We left our car to be assessed for damages and we did NOT approve any work to be done. When I called, I was told the car was ready and I was to pay $3,500 ! We did not give them any authorization or approval for work. She was highly unprofessional, and we will NEVER EVER refer anyone to them or have any work done at RLB. I recently dealt with this vendor when considering a Lexus they advertised on eBay. I did not buy from them so my review covers the pre-sale experience only. Arrived at the dealership and dealt with Ken, then with Ed who handled my finacing. They made good on the "we owe" which was only agreed on verbally. Would not hesitate to do business with again! I had another marina look at the boat and they claim it had a blown engine and 15 error codes. I would never go there for anything. read more

Shame on me, I bought an 2004 ford f-450 cab & chassis sight unseen, I trusted the man, they said it was ready to go. I flew to fort worth to pick it up it was raining pretty hard, really couldn't inspect the truck that good. Supposedly it only had 57,000 miles on it, when I got home I did a more thorough inspection on the truck. I think this truck was under water at one time, it was pretty muddy under the vinyl floor mating, they did a good job at making the vinyl flooring look brand new, and when they painted the wheels they painted everything lug nuts four wheel drive locking hubs even got some paint on the tires real professionals, it also needed front brakes, front sway arm bushing had an anti freeze leak and 7000.00 dollars later had to have an new EGR cooler, Oil cooler, head gaskets, head bolts, don't think the fuel filters were ever changed. And when I tried to get plates for it, the title was all screwed up so I had to deal with that problem as well. I learned my lesson. read more

I purchased a beautiful Lincoln Town Car from RLB a couple of years ago. It is a 2005 and had only 16K miles on it. I called the dealership prior to submitting my down payment on Ebay. They were very professional and answered all of my questions. They advised me of any/all imperfections that there would be with the car. There was a warning light on for an air bag censor that they advised they would fix prior to me picking up the car. I live in Keller Texas and drove to the dealership to pick up my car. They did indeed fix the problem that triggered the warning light. The imperfections that they detailed on the phone call were very minor and I likely would not have noticed all of them, had they not pointed them out. The transaction was very fast and easy with absolutely no problems. I appreciate their honesty with everything. I have never experienced any problems with my car and still love it as much today as I did when I bought it :) I keep this dealership on my "favorites" list with Ebay and would definitely purchase from them again in the future. read more
