This place is immaculate! This suite was absolutely incredible! What a super fun time here during the 4th of July!

I paid almost $800 for 2 nights here and after traveling for over 12 hours expected to come and have a peaceful place to rest. Instead, our shoes immediately got stuck to the floor and I noticed crumbs and hair everywhere...like literally everywhere. They failed to clean the floors and the room smelled like a wet dog. It was clear they do not pride themselves here in providing clean rooms to their guests. When I informed them that the room was dirty they acted shocked and sent someone from the night crew to mop it. He was the only saving grace that night (Dario) I think his name was. After spending a night there feeling itchy, I realized the room was most likely hardly ever deep cleaned. In a place that offers pet friendly rooms, they should really be more careful of the cleanliness and hygiene issues giving people dirty rooms. Ours had spots like a dog had peed and it had not been cleaned. I ran a wet towel on the floor to confirm and I was right. It was the worse stay. I felt like everything was dirty. I asked if there were other rooms where pets had not been and was told they were sold out. I was stuck and only stayed because it cost me a lot of money. The entire time I was there I felt disgusted. The patio on the lower levels is also useless and offers no privacy as all hotel guests show up to the grass area to let their pets use it as a restroom. This hotel advertises itself as a luxury place and it is far from it. They are a scam. Stay away from here. You can't even sit on the patio chairs because they are filthy too.

Very clean and comfortable room with good amenities and a nice balcony overlooking the Necanicum River. The front desk receptionist was fantastic-- friendly, kind, helpful and efficient. The bed was comfortable and the cotton linens crisp. Lots of pillows. Location is great, close to everything in downtown and very walkable. Overall this is a good value and very safe. Minor improvements could be made in the breakfast bar, which was somewhat sparse. Otherwise, this is a solid choice with friendly service. Oh-- and pet friendly, which is a bonus!

I have read some of the reviews but tried to see if things have changed since some of the reviews were old. we checked in and had a king suite facing the mountains when actually you are facing the parking lot and stores with the mountains in the back. The room had stains on the couch, the carpet in the hallways was filthy, we had food in the refrigerator that was from whomever were the last guests who stayed in the room. the fireplace was electric and a joke. the bed was extremely uncomfortable and we were afraid to pull the sheets back to look at the mattress condition. there was damage to the walls. we were charged $500/night and this hotel should be ashamed to charge that much for a room that was maybe worth $100. the hotel had one elevator that was slow, one elevator for a hotel that could house over 500 guests. DO NOT STAY HERE, IT IS NOT WORTH THE MONEY!!!!

River View you pay extra for I think not

I booked river view suite when I get to the room no river view a view of holiday inn on top of that they have a large humidifier in room with a hose going out the window do the window is basically open It's on the main road traffic extremely loud I paid extra for a river view she tried to say she gave us a upgrade really traffic a view of holiday in a machine with a dryer hose going out the window windows open and nats flying around I brought food to cook and drink low and behold there is NOTHING to cook with eat with or drink out of . I asked to be moved she refused said I got upgrade no way lady then as a joke every-time she seen us asked so how do you like your room really atrocious behavior . Calls had as n Odor I couldn't put my clothes in the drawers or closet it smelt do bad . The bed is broken down very uncomfortable . Trust this review I'm putting pictures up the carpet is filthy ! If they are willing to have all this out in the open they obviously have hidden issue I'm guessing bed bugs I will check in the morning mind you I drive 13 hrs to get here it's a joke the pillow has Jizz on it

Most rooms have zero if any visibility of the River.

Do not stay here. The pictures on their site look great the reality is completely different. I booked a king bedroom suite with River view. The lobby and carpet are old and smells of humidity. When I got to my room it was not what I booked. The River view was of the Holiday inn parking lot. When I went down to tell them this is not what I booked, they claimed they had "upgraded" me to this room with 2 beds. And insisted the room had a River view. The lady at the front desk even went with me to the room to prove me that if I opened this tiny window I could see the River. Or if I went out to the balcony I could see the corner of the River. Really? Turns out they were out of rooms and this was the last room left. So they decided not to honor my reservation and most likely gave my room to someone else. Since it was late we had no other option but to stay. We couldn't wait to get out of there the next morning. The carpet and the sofa in the living room are old and stained. The manager never had time to meet with me, so she sent the supervisor to give us a 15% discount. The best joke is the room was almost $400. I've stayed at the Ritz with the view of the ocean for that rate! Don't waste your money. Down the street there's a much nicer hotel which we found the next day called the Kathryn Riverfront Inn. Rooms are way nicer and you actually get a view of the River. Oh and service was outstanding!!

Noise issues with floor above, really lame breakfast, and people running around the halls at night time. Felt more like a 2 star hotel.

All Ashore at Seaside!…read more I had a good experience booking this place for Saturday through Wednesday. Was it pricey? Yes, but I wanted to fully immerse myself in seaside for half a week by the beach. As always, be sure to check ratings not only on Yelp but also on other sites, weighing the pros and cons. LOCATION: You're just a two-minute walk from the beach, which is the biggest perk! Everything from dining to shopping is within walking distance. The hotel has its own parking lot, but make sure to display your hotel window tag to avoid getting towed. AMENITIES & SERVICE: Every day, there's complimentary coffee and tea available downstairs. The lobby features board games, a small bar, and lounging areas where you can relax or get some work done. Next to the lobby, there's a heated pool (it's a bit smaller than it appears in photos). You can also borrow bikes to explore the town--just ask at the front desk. Room service even sent me a text each morning to check if I needed housekeeping, which was nice. ROOM: We stayed in Room 22, located near the Ashore sign. It had a spacious layout with a king-size bed, perfect for two. The room featured a fireplace with wood, a couple of lounge chairs, a coffee table, a mini fridge (just big enough for small snacks), a TV, and standard hotel bathroom amenities. I appreciated the space, although the walls were a bit thin, so we could hear some noise from our neighbor and the downstairs when people slam the door... Overall, our room was clean and very comfortable.

We needed our room sooner and it should've been ready by 4pm however they had it ready by 2pm- which was a big help since I had online class. The front desk has salt water taffy as complimentary and then later on they had fresh baked cookies. Staff are pleasant as well and were able to answer questions we had. We utilized the free bikes which was great. They're free & you just fill out the form and you're on your way. Our room was nice. A few small things: the bottom boards by the deck door had would looked like probably wet mud or dirt there from whenever, there was some food like splatter on the table that has the phone but overall it was nice! I would definitely stay again as it was a clean hotel and it wasn't a ton of traffic. Bonus was parking. The hotel is central to everything so it's walking distance to the stores and the beach. I didn't have breakfast but my partner did and he enjoyed it. The lobby is pretty spacious, has a couch section, then a chair section and then a couple stand tables. Lots of room! There are games, and they have snacks available as well for purchase!
