Chuck and and skylar, a good team that got me on a new 2016 Roadglide Ultra. Even helped remove some parts off the trade in. Great customer service. If you're in the market, make your first and only stop Riverside Harley. Ask for chuck! read more

This is the worst Harley Davidson dealer I have ever been to. I tried twice to buy a new Harley from then. Wouldn't take my calls. Wouldn't give me an answer. All they did was make excuses. Ana G. In financing is the worst. Said she would call me back. And never did. The first time I waited 3 weeks. Still no call back. Went back in three months later and tried again. Same exact thing has happened. It's been 5 days now and still no call back. This place has the worst customer service I have ever experienced in my life. I went to a different Harley Davidson dealer and was financed right away. The whole process took 1.5 hours. I rode away happy. Quaid Harley Davidson is the best. RIVERSIDE HARLEY DAVIDSON DEALER SUCKS. Steve , Ana and Dimitri all have the worst customer service in the history of service. I think given a one star rating is too high. I wonder if the owner of the dealership knows how they're treating his business. Apparently not. Anyway I am happy now I got a brand new motorcycle. It is the 2019 Electra glide ultra classic. read more

This course is the best. I came to the course with no experience on how to drive clutch and I was fearful of the fact that it would be hard and I wouldn't be content but after the first day, They had me hooked ,wanting to ride all day . The best $180 I have ever spent in my life, plus John and Dave are great instructors ! I already feel like a professional . They take the time out of the whole class just for you and your peer's needs. And elaborate on instructions, nobody will be left behind nor unhappy with the results. There is a great positive attitude between the instructors and you (if you decide not to give them a hard time) . You get pretty much a run down on what's expected of you , maneuvering skills, hazards , and critical thinking techniques that will save you and everyone else's lives. I do encourage you to keep an open mind because there is ALWAYS ROOM FOR IMPROVEMENT. Besides that , the best part is They bring donuts !!! read more

I write this review with mixed feelings. I have been a customer to this dealership for almost four years back when it was still Skip Fordyce HD. I've spent thousands in parts and labor and have gotten to know some of the staff. I consider myself pretty patient and understanding when working with businesses but I feel that this review is in order. Before I begin, let me say the guys in the parts department have always been great. Nick and Richard have always made me feel at home and helped me through a lot of repairs with their parts knowledge. I think that if it wasn't for them I probably would have gone to another dealership long ago. Also, Bob, the Buell tech seems to be a great guy with a lot of knowledge on the Buells. First of all, I ride a Buell. I understand that HD closed down Buell many years ago and that parts are not stocked at the dealer level for financial purposes, so my review factors that in. I've had about 4-5 instances of taking my bike into HD for service... 2-3 times with my Sportster and 2 times with my Buell. Each time, there have been hiccups and issues with service that I've just shrugged off as minor missteps. For instance, one time, the service department inspected my Sportster for an issue with my front master cylinder. They ordered the part and I rode home on the bike they had just finished inspecting. When I was on the freeway, I noticed my throttle was sloppy. When I got home, I examined the throttle and found the throttle cables completely loosened and the rubber boot pulled down. They had forgotten to tighten the throttle cables after inspecting my bike... And had sent me on my way with a potentially dangerous situation. After the parts came in, I returned and they installed it without further incident. With my Buell, I had an issue back around March 2015 with the engine cutting out at idle. I did some research and found that other Buellers had similar issues tied either a bad IAC or a TPS sensor on its way out. In either instance other owners reported no CEL codes showed up. I dropped the bike off and let the service tech know my findings. After a week or so, I was called and told it was the IAC. After waiting another week or so for the part to come in, they determined it was not the IAC. I reiterated my belief that it was the TPS and they continued their diagnosis. Long story short, a MONTH later, I went to pick up my bike which was reported as fixed. I rode home and the following morning the bike had the same issue... I made another appointment with HD for the following weekend to remedy the problem. In the meantime, I ran down to my local autozone and picked up a TPS. 30 minutes later, I replaced the TPS and the bike was fixed... I understand that it is difficult to stock parts to test theories for diagnosis of problems, but a month with a bike and spinning wheels trying to find the source of a problem is hard to justify. To HD's credit, they refunded my money and apologized for the inconvenience. In all, that month without my commuter cost me approximately $300 in both gas and toll fees that I would not have incurred had my bike been operational. This last visit to HD was what broke the camel's back, if you will. I had an oil cooler return line pop loose on the freeway on the way to work. I had the bike towed to HD and left it to be repaired. I was assured they would also clean the oil that was covered the rear tire and the entire right side of the bike. It took almost three weeks to replace one line and fittings since they didn't order all the parts on the first try. I was also assured that since I had to wait longer they would take care of me. When I picked up the bike I asked if the bike had been cleaned since i was on my way in to work and would be commuting about 60 miles and did not want to have any issues with the oil on my tires, swing arm, drive belt, etc. After waiting 15 minutes, my bike was rolled out, still dripping water from just being washed. I was in a hurry so I did a quick examination and rode to work. Halfway to work, I smelled burning oil. I ended up looking over the bike carefully after arriving at work. The bike had oil on the sidewalls of my rear tire, oil and grime all over the spokes, drive belt, oil pump cover, exhaust... Essentially it looked like they pressure washed the bike and towel dried it without using any soap to remove the oil... For $250+ to replace $50 in parts and oil filter and oil and to let a bike leave the shop in that sloppy state is what prompted me to write this review. If I had crashed on the freeway due to oil residue on my rear tire, you better believe my attorney would be calling instead of a Yelp review. It is the service department's job to ensure a high standard of service worthy of the HD brand is given. I am unsure how I will proceed in the future yet when it comes to service at Riverside HD. I refuse to pay premium prices for subpar service. read more

