Given the size of the trees and the tight space I couldn't fathom how they were going to pull this off without property damage or taking days to complete the work. They pulled in a 6 or 8 man team with a huge crane and knocked did most of the work in one day. My neighbor and I were very impressed. They were smart about the logistics (ex used masonite/plywood sheets to protect my driveway from the crain, etc), safety conscious and I think the price was fair (given the equipment needed and the danger). My experience with this company wasn't fantastic. They did a residential job for me in May, but…read morefailed to complete the work. It took another 6 months for them to finalize the job. Over that 6 months I received 8 calls from the office staff asking for final payment (very 1900's, they seem allergic to text or email). In each case I would tell them that I was waiting for them to finish the job and would send them photos detailing the remaining work. Then I wouldn't hear from them for weeks, until they called yet again to ask for payment, always surprised that the job hadn't been completed, and again asking for more photos. So all-in-all it wasn't a positive experience. I would say that the guys who did the actual tree work were very easy to work with, I found them to be both professional and friendly! The office staff wasn't easy to deal with; their sole focus seemed to be on pestering me for final payment with little interest in actually completing the job. Were I only reviewing the guys who do the actual tree work, I'd give them 5 stars.
