They left the bags and trash bins there even after leaving. We missed the yard waste pickup for the week as a result. Very irresponsible of these guys and shows how little regard they have for their customers' communities.

My experience with this company wasn't fantastic. They did a residential job for me in May, but…read morefailed to complete the work. It took another 6 months for them to finalize the job. Over that 6 months I received 8 calls from the office staff asking for final payment (very 1900's, they seem allergic to text or email). In each case I would tell them that I was waiting for them to finish the job and would send them photos detailing the remaining work. Then I wouldn't hear from them for weeks, until they called yet again to ask for payment, always surprised that the job hadn't been completed, and again asking for more photos. So all-in-all it wasn't a positive experience. I would say that the guys who did the actual tree work were very easy to work with, I found them to be both professional and friendly! The office staff wasn't easy to deal with; their sole focus seemed to be on pestering me for final payment with little interest in actually completing the job. Were I only reviewing the guys who do the actual tree work, I'd give them 5 stars.

They worked efficiently and carefully, they even stopped cutting at one point because they found a baby blue jay nest that we later relocated to a near by tree. Went with Lopez Landscaping since they had the smaller equipment and manpower to get the job done. The tree was quickly removed but it was a 3 star maybe 3.5 star experience because of the additional work needed to coordinate everything. The good: - competitive quote and they were able to come by quickly to assess the work - flexible in bringing equipment that worked with tight openings - main tree removal was done in 5 hours - removed paver stones so they wouldn't be damaged by machinery - friendly and professional. They accommodated a special request to cut a section for a table The bad: - rescheduling was a huge pain. We had to go back and forth for 3 weeks and I had to proactively follow up to confirm if they were coming - unable to grind the stump as part of the initial quote so had to pay another $400 for them to come back with a different machine - never got an invoice despite asking for one multiple times To summarize, this seems to be a nice family business that has experience removing trees quickly. However, it doesn't appear there is a back office that keeps everything organized so you're going to have to do a lot of work to stay on top of things.
