8/10/2026 I was happy with this visit overall service from Jeremy was great food was solid. [[HIGHLIGHT]]It's self seating choose indoor, outdoor or even the bar wherever comfortable.[[ENDHIGHLIGHT]] We started with drinks a blueberry lemon crush and a cranberry mule which I recommend adding a bit more ginger beer it wasn't fizzy enough. The crab dip was absolutely amazing pipping hot and complimented with that pita it was hard not to finish it before the entrees came out. I got the coconut shrimp with a side ceaser ( it was well dressed but seemed watered down and not thick like dressing should be) and the Mac and cheese ( 100% would not recommend had 0 flavor). The second entree the seafood platter crab cake and fried shrimp were great. We got another round of drinks the key lime crush was exactly what I thought it would be and the espresso martini was super strong. My wife and I tried this restaurant while passing through town on vacation. If you want to be treated with kindness and spoken to with upmost respect this is the place to go. I would take my family, I would meet friends for lunch, or just stop in for a friendly conversation with a great meal. This is the impression I left with. We stopped by for lunch. They were busy on the day we visited and the service was a little slow as a result. The nachos were underwhelming. We paid extra for chicken but the serving was pretty skimpy. The protein in the chef salad is basically sandwich cold cuts sliced up and placed on the salad. Drinks menu should have a mocktail, dealcoholized wine, or alcohol free beer. After all, most people drive here, and there is at least one non-drinker in every group: the driver. Convenient to our hotel. Food was ok. I asked for mozzarella on my Philly steak and got provolone. It was tasty, but not what I ordered.

Food is subpar to say the least. Waitress doesn't care. Owner came by the table and all he said was he was sorry. That's it. No offer to get you something else or take anything off the check. Crab soup was SOUR, IMITATION crab cake full of filler. Crab pretzel cold lump of cream cheese with no flavor. After trying one bite of each dish and letting my date try it we just left that food. We ate the fries and left hungry. This was not the first time we've had a bad experience there but it will be the last. read more

I sat at the bar. I had a couple Tito's and soda and then I ordered the crab soup & the house salad with a broiled crab cake. They brought a fried crab cake and I had ordered the broiled, so they apologized and they did exchange that for a broiled crab cake which took about 10 minutes but I was not in a hurry. The following afternoon I returned & had 2 Loose Cannon IPA's. I appreciated that they give you a frosted glass with your bottled beer. I ordered the Chesapeake burger with no bun and instead I added it to a side salad and they gave me a bowl for the side salad instead of a plate which was nice. That burger was delicious because it is topped with a crab dip and then a slice of cheddar with lump crab meat on top. I also had another bowl of the Maryland crab soup, which is very good. There is a private parking lot out front with plenty of parking. I would definitely eat there again because they have a very large menu with lots of choices. I would not hesitate eating a lunch or dinner here if I was staying in one of the local hotels. Be advised that there is a credit card surcharge so it is cheaper if you pay by cash. read more

Great service. My son and I visited this restaurant while in town for a soccer tournament. He has some food allergies so I called ahead to see our options. The individual I spoke with confirmed he could eat the chicken tenders/fries and went as far as texting me a picture of the package so I could double check the ingredients! Above and beyond service. This place was so good to us. There were 40+ of us in town for a soccer tournament. They gave us a separate room and took our orders by kid jersey for separate checks. Not sure what I was expecting when I came here but I typically have good luck with pubs when it comes to eating and drinking. We were immediately greeted upon entry and I'm glad because I'm not familiar with this area so I didn't know what I was walking in to. Even tho the menu was extensive, their happy hour was more like "small discount hour" with items being a few dollars off. We opted to just order as usual with two Cadillac margaritas that were great sizes and strong! I ordered the Maryland cream of crab soup which was just ok, a blackened chicken Ceasar which was AMAZING and huge! I think I loved the fact that the chicken was just as much as the romaine, I ate the whole thing. Needless to say I'll be back here, the salad and 15.00 drinks sold me. Stopped in for a drink. Had a Manhattan (neat - no Luxardo cherry here) and a Paloma. Both were good, however they were pricey ($14 each - not bad for the Manhattan). Bartender Kevin was beyond friendly and thanked us for coming in as soon as we sat down. We didn't order food, but everyone around us had good looking dishes. Although our server was wonderful, there were three things that were negative. #1, another place that wants me to pay their processing fee to use my credit card to buy something from them. I dine out regularly and most restaurants are not pushing this charge on their customers. #2, when my burger arrived it was only luke warm and made me think that's the way fast food places cook their burgers and then keep them under a heat lamp to stay warm. #3, someone ordered their Salmon dish.