I will preface this with, I took my 2013 VRod Muscle here for the 15K Valve Lash inspection/adjustment service. (Would have been a 1 star if the Service manager had not called me moments ago, I will update as needed) First I called the service department to confirm they had service technicians that were competent with the model. When I arrive, DMC (one of the service advisers) Repeatedly told me "your bike does not need a valve lash inspection", and "Not to sound condescending, but do you really think you know more about this subject then I do?". He stated " We will perform the required service as stated by the Harley Davidson service manual on your bike" They charged me for Oil, oil filter, spark plugs and an o-ring. $500+ When I got home, I reviewed my service manual which states in "Table 1. Regular Service Intervals : 2013 V-Rod Models" line 16 : Valve Lash , Inspect valve lash every 15K mi and adjust if necessary" & "Should be performed by an authorized Harley-Davidson dealer, unless you have the proper tools, service data, and are qualified" I called my service adviser Dawnee and explained the requirement, and that I want them to sign off on my 15K service stating they did the appropriate inspection. She stated that it would be an additional 3 hrs of labor and my total would be near $900+. Because I needed this service to be compliant with my ESP I told her to proceed, and that I would need the bike back in 2 days. I called the following day to confirm the bike would be ready by noon the next day for pick up. It was confirmed " the tech is measuring the Valve lash right now". When I called the following morning to confirm pick up I was not able to reach the service department. When I did speak with a someone, they told me we were waiting on parts and it could be 7-10 days until the parts were delivered. I about lost my $#it. I told them I needed to speak with a service adviser immediately. I got a call back from DMC continuing to tell me that a Valve Lash inspection was only being done because I requested it and that it is not a requirement of the service. He could not recite the inspection requirements but was confident in telling me that the only reason it was being done was because I requested it. Even though I read the checklist directly off of the service manual. I requested to speak with his manager. When Adam called me, he kind of cleared up the mess. The shop doesn't carry the appropriate shims or gaskets needed when doing this service so those items are on order. He understood the requirements of the service, and the efforts to keep my bike within the ESP guidelines. He gave me the option to pick up the bike today so that I could ride it during this Christmas break while the parts were on order and stated he would work with me on the Valve Lash service in a few weeks. I will update when the service is done. read more

Place is garbage can't get in the parking lot. Most of the stuff they have on their website isn't even there at the shop. They try to sale you a bike you don't want. The sales guy I had seemed like I was bothering him. So I took my 30k to another Harley dealership. read more

