They were very unresponsive and when they finally responded, they couldn't help. They even sent me a super technical manual and told me this "might help". Finally, they handed me off to another company who came and inspected the situation. This new company was advising me to redo some of the work Gridworks had done a year ago and then quoted me an outrageous price-all I wanted was my cameras hooked up to a new wifi.
