Daron was really nice and communicative before and during the process. He made sure the tv mount was exactly where I wanted it to be before mounting it. Definitely cheaper than what I was expecting and will be the best price you'll find compared to other installation providers. Karim, the owner, answered the phone immediately which was refreshing because many small businesses have their phones go to voicemails when they are out in the field. Karim was able to fit me in as their last appointment for the day which meant that they were at our house in under 2 hours after my initial call. Both Karim and his partner, Antonio, were professional, courteous and had deep knowledge and experience with TVs, mounting and related areas. They quickly assessed our requirements and made some great recommendations for our final setup. We had them install our new OLED as well as relocate an exiting 75" TV to another room. They were extremely careful with the handling of the TVs and placed the appropriate protective material over dressers and other furniture. Even though it was late in the afternoon, they took their time and did not rush their work. In the end, the installations and all of the connections to our sound systems were perfect. Based on my experience with installing TVs, I can confidently state that High Def Solutions will provide extraordinary quality and service with great communication. I would not hesitate to recommend them to anyone looking for TV installations and other tech related services.