I bought a used bike from these guys. Like most people before me mentioned that when asking for a price online you get baited to come in. I live down the street so I didn't have a problem checking them out in person. I was looking for a used '72 at the time but it wasn't in stock anymore. Someone needs to update their online stock. Secondly, they were just constantly trying to up-sell me to a brand new bike. After the tenth time explaining that it wasn't in my budget they got the idea. Eventually we couldn't come to an agreement on a used bike. They pretty much were trying to sell me a used one for the price of a new one and saying "you might as well buy new for what you'll pay used". Nope. Came back later when I found a bike in my price range. Bought it and had it for three weeks before the kickstand fell off. Wtf. They explain to you before you leave the lot with you new purchase that they do a complete service and maintenance of your bike. Sweet, except they forgot to tighten the kickstand down. Shit happens and I know I have the warranty for it. I take my bike in and because the kickstand wasn't broken/damaged and still hanging on to the bike, it wasn't covered. Bull shit. I explain to the guy that I just bought the thing three weeks prior from this very dealership. He basically gave me the "it's one of those things" excuse. Charged me $155 parts ad labor to get it fixed. I contacted corporate and left my complaints. I ended calling the dealership and going to higher management to speak to someone else and ended up getting it all repaired free of charge. I shouldn't have to go through hoops to get what was an obvious error on their part corrected. Never giving them my business again after this. Two stars and not one because the guy who was able to fix all of this really seemed concerned and compassionate to my situation. read more

This is the best deal ever. Brian was extremely helpful and they met all our needs.

I just don't understand why In 2018 a woman could walk into Riverside Harley and be ignored and disrespected, when I go there with my boyfriend I can walk around invisible with nobody offering to see if I need help, this has happened on several occasions, finally the last straw was having my boyfriend come back from service, and immediately the salesman approached him asking questions and offering for him to go for a test ride, he looked at the guy and told him " you just lost a sale, my girlfriend is the next to buy a new bike and she will be taking her business where they appreciate woman riders" he had just gotten an ear full the last time we went there, about how nobody has ever approached me or asked if I needed help or had questions, he couldn't believe with his own eyes the sexism, wake up RHD this isn't the 50's, woman riders are doubling in numbers every year, we don't just stand around in bikinis washing our mans bike. read more

My wife and I set off to Riverside Harley in hopes of getting a used Street glide. Once we arrived we contacted Mary who I highly recommended any person asking for her to help oversee your purchase. Mary introduced us to Jacob and his passion for Harley-davidson motorcycle's was impressive and was very wise beyond his years. At this point Jacob showed us around the dealership, he showed us used bikes compared to new bikes and was very detailed and knowledgeable with explaining everything and had all my questions answered with ease. I highly appreciate that Jacob was with us the entire time we were there and I honestly felt like I had a friend with me shopping. We decided on a brand new 2019 street glide special and Mary was very patient and worked very hard getting to where we needed to be so we could purchase a new bike instead of a used bike. I would like to thank Mary and Jacob on making our buying experience one of the best, customer for life now. I highly recommend Harley Davidson of Riverside read more

Hopefully Gabriel will make something from this review. He was very, very helpful! Once I was turned over too Hogan everything got bad! He tried to guilt me into buying a bike that day. Made a tough time getting my drivers license & credit card back! Felt like the old days in a car dealership. For that reason I bought my bike from Laidlaws the next day. Good luck to you Gabriel, you'll go far in the motorcycle sales department. As long as you don't pick up bad habits. read more

I bought a new 2014 HD Street Glide Special, the pricing was high, I negotiated down but still, something that should not be nessesary. I bought the VIP packagever a week to get it done., what a joke. The service department does not listen when you say what is going on with your bike. In a hurry to get off the phone, instead of hearing your issues, then the go ahead and do work that you did not talk about, and then charge you for it. I wish Skip Fordyce was back, that's the reason I went there to buy my bike, they knew how to take care of a customer. They take your bike, and take a long time to do the work, cause the mechanic that started on my bike had two days off, and I guess no other certified Harley mechanic can work on your bike, once another starts on it. Had two simple recalls on bike, and took over a week to get it done. Wish I would have gone somewhere else. read more

This place is absolute junk. Do not for one dang second believe there lying ads about over book value for your bike. I took in my 13 Road Glide with tons of up grades, and was detailed when I told them if they give me a ridiculous number for my bike I would never return. Sure enough they offered me 12900 for my bike and said they could do no better. Long story short take your business elsewhere. read more

