Then I found the bountiful number, called it, I asked if I could place an order for take out, the guy who answered said "I'm not sure", then put me on hold, he got back on the phone and said :I can't take your order." Make sure you select "no tip". Yes- I agree, I should've made sure, but it's set to give a tip as you're about to check out. A more appropriate approach is to have the system set at "no tip". This allows the customer to determine if "the service" provided was sufficient to be rewarded a tip. Lastly, I didn't feel it was appropriate to walk up to the staff and say, "I want that tip refunded"... as they're making my food.
