Basically, my wife purchased a Living Social deal for auto detailing for me and her dad, my father-in-law. We took our cars there on a Saturday morning and was not available for pickup until about 3 pm. My car was nice and clean, I was fairly happy. HOWEVER, my father-in-laws car was in worse shape than we brought it. It appeared that some type of chemical was spilled on the headlight covers and it marred and etched the plastic. The employee new something was wrong and was worse than we brought it. The manager was called in who completely denied anything was wrong, blamed us for trying to pull some kind of con, and refused to try to make it better. Instead, he told us that WE could pay about $100 each for a service they conveniently offered to "restore" the clarity of the headlights! After an hour of arguing we just left, no offer of correction or compensation. I contacted the BBB (Better Business Bureau) who tried to reach Titan, without prevail. In the meantime, unbeknownst to me, my father-in-law went back and talked to someone. They then called me and said they would rectify the problem. They did! They fixed his headlights and restored the clarity using their "service" at no charge. They did make it right in the LONG run, which is what they should have done the moment there was a problem, not 2-3 weeks later. BTW, the review from Pesho is biased. He is one of the employees I think.

This dealership has made my life a living hell for months since I bought my car from them. When I called to demand my title, they said they still had it (illegally) and would do the car registration for me through their third-party registration service. They illegally and prematurely sent me license plates and registration, but I discovered SIX MONTHS later that they never actually registered my car with the state of Virginia. I had been illegally driving my car for months thanks to the incompetency and dishonesty of Zia and his employees. Finally, they corrected the issue after I noticed it and confirmed with DMV that my car was not registered. But Zia was incredibly rude throughout the entire process and refused to apologize (despite his employees admitting that they made a serious mistake). At this point, I'm waiting for the title to arrive in the mail and also waiting for arbitration with the Better Business Bureau and possibly small claims court as I seek a refund for the processing fee. This dealership should NOT be allowed to do business in the state of Virginia. The dealership also failed to disclose known issues with the vehicle that I purchased and my mechanic informed me that it appears they replaced only sections of certain parts with slightly less worn-out pieces (but not at all new pieces, as I had been assured). Zia and his dealership has acted illegally and incompetently on many fronts and I am confident that arbitration will lead to my refund of at least the processing fee, but I would caution you to RUN from this dealership and never do business with them.