I came here after visiting Malcolm Smith's dealership next door and not being satisfied with the services provided there. I came here and it was a completely different environment the salesman that assisted me was very cool calm and understanding he even got the manager to come down and speak to me. This was really unexpected...so I drove out to riverside to Malcom Smith Motorsports to purchase a Yamaha xsr900 and was super excited about it. I pulled up to the store and noticed that they were closed at 1:45 in the afternoon on a weekday. My mood instantly took a turn from gitty to being pretty bummed out. I looked across the street and saw the Harley dealership and thought," what the heck, why not?" I walked in and was greeted by several people and asked if I needed any help or had any questions. I politely say not at the moment and went about looking around. Josh came up to me and asked me a few questions to get a feel for what I would be interested in and after a brief vetting, pointed me to the roadster xl1200. It had a nice cafe feel to it which I like and then I stood around looking at it which seemed like 20 minutes. Casey came up to me and noticed I was eyeballing the bike for quite some time and told me to sit on it. For some reason I didn't think to do so at the moment because the looks were pretty mesmerizing. Simple conversation of sit on it, feel the weight, touch the handles ended our conversation with a test ride which was something that I didn't know motorcycle dealers aloud. Casey and Josh told me that I could test ride any bike here if I really wanted to. After agreeing to a test ride I was quickly introduced to Ray Ray who took me on a nice little test ride in the back roads of riverside which was nice. We passed by a motorcycle cop and he waved at us!!!! What the heck?!?!?!? I've never had a motorcycle cop wave back ever in my lifetime of riding bikes. When we got back Ray Ray answered a lot of questions that I had about riding styles, technical things about the bike and he answered every question without hesitation. He really knows his stuff which was nice. A person who is solid about the product he is selling is such a plus and kept me interested and next thing you know I'm filling out the paperwork to get approved for a line of credit. I ran into some issues with the credit check but Josh and his crew really pulled together to help me get what I wanted so that I could finance the bike. I was really happy that they fought for me and it made my buying experience that much better. Finally, Ana in financing helped close my deal and got me out the door with my new bike. She is such a personable person and made the tedious part of filling out paperwork and understanding what I was signing pretty enjoyable. Overall, my experience at Riverside Harley was A PLUS!!! The whole process was enjoyable and fun. I've never been to a dealership and spend hours there having fun. It's unheard of until I came here. Josh, Casey, Ray Ray and Ana thank you for making my experience an unforgettable one. Everyone there was super nice and knowledgeable but these individuals mentioned really made my buying experience that much more. read more

I thought everything was great until i had my accident which ultimately totaled my 883 Iron. Isurance company had it towed to RHD, per my request since i purchased it there 4 months prior. 3 weeks later i called RHD to check the status of repairs and was told that there was no record of my bike being there. After I explained that Geico had it towed in, they called back with still no record. I had to provide my VIN # and two hours later I was called and Brent from the service dept told that my bike had indeed been there for weeks but nobody had checked it in. I admired his honesty and accountability, so i gave them the benefit of the doubt one more time. Within a few days, i was informed by Brent that she was a total loss (this is now 5 weeks after my accident). two weeks later, my bike was picked up by the insurance company. Brent told me that when they came to get the bike, that the guys in the service dept actually loaded the wrong bike, and he had to catch them before the tow truck left. Following this, I was given a very low valuation by my insurance company, which didn't cover my bike payoff, so I called Brent to see about getting a quote to provide to Geico. He and one of the sales managers got together and came up with a quote (hangtag) for me. When he was unable to scan and email it to me, i asked him on Friday, August 21 to mail the hard-copy to my office. Note that my accident was June 24, so I'm already 2 months into this crap. On Saturday, August 29, I drove from my home in Glendora to the dealership to pick up the quote. I went in and was informed that Brent was scheduled, but when i went to the service dept, I was told that he had called in suck. I explained my predicament to the service tech who spoke with the sales manager that helped put the quote together. He didn't even bother to come out to assist me, just told the service man to let me know that Brent or someone would be able to email it to me by Monday. TODAY IS WEDNESDAY! STILL NOTHING! After my experience, I went to Pomona Valley HD, showed them my original contract, my payment amount, the price i was charged for my supposed marked down bike, and was told the deal that they would have made me which would have been a payment of $75 less per month. I have yet to be offered any form of compensation by Riverside Harley Davidson for their obvious negligence when it came to the handling of my bike after my accident. Four months prior, I was treated like a queen when signing for an overpriced bike at an over inflated monthly payment. But the moment I needed them to back up their alleged top notch service...NOTHING BUT THE CRICKETS! They are all about the money...not the Harley Experience one expects. read more

