I make several trips a month from Las Vegas to Southern California and back, and usually around the 2-hour Mark. I need to take a bathroom break. This particular Starbucks works out perfect for me. I've never had a problem here, people are always friendly, they get the order correct, and they're just plain nice. Like every Starbucks, they have a great selection of baked goods, breakfast sandwiches, a few lunch items, and plenty of coffee. Place is clean, right off the freeway with easy access on off and is actually a DC place to stop. Bottom line? If you're going to and from Las Vegas to Southern California, this is the perfect place to stop and take a break, get some caffeine and recharge. read more

In the hundreds of Starbucks I've reviewed (and visited that I didn't review) this is the ONLY Starbucks that I've visited with essentially private toilet stalls, floor to ceiling walls, one door...one person per stall. That doesn't mean people aren't dirty...but this configuration is an extra expense in space and cleaning convenience. Perhaps it's the transient nature of this location...IDK but it's stands alone in my travels...shocking enough to review and give 5stars for its restrooms alone. Starbucks corporate was offering the free tall hot brewed coffee or hot tea for veterans/military, huge appreciation for that, and it worked out perfectly for us. Hailey took great care of us! I ordered a sugar-free vanilla protein latte with chocolate protein and cold foam, plus a couple pastries and cups of water. The drink and pastries were spot-on and delicious. The only recurring issue at this specific location (and I mean recurring, this has happened literally every single time we've stopped here over the years) is the water. No matter how clearly we ask or how many times we remind them, the water never makes it to the bag or hand-off counter. We drove off again today and only then realized... still no water. It's become almost comical at this point, but it's frustrating when you're on a long road trip and counting on it. Staff is always friendly and the drinks are solid, but double-check your full order before you pull away, consistency on the little things (like a simple cup of water) continues to be a miss here. Every year I Drive to Vegas for thanksgiving, and every time I always stop make a pit stop at this specific Starbucks to get my Peppermint Mocha fix. The staff here is always friendly and accommodating. They always give me an extra cup of ice when I ask for one, a big cup too. I stopped at the Starbucks, not too long ago to grab something to drink on my way home. While it is mostly a drive-through, the inside of the store is still very bright and refreshing. I really liked the picture of the Starbucks mermaid on the wall nearest the online order a pick up area. The staff that made my drink were very friendly. They were very quick and efficient. Their entire store and dining area are very clean. The restrooms were clean as well. I very much appreciated that. While the store was busy, it didn't feel crowded. People were constantly coming and going with orders. The drive-through line was long but didn't require a lengthy weight. Their staff seem to be really on top of everything. I shall have to remember this location is here next time. I'm in the area. I need to make a stop for some sort of refreshment. read more

First time checking out this Starbucks. Just bought some coffee, croissant and cakepop. Good, except the cakepop was the wrong flavor, as was the coffee. Service up front was ok. But the baristas were very friendly. This location is very clean and there's plenty of tables and space. There is a drive thru as well. Inside the restrooms are gender neutral as they are not separated in male/female. Rather the stalls are separated into individual rooms. And the sinks are outside in an open style room. First time at this Starbucks location on Lenwood Rd. The place is spacious and not as busy as the other one across the street. It's also very clean. Today's order consist of chocolate cake pop, butter croissant, Iced Apple Crisp Oatmilk Shaken Espresso and Medium Roast Pike Place Roast with cream and sugar. When we came in, there was only one person infront of me. The cashier that helped me seemed unavailable. She's not the usual friendly Starbucks employee. She also got two of my orders wrong. Maybe it's too early in the morning. The three other baristas at the location that handed our drinks were very friendly and helpful. They were happy and upbeat. The Iced Apple Crisp Oatmilk Shaken Espresso was really good. You can taste a hint of apple and a little bit of oatmilk. Perfect balance with the espresso. Medium Roast Pike Place Roast is always good as it's not too strong but has a kick to it. However I ordered Cafe Americano. I was also given a raccoon cake pop instead of the chocolate cake pop. Time of visit: Approximately 17:15 hours, so not high caffeine traffic time, in my humble opinion. A delightful stop. Had to photog the restrooms because well, those alone will keep us coming back. Come to discover, many a many reviews highlight those well maintained and rather quality facilities. There's even a photo or two that are identical to the one I was eagerly waiting to share. The starbucks has a parking lot with plenty of spaces. I came here as a stop going to Vegas. The essentials would be the restroom. There were so many. It's different from others. They were gender neutral and each stall had its own door and then you walk out for washing hands. It was great that it had so many restrooms available. Considering how many people are there, I'm always surprised by how quickly the drinks come out and by the decent state of cleanliness in the bathrooms. If you also need to get gas for your trip to/from Vegas, send one person to get coffee and the other to get gas. You should be finished around the same time (or gas sooner) and then you can be on your way more quickly. read more

