Like no fooling, this place is definitely one you want to bring the whole family to. But don't blame me if you walk out of there with your credit cards maxed out. That's on you my friend. Depending how quick your car charges you might be better off waiting and just driving over to those spots. There's also a few convenience stores next to the near by Arco & Shell gas station. So there's a lot near this location to go with about 120 fast charging stations here.

The first charger kept giving us an error no matter how many times we reconnected. We called technical support, switched to another charger, and ran into the exact same problem. It took us about 30 minutes just to get connected. To make things worse, it was extremely hot outside, so going back and forth between the charger and the car wasn't exactly fun. And I'd also love to see improved is some kind of shade over the charging stations. Standing in the extreme heat while trying to reconnect to a charger, troubleshoot errors, and wait on the phone with technical support was exhausting. A simple canopy would make a huge difference for customers, especially during the summer. Even after we finally got it working, the charger never delivered anywhere close to the advertised 350 kW. The highest speed we saw was around 120 kW, which made the charging session much longer than expected. Electrify America has become much more expensive lately, but unfortunately the service doesn't seem to match the higher prices anymore. Very disappointing experience.

We tend to submit a mobile order just before we arrive, and, yet, we still have a considerable wait. Thank goodness for A/C. You can wait inside the cool building for your drinks! Bonus: they have several restroom stalls, and the wash basin is outside the restroom - a communal wash basin. There's rarely a wait to use the restroom.
