Once the hardware was finally ready, they came out with no questions asked and corrected the install. They worked hard, respected our home, cleaned everything up, and provided amazing customer service from start to finish. I highly recommend them.

I figure things happen and take time so I didn't call until 2:30 pm or so to check on where the technician was. I was told that my job had "not been added to the schedule" but they would see when a tech could be there. I was then told 3:45-4:00pm. No one arrived. I called at 4:15 pm and was told they were 25 minutes away. I called at 5:01 and the voicemail said the office was CLOSED and here it is 5:15 and no one EVER ARRIVED. I realize compared to other jobs this company has, my job was small and not worth a lot of money. However, the measure of a great business is to treat small customers as well as your big customers. If you don't show up when scheduled, fail to add a job to your schedule, and keep lying to your customer about the arrival time of your tech who NEVER shows up at all...why would I trust this company with my larger corporate work? How you treat people matters, whether the job is big or small. This was unacceptable today and I did not appreciate that I had to keep calling YOUR business to find out what was going on, what happened to the tech, etc. Why aren't YOUR people communicating with customers? Why didn't anyone apologize? Why didn't anyone call before close of business to say, "Hey, we're not coming!" I was extremely unhappy because no one cared that I had taken time off work to meet the tech and no one cared enough to even CALL me and let me know what was going on. You guys dropped the ball big time here and were incredibly thoughtless and rude. Update: They just arrived at 5:36 pm. The techs themselves were GREAT and were able to do the work and complete the job. However, I wanted someone to know about the lack of transparency and communication today as it was very upsetting to me. The quality of work and the people you hired to do the actual technical job were terrific, knowledgeable and qualified. I realized it was not THEIR fault today, but I think it's important for people to know about the communication problems. I updated my review from 1 star to 3 because of the actual techs and their skills.

SERVICE REQUESTED…read more I'm not sure if this is the right platform to reach South Coast Plaza's Parking Enforcement team. If this message has reached the wrong department, could you please forward it to the appropriate Parking Enforcement Management Team at South Coast Plaza? I'm writing with a sincere request: please address the ongoing issue of drivers parking in the designated handicapped spaces directly in front of Din Tai Fung. These spots are consistently being used by individuals who DO NOT have the proper Handicap permits, such as the blue or red Handicap Placards hanging on their windshield rearview mirror or Handicap license plate stickers. NONE. This inconsiderate behavior has real consequences. When someone who relies on a wheelchair or has limited mobility arrives and cannot find accessible parking, especially in the rain, it creates unnecessary hardship, stress, and even safety risks. These spaces exist for a reason, and when they're misused, the people who truly need them are the ones who suffer. I'm asking for your help in ticketing, approaching, or removing vehicles that are improperly parked in these reserved spots so that South Coast Plaza remains accessible, respectful, and safe for all visitors. If you're reading this and wholeheartedly agree that this is downright rude and inconsiderate, hit the LIKE or LOVE button or better yet, add a picture of the inconsiderate driver's car and license plate number and post it here. Thank you for your attention and compassion in addressing this matter.

On any given time of the day especially weekends, I have seen many pet owners with their dogs (and cats) on both a leash or in pet strollers/backpacks who are seemingly not ADA approved service animals due to their apparent lack of training and undisciplined behavior. Despite this, I recently was rudely accosted from behind by a security guard who was irrationally fixated on verbally assaulting me about my cat that was safely secured in a pet stroller and not being unruly or disruptive. I am not sure if I was targeted solely because I had a cat and not a dog or profiled for other reasons. Perhaps, I was singled out because of his unconscious biases. Notwithstanding his implicit attitude, I advised said security guard I was already on my way out of the mall at the time he stopped me, but he continued to scold me that my cat was not be allowed on the property. From this unpleasant interaction, I understand that this is the policy but as a reminder to SCP Mall Security, no real laws were broken and randomly enforcing this policy can be better communicated and more effectively received when incorporating less hostility. There is no need to abuse the perception of authority behind a security badge in a feeble attempt to act superior. His raised and arrogant tone of voice made me feel unsafe as if I committed an actual crime or that my cat posed an immediate danger or threat to other SCP patrons. For context, photo of my ferocious feline is attached.

I have a new construction home and one of my first projects was networking/cabling. I wanted two Ubiquiti APs (one on each floor), several Ubiquiti PoE security cameras, and two CAT6 drops into bedrooms which the builder didn't add. Starlight Tech was able to take care of all of this and the best part was minimal holes in the drywall. There were some small holes that Mike told me about ahead of time, but they were small enough to be covered by standard wall plates. On the day of the install, Starlight Tech was here on time, worked together to make sure everything was done in a clean and neat manner, and made sure everything was fully up and running before leaving. They even came back on a second occasion because I was still waiting to order a final security camera. I've recommended Starlight Tech to my neighbors and highly recommend them for any networking or cabling job needed. They are extremely detailed and are excellent at problem solving. The price I paid was very fair for all the work they did. Thank you Mike, Javad, and the Starlight Tech team!!