This Starbucks location is my go to when traveling for a quick drink break and to use the restroom. They also have individual bathrooms and the bathrooms are always very clean. Service has always been super quick even during busy times with my drink and food order. My go too here is the Matcha latte or the Chai tea latte with Soy milk or almond milk. I go to Vegas several times a year and I guess it's been a while since I stopped in here. Apparently the barista said they remodeled around July 2021... but I don't think my visit was that long ago. It's more open and there is a separate wash area in the coed / gender neutral bathroom. Sorry to those who identify as men, no troths of urinals, just individual stalls. This location is pretty close to I-15. We stopped here after charging up our car nearby. I ordered on the app and my drink was ready as soon as I walked in the door. My wife and I took advantage of their very nice restrooms and we were on our way. Not much to report other than that but the staff I had interaction with was very kind and professional. I came here to get an Americano grande while my Tesla was plugged in for a charge at the nearby Supercharger station. I was initially going to place my order on the mobile app to pick up in-store, but it was showing that they were only taking drive-thru orders. So after using their unisex restroom, I got in line to place my order the old fashion way via talking to a person. The majority of the employees looked busy handling the drive-thru orders, so it took a bit longer before they got to my Americano. Needed that extra caffeine before hitting the road again. The drive-thru is on the right side of the building; depending on how the cars are lined up, exercise some caution before walking up to the store. Restrooms are located immediately to the right after entering the store. There was a bit of a line here as well and it moved slow for a Starbucks. There was only one person working the register at the time while other staff members were occupied with other tasks. We eventually made it up to order our drinks after the long wait. Only downside, other than the long wait, was that the cream and sugar area was a bit disorganized and messy. read more

I usually stop at the Starbucks on the north side of Barstow but when I walked in there a few days ago, there were about 25 students in line. I knew it would take forever so I got back in the car and came here. It would have been an OK visit except they didn't make my drink. The person in front of me ordered and paid, I did the same giving the cashier critter my name for the label, and then I waited. Person in front of me got their drink. Person who ordered after me got her two drinks. The young man looked up at me and asked, "What are you waiting on?" I told him the order and he made the drink. I am not sure what is going on with Starbucks lately, however, this problem is proving to be systemic. Its becoming the new Starbucks standard. Long are the days of good customer service, getting your order right, friendly and welcoming demeanor, now are the days of no eye contact, yelling your name and sliding a beverage across a counter and walking away. Now are the days of asking for a straw, a drink carrier, a bag when multiple items are ordered. I digress, en route back from Las Vegas, I placed a mobile order and thought I timed this perfectly, I was wrong. I arrived and my order was not ready, granted the app said it would be ready in 10 minutes and at my rate of travel I would be arriving in about that time. I waited an additional 13 minutes, before my drink was slid across the counter. I mentioned I had also placed a food item, I was told it hadn't come in with the order, I showed them the virtual receipt at which point they looked just to find it sitting on the counter all along. Alas by now this was another 4 minutes of searching rather than simply placing a new one in the oven. My sandwich was handed to me, I had to ask for a bag to grab napkins and I had to ask for a straw. My sandwich at this point was cold and rather than go through this entire ordeal I opted to get back on the road. When I tasted my beverage, well that was incorrect also. As we were waiting for our order we watched another customers complaining about her drink made wrong. We ordered at the counter and the cashier was really nice and friendly, the baristas did look overwhelmed and annoyed when we asked to have our drinks fixed. Not a good experience on this visit. Just needed a cup of coffee to stay awake for my drive along the 15fwy. It took me 20 minutes just to get a brewed coffee. There were only 2 customers in front of me. The cashier who I thought was supposed to just get teas and coffees and do POS was also warming food and prepping drinks. Yelp 100 Challenge 2017 # 23/100 Conveniently located on Lenwood Rd. off of the 15 freeway it's my go to stop for a quick pick me up of coffee or tea when I'm too full to have a meal in one of the many food establishments in the area. Haven't had a problem using my Starbucks phone app. Customer service was always quick and efficient.
