This was the serving size of the beans and rice that came with the fajitas, which arrived cool to touch and two small tortillas.

Both meals that were ordered came cool to touch. She couldn't remember the drinks either not did she provide enough salsa for the group of there even when asked. But after a 10 minute wait that was actually 40 minutes, we just wanted to get back to the hotel. I even told the waitress we weren't happy, when she finally checked back and asked how it was. She just walked away.

The food was good but I thought it was overpriced. But hey, this is a large restaurant with facility and staff costs. We were here on a Sunday for lunch and were seated at a large comfortable booth. The service was ok. One of the orders was wrong coming out of the kitchen but that was quickly corrected. I would be willing to return here but Riviera isn't on my regular rotation of go-to restaurants.

The food was excellent, and the service was even better. The staff stayed attentive and aware of their customers and were very kind and understanding. The food somehow managed to be even better than the service--which is hard to do. I ordered the enchiladas with chips and left feeling full and happy. Thank you for the great service. The sports games were on, and the atmosphere was really cool.

This place was a huge hit--we loved the food, and the portions were gigantic! If you're going there, I recommend ordering one meal for two people if you're not too hungry. Unlike some previous reviewers, I found the billing to be very transparent; I could clearly see what I was paying for (maybe they fixed the issue after some earlier complaints). The price was unbelievably reasonable--I couldn't believe we only paid $35 for enough food to feed four people. The salsa was amazing, the chips were fresh, and the ambiance was so calming. The servers were incredibly kind. Thank you for the great food!

We waited for people to check out, but were seated quickly. They brought complimentary salsa and chips. We ordered great selection. They do not have fountain coke. One person did not like the flavor of the tacos. The others had combinations which they liked. They did offer extra chips but our food had arrived. One person asked for extra cilantro which never showed up. We waited for sometime after finishing for our bill. Finally had asked for bill. All in all ok.

Came here to celebrate cinco de Mayo. It started off rocky, but then a very good experience! I had lots of fun. The food is very delicious and hot. The menu is massive so it's a lot to choose from. I ordered the carnitas plate with beans and rice. The meat was very tender and the beans were whipped just like how I like it. For my drink I ordered the house margarita and they put good amounts of alcohol so it was definitely on point! It was very busy since it was a popular celebration day. The service was a little rusty but our server was a sweetheart. We had a little issue but the owner came over to help and he was definitely amicable and professional. They made our experience epic and a night to remember. The Dorbel tequila they had us try was very smooth, I will have to purchase be a bottle of it. The ambiance is perfect! It's a very live restaurant and quite busy. I like the decor and how tall the booths go to have distance from others. It's pretty spacious and good for special occasions. I would definitely come back again! The servers and management are accommodating and that is what matters. It's easy parking and in the Perfect area on South St.

I LOVED the restaurant that occupied that space years ago, Adelino's, but it was a totally different type of cuisine, so I didn't go into it comparing the two. The ambiance was great. I loved the way they'd revamped and utilized the space. Our server was attentive initially, but after we'd put in an order for an appetizer and told her we needed a minute to look things over, it took forever for her to come back to take our orders. We didn't see her much after that either. The food wasn't worth the price in my opinion. The queso dip was good, but I feel like you should get more than you do for $10. My boyfriend loved the cheesy birria tacos, but I was less happy with mine. The meat in my tacos was barely lukewarm when they got to the table, which was weird to me; even when I get shrimp tacos elsewhere (when the shrimp isn't fried), the shrimp is at least warm. The fish taco was better than the shrimp taco, but you can get far superior tacos for cheaper at other restaurants around town. We both ordered a Paloma and found them to be very tequila forward and not as effervescent as they should have been; we were expecting carbonation but couldn't taste any bubbles (and barely any grapefruit) at all. I enjoyed it more than he did though. Overall, we're pretty sure Nom Nom is a one and done for us, which is a shame, because we'd heard great things and went into it with high expectations. But for almost $80, the food and service we received just weren't up to par.

But I wandered into Sixth Street Dive and--don't tell Bloomington--they actually won me over. The burgers are the size of a freshman textbook and taste a whole lot better. Wings? Spicy enough to make me forget I was surrounded by black and gold. And the beer is so cold I almost forgave the guy at the bar for wearing a Purdue hoodie (almost). The vibe is pure dive-bar magic: pool tables, live music, no pretension. Nobody cares if you're a Hoosier, a Boiler, or just a random traveler who took the wrong exit off I-65. By the end of the night, I was laughing, full, and--dare I say it--having a great time in Lafayette. Sixth Street Dive: proof that even behind enemy lines, a Hoosier can still find happiness... as long as the beer's this cold.
