He didn't get the name of the lady that said she was not cooking any more food... but it was around 230-245pm on Saturday 12/27... absolutely ridiculous, especially since it is football season and mostly everyone is home and off work for the holidays... Yet another reason for me to absolutely hate Walmart! Maybe they should reevaluate some of their "policies" since Barstow is limited on resources !!

stater bros supermarket in big bear, is always busy. it kicks butt all over vons, across the…read morestreet. they always are busy, but despite the crowds, they always have plenty of cashiers, and the lines move quickly. von's on the other hand, has way too few cashiers. long lines, with only 2 or 3 cashiers, and very few clerk's helpers to sack your groceries. vins tries hard to get customers to use "self checkout"., instead of hiring or employing more cashiers and clerk's helpers. staters does far, far greater business than von's. there is only 2 items, that vons carries, that staters does not. otherwise, 99 % of my grocery shopping is done at staters supermarket.

But I had a…read morereally bad experience with Ellis during checkout today and I feel like leadership needs to know. I just signed up for Stater rewards and my number wasnt working and I asked him for support. He was rude and dismissive multiple times for no reason. Then I addressed it curiously and he became even more rude and dismissive at one point shoving the magnetic pen used for the checkout process. I work in Retail, I get that customer service can be rough. But there was zero reasons to be so incredibly rude to a customer who is actively asking for help. When we were exiting the store even my 6 yr old son asked what was wrong with him and why he was treating us that way. So inappropriate. If Ellis can't manage working with people don't have him work in a direct customer facing role as a cashier.
