We tend to submit a mobile order just before we arrive, and, yet, we still have a considerable wait. Thank goodness for A/C. You can wait inside the cool building for your drinks! It's a pretty busy Starbucks since right off the freeway and they closed down the Starbucks across the street that was there for over 20 years read more

The barista/ cashier with the neck tattoos and sleeves tattoos... the dark haired, thin woman with too much make up Alysia I believe, so very rude. I asked for help to find how to find a previous order on the app so I could make sure my boyfriend's order was to his specifications, and she shot back that she didn't know the app. I tried to make a light joke to soften her rough tone and she continued to be hostile. She didn't make eye contact. She didn't smile. She was a stone wall. If she's having a bad day, then she should make it better for herself and not take it out on the guests. read more

One of the best Starbucks locations I've ever visited. The place was spotless from top to bottom--especially the bathrooms, which smelled freshly cleaned with Clorox. I was browsing for some hot coffee cups and couldn't find what I was looking for. Just as I was about to leave, a staff member kindly asked if she could help. Based on my description, she quickly found exactly what I needed. That helpful interaction led me to order a drink, which was made perfectly to my liking. The staff was friendly, attentive, and knowledgeable throughout. The only reason I'm giving this place four stars is that it only offers table seating--there are no couches or booths for more comfortable, extended visits. Adding a cozier seating option would make this great location even better. read more

Disappointed - they didn't put cheese in our double smoke bacon cheddar sandwich. We didn't realize until later when we were on the road:( so DOUBLE CHECK YOUR ORDER BEFORE YOU LEAVE THIS PLACE. We also had to ask for raw sugar and stirrers instead of having it out in the open to grab for ourselves. Interesting restroom area too - the entry way is an open walk way with sinks for anyone to use and stalls for families or individuals. Crap service, bad drinks, bad ambiance. You can tell the employees hate their jobs and people. Ordered 3 simple drinks, a two shot latte and to tea lattes with one pump of vanilla, nothing fancy. There were only two other customers in the store before us. Naturally they got their orders before us as expected. Waited almost 20 minutes after multiple customers that came in after us with large drink orders got their drinks, we were still waiting on one drink. After asking Melissa if the drink was ready, she ignored us. Asked her again, and she said "it takes 3 mins to brew the tea." After about another nearly 10 minutes, I went to ask Emily, she said that they were brewing it because they had forgotten to make it. No apologies just blasé about it. Waited another 5 mins, and Melissa just put the drink on the counter. I asked her if that was ours and she gave the most rude "ya." How about, a simple sorry about that, this is your drink. That would've sufficed. It's the blasé attitude that makes for a crappy experience. At first, I though maybe she's having a bad day... but no. It was the whole team. I get it, everyone has bad days, but it's not an excuse to project that onto your customers. If you don't like people or customers, find another job. Crappy that you pay for overpriced coffee drinks and they dish up a side of shi**y service with shi*t attitudes. That's a big part of why Starbucks has lost its appeal, and their shares have tanked. Would rather get 7/11 coffee and save myself from the displeasure of dealing with a Beavis behind the counter with attitudes. This is a disaster, thanks to the atrocious behavior of their barista, Aylcia. Ordered two mango dragon fruit lemonades with extra infusions, one light iced and another one no iced, but received drastically different drinks in color and taste. When I pointed it out, Aylcia was rude, dismissive, and outright ignored me. She said color difference is because of ice and it's exactly the same. However, one without iced was missing extra infusions. when I requested the missing mango dragon fruit infusion, Aylcia begrudgingly tossed it onto the table without a word of apology or explanation, displaying utter contempt for customer service. The worst service I've ever encountered. Steer clear until they clean up their act and replace Aylcia. read more

This location is crazy crazy busy, one of the stops on the way to Vegas so everyone was using it. The line for the restroom is longer than the line for coffee. The staff handled the crowd well and they were cleaning the restrooms frequently in-between guests which is why they get 5 stars from me. We were able to sit while waiting for our drinks so even though it was crowded, there was still space. The parking is plentiful and there's gas and food options all around. read more

This is one of three Starbucks in Barstow. I stopped here on the way back to Las Vegas and was pleased with the outlet. The drink was made quickly. The barista was pleasant and I was on my way in a short time. I didn't know there was a sister outlet on the other side of Lenwood Boulevard until I checked in there on the way to LA a few days before. I chose this one on the way back. This place is always SPOT ON off the Interstate 15 in Barstow. The place is clean, quick and accurate. What more can I ask for?! The barista, She puts a smile on my face! My family ordered matcha creme frapp and pumpkin cream cold brew but then in the matcha crème frapp, there was bunch of hairs in it. When my sister was drinking that, she felt that some thing was in there so she checked and she found the hairs. So I mixed matcha crème frapp if there's more hair, and I found more than 5 hairs and those were long and black ish hair. After that, we called them and they said they can't do anything for this problem so we had to call service center. We were driving to LV and my family felt really gross about this. read more
