I'll start with the bad, on the outside its like a fresh, red, and juicy apple, but apples can be decieviving, and this one was. To me the interior was very subpar and lacked that "woods-cabin-lake-vibe". I would have preferred it to match the aesthetic of the forest which sorounds it. I really just think more care could've been put into the interior design. Now onto the food. The sandwiches felt like my mother packed them. I definitely felt the love but you know moms, flavors not always there. But here's Peter John Leesons v's little secret, you got to add pickled jalapeño's and not just on deli sandwiches but everything!!! I got the veggie sandwich with chaddar cheese‍. The veggies came super fresh and the lettuce had a very nice crunch to it. This sandwich sounds good so far, right? WRONG!!! As fantastic as the veggies were, the bread was genuinely low quality and that is just not optimal for a good sandwich. Bread is the corner stone to a high quality sandwich and thats what I felt was really lacking. As a suggestion, I think if you asked the wonderful employees to toast your sandwiches it would be a lot better. Speaking of those kind and welcoming employees, their service really made this experience for me. The sweet woman behind the deli counter seemed incredibly locked in‍ and got our sandwichs out in record time. This quality service continued to the check out counter, where I met my charmingly awkward cashier. Overall, I will say that the cedar glen fine foods market is not bad especially for those looking for a cheap affordable sandwich, it just needs some aesthetic elbow grease (of course referring to the interior). One suggestion I have is to make the food racks wood and paint the walls a more in inviting color!!!! thank you devoted for your time and love Peter John Leeson V Signed out

Along with us, there were three other customers who had also arrived early because we knew these cups were in high demand. Around 6:30 a.m., a store supervisor came out and suggested that we should probably leave because they hadn't received the shipment. We were also told there were no Starbucks employees available because they had called out sick, and that the Starbucks kiosk would not be able to open until around 8:30 a.m. when open time is 6am. As the morning went on, we received several different explanations from different employees. We were told the shipment never arrived, then that no one knew where the cups were, and later that they couldn't access the area where the shipment might have been. Around 7:00 a.m., the store manager, Sarah, arrived. She took our names and phone numbers and told us she would call if the cups were located or if there was any update. Unfortunately, none of us ever received a call. Later that afternoon, I called the store myself and was simply told that they had not received the shipment. That response didn't match some of the information we had been given earlier that morning, which made the entire situation even more confusing and frustrating. What disappointed us the most wasn't just missing out on the cups--it was the lack of clear communication and follow-through after we had spent several hours waiting before sunrise. Customers who take the time to line up for a limited-edition release deserve accurate, consistent information and timely updates. I also contacted Starbucks Customer Service to report what happened. They expressed concern that the Starbucks kiosk was not operating during the release and told me my concerns would be forwarded to the district manager for follow-up. I sincerely hope Vons and Starbucks review what happened, improve communication between store management and the Starbucks kiosk, and ensure future limited-edition releases are handled in a way that respects customers' time and trust. Note: was in touch with another women who was in line this morning and she said she was told after speaking to someone in the store that the box was received but lost... These things were handled poorly Von's Management!

Every time I go in there, it seems like something is wrong. The lines are too long, the service is slow, and the attitude from some of the employees is just unbelievable. I don't know what happened to common courtesy or customer service, but it sure isn't happening here. You walk up to the checkout and sometimes the employees act like you're bothering them just by being there. I'm sorry, but I'm the customer. I'm spending my money here. The least I expect is to be treated with some basic respect. And don't even get me started on the lines. You can stand there waiting and waiting while you're watching the clock, wondering why it takes so long to get through a grocery store. It's ridiculous. If the store is busy, then have enough people working to handle the customers. This isn't rocket science. The whole store just has a miserable feeling to it. Employees look unhappy, customers are frustrated, and management seems completely disconnected from what is actually happening on the sales floor. Someone needs to take responsibility and start fixing these problems instead of pretending everything is fine. I've lived long enough to remember when going to the grocery store wasn't such a stressful experience. You used to be greeted with a smile, people actually cared about helping you, and customers were treated with respect. Now it feels like you are lucky if you can get through the checkout without being frustrated. I am tired of spending my hard earned money at a place where I leave more aggravated than when I walked in. Stater Bros. needs to seriously get its act together. Management needs to listen to the customers and start addressing the problems instead of ignoring them. This location has a lot of room for improvement. Better customer service, better staffing, better attitudes, and better management would be a good place to start. I'm not asking for special treatment. I'm asking for the same basic courtesy and respect that every paying customer deserves. I honestly hope someone in charge actually reads this and does something about it, because this store is becoming more and more frustrating to shop at. Enough is enough!
