and set an appointment for repair (that we have to pay for??). Tried to confirm the appointment the week before and again messages went unanswered. The day to fix the issue came and went--NO CALL, NO SHOW. Nothing at all from the company for the past 10 days from the original repair appointment date. IT'S BEEN A NIGHTMARE! It's no wonder the San Antonio Office was closed! Do you hold your floors together with tape? Try to glue them down? I have never had such a horrific experience with flooring than I did with RM Interiors. These floors haven't lasted me 1 year, let alone the 25 years I have floors in another house! They lead you to believe that it's quality flooring- the manager said he has the same floors in his house as I have- BULLSHIT! The installer said I can clean them with anything- soap, detergent, even vinegar- BULLSHIT! Twice they ripped them up and relaid the floors IN THE SAME EXACT WAY...what's the definition of insanity?? And then claimed that they needed to be jackhammered because they were originally laid over broken mosaic tile- WHAT?? What kind of a job is that??? Even when they tore up the floor until they reached concrete, the same thing happened all over again. I gave up, I just couldn't deal with these people anymore , until I realized that it's wrong to allow a company to walk away with my hard earned money after doing an inept, insufficient, horrendous, unprofessional job. They offered me $1000 as a good faith supplement- not as an admittance of guilt- but for me to walk away quietly. I don't have money. I am a 65 year old single woman, supporting myself, I have no help. I can't afford to throw away $1000 but I'll be damned if they'll shut me up and I have the pleasure of slamming their company-Rick Wagner and brother- for the shittiest job imaginable! read more

Service Requested: Removal of three layers of flooring including ceramic tile on 3rd layer. Job was scheduled and promised to be completed on a Friday prior to a family memorial service the following Sunday. Removal and install of new flooring had been scheduled for 2 weeks with a promise to complete. Quality: Poor. They sent 2 people out who arrived an hour and a half late. They pulled up in a small truck and said they were NOT told it needed to be done in one day and they were NOT told they had to remove ceramic tile. They used a hammer to break up the tile, damaging the baseboards across the entire bottom floor of the home. They broke a piece of tile around the fireplace. They put a hole in a closer door. They also broke our brand new toilet and left it in my tub. Even after I bought them lunch, they left at 5:00 sharp leaving piles of broke tile all over the house. They also lost an hour and a half leaving to dump some of the debris. WE had to clean up the mess when they left and we helped carry piles to their truck. They broke a piece of tile on my counter top putting the stove back. They pushed the refrigerator back but failed to install the water line. I had to pay $300 for an emergency plumber to fix thw toilet. They came back on Saturday to finish the demo. They did not bring anything to cover windows doorways or counter. Thankfully my rental agency helped by sending out a cleaning crew on the day of the memorial Value: I would not recommend RM Interiors to anyone. They disrespected my home with zero regard on their promises to make the memorial nice. I had to call many friends to help clean up their messes and my rental agency is sending someone else out to repair the baseboards. Do not hire this company for your flooring projects read more

Chris texted me to tell me that he was due to arrive in 30 minutes to do a carpet cleaning. I called my kids and he was right on time and did a fantastic job in the two hours he was there. BEWARE! This is an unethical, unprofessional organization. If I could give this company zero stars, I would! They broke my bed frame band then tried to cover it up. Their branch account manager Rosemary Pinela told me she would be sending a manager back out here to fix my bed frame, but then called back to tell me to call my property manager. I then spoke with her manager Giolanni Castaneda who said the installers had lied and said we broke the bed. But God is good, because fortunately we were in time stamped recorded work meetings during said time. And I'll be seeing them and small claims. Save yourself the money and the hassle. Cheap is not always better. Go with a reputable company who will not send two extremely petite men to move heavy duty furniture who will then break said furniture and lie about it. And RMI lesson learned when you don't have the ability to move someone's furniture speak up, don't attempt to move someone's stuff, break it, and then not man up. Careful, this place will work with the contractor to scam you out of money. I was provided an invoice with a higher quantity of materials than what was ordered. It wasn't until the owners family member (contractor) abandoned the job and left us without a kitchen for 9 months that I discovered that I was blatantly stolen from. I don't know if the problem lied with RM or with the Contractor, but their name was on the invoice and they were interconnected. If you use RM make sure you have a handle on the materials, I thought I did and was proven wrong. This experience has been an absoltute nightmare. read more