Very Very important. If you do not buy the extended warranty on a used bike, well you shouldn't even buy a bike. I bought my extended warranty and it was the best thing I ever did. My starter and clutch hub went out. over $1300 in parts and labor, and I only paid 50.00 deductible. It's unreal how great my experience is from the second I walk in until I walk out. We just bought a new Harley at this dealership. Our fourth Harley so we're not new riders but this is our first experience with Riverside. Sales with Bryan was great. Very long process but like all transportation, the sale takes time. If everyone at the dealership was as nice and efficient as Bryan I would have given them 5 stars. But that wasn't the case. Dealing with the Business Manager to finish the sale was a hard sell on their VIP service program. Even as he was pushing, he reiterated that it wasn't a hard sell. We finally agreed to add it. Like all dealerships, the services average out to be a bit more expensive than a regular Harley certified shop but we thought it would be worth it for the free pick up & delivery with their VIP program. Unfortunately, with the first pick up we realized the attitude of the delivery person wasn't worth dealing with the VIP program. He was completely rude, sarcastic, and shockingly unprofessional. He seemed to enjoy letting us know that he was the only delivery person at the dealership so we were basically at his mercy. I called the service department and then the sales department to let them know what was happening. I figured they had been great so far and that this was just a fluke. Bryan, our sales person, listened and passed the message on to service. Service called but I couldn't talk at that moment so I was promised they would call back. They never did. After further thought, I decided to cancel the VIP service program. To cancel you have to go in personally. I dealt with the other Business Manager at the dealership and he wasn't too great on customer service either. He asked why I was canceling and my husband honestly said that he has a certified Harley mechanic who will do the work for us. Truth. The Business Manager smugly replied "Is he doing it for free?" Again, very unprofessional.... then he told us to save our receipts implying that if we do the work anywhere else, Harley Davidson won't honor the 2 year warranty. Both business managers at the dealership were too insistent that I would need that 2 year warranty and that I would only get it with their VIP program. I know Harley's reputation for breaking down a lot but, within 2 years of being manufactured? I think the managers should have more faith in the Harley product. Sorry Bryan...we won't be back to Riverside Harley and we won't be recommending anyone either. read more

I highly recommend using Riverside Harley Davidson if your considering taking a motorcycle class. I have wanted to learn to ride for years. But had this fear that I wouldn't be able to accomplish it. And the fact that I work in a Emergency Trauma center and see what happens to riders, whether it's their fault or not; Didn't do much for my confidence. And even though all that, I still had a yearning to ride. So I did some research and found a class at RHD. From the moment I contacted Jim Bridges, he was very accommodating . Even when I had to change the date a couple times, he was nothing but kind and patient with me. My two girlfriends and I all took the class together. Neither of us with experience. I had little experience 40 years ago as a child with dirt bikes. Our instructors were Dave and Paul. They were helpful and knowledgeable in teaching skills. Within the first two hours of the basic of riding, I had confidence and knew this was something I could do. But I would of never been able to realize it without their guidance and teaching skills. As I continue to practice and build on my riding skills, I will always remember and be grateful for Paul and Dave instructing me . read more

If I had wrote this review the day I went and bought my first Harley, these guys would have got 5 stars for sure. The experience that day was one I will never forget. The bike it's self is amazing! I have also been told someone will call me back and it doesn't happen. As well I have spoken to someone and been promised a call back that didn't happen. I even rode out there (60 miles from where I live) to speak to someone, was promised a call on Monday and didn't get it. Please know that I haven't had this experience with everyone. Nick in parts has been awesome, not only with his advice but with following up on everything he has promised. All I can say is I feel like once they got my signature for 30,000 dollars, the day I bought my bike, there job was done.