Absolute worst service from literally everyone at this place. Steve was absolutely horrible for many reasons. No one in the place could take our money for the safety deposit. All our materials had to be ordered which is fine but they never called to let us know it was in. In fact They Won't answer the phone and don't expect them to call you. Even when asking for your money. They finally sent my bill in an email a month after the work had been done. The list goes on and on. Lies, Lies,Lies Mark told me we can fix this. No problem. Water damage from a pipe breaking in the wall, Flooded our laminate flooring. Took me over 9 months to get this addressed as we rent home from Invitation Homes and had to get approved and use there vendor. We know flooring and this is not how you fix 9 month wet laminate. When you have a flood. Someone should come out and remove wet drywall and flooring. Use a high powered fan and chemically treat for mold. None of this was done in the 9 month process. When Mark pulled laminate up. There was still water under wood. Pulled up half the laminate and labeled and let dry 24 hours. Next day installers came out set up. Said this wood is ruined. We can replace it like this. He tried to call Mark. Later that same day Jose a worker for Rm came with glue and apoxy. And started placing the laminate back together. No pattern or design was followed as the rest of flooring. Finish half way. We had someplace to be at 3pm. Different installers showed up next day. LATE on a Saturday morning and said what a mess. This wood should be replaced blah. Blah. Blah. Mark called me monday morning at 848 and asked how the floor was. I told him absolutely unacceptable. He started to tell me. Your husband tried to tell our installers that floor needed replaced. Back up. They said that. And yes. He also said that. Take a look at this and see for yourself. I myself have been sick for months. Asthma. Allergies. Cough. Wheezing. I also have a 4 year grandson with the same symptoms. read more

We had contracted with RM to place a wood-grain laminate on a home we were selling. At the time of instillation, they changed the flooring to a cheap vinyl and said we didn't need an underlayment. After correcting the original product, they installed it without an underlayment, only to have to take it up and reinstall it correctly. They also placed a hole in one of the walls and left dustnand dirt everywhere. We had to hire a company to clean their mess. The person we dealt with was very unprofessional and didn't seem to know anything about her product. Since, we have found a more reputable source for a better price. This was the absolute worst company. Steve, the account manager, was bar none, the most unaccountable person we have worked with. We were referred to them by another company who had worked with them. The men who did the work were great- Steve, on the other hand, was not prepared for our meeting, ordered the incorrect amount of products and was unavailable for his crew and for us in getting the work done. We tried to rectify all of these issues, yet found the owner, had little to say and left it up to Steve. Needless to say, the project took longer to complete, actually, still waiting for corrections to be made. Run as fast as you can. I totally agree with Billy J. review as they will charge you for hours and weekend time that was not used. Waiting for breakdown of actual hours they are billing us. They seem to feel that their estimate of time, which was way over, is still a legit charge. One star is way to generous. read more

Stay away from this company. They installed floors in my home right when we purchased the home and that was an absolute disaster. They installed flooring wrong and then had to rip half of it out and bring in a different crew. That crew was supposed to use new flooring, but instead re-used same flooring and super glued the tongue and groove. Fast forward a year and had a pipe break in my bathroom and had to replace half of the floor due to home claim and our shower. Since they were the only ones that carried this flooring I decided to give them a second chance as it might have just been a fluke. Boy was I wrong! It was even worse the 2nd time. From crews showing up hours late clueless on what to do, from running out of flooring 3 times from bad measuring. They glued down half the floor and left the other half not glued. When they redid the shower the tile on the floor is all crooked, they left multiple t spacers in the wall and just grouted around them. I had them come back to remove the t spacers and re grout those areas. Lucky me they used the wrong color of grout! It's taken them 2 months to finally come fix it and showed up 2 hours late. If you're looking for an organized, punctual, easy to work with company they are NOT for you. read more

I contracted with red mountain flooring to install approx 300 sq ft of laminate flooring in a new Arizonia Room. The bid to do the work was 50% of two other bids that I secured. Not only did they show up early they cleaned up after the job. The unloaded the tools at 9am and had reloaded the tools at 1200pm with the floor completely installed.
