I would highly recommend taking the Riding Academy New Rider Course through here. My instructors, Brian and Dan, really had a good sense for noticing my strengths and weaknesses and I was able to get some great coaching because of it. You can tell they are extremely knowledgeable and really care about what they teach. Keep up the great work! read more

I recently just took the new riders course with Dan and Paul as the instructor. My experience with them was phenomenal from someone that never ridden on a bike and has never had the experience learn manual, they were awesome on teaching me how to do both . Excellent selection of Harley Davidson's in stock. Buying from Riverside Harley is a seamless transaction. From sales through final delivery you are treated with respect and professionalism. My salesman Sujan was knowledgeable and eager to help. His manager Stretch was all over the deal and worked hard to hammer out a deal. Juan in finance was there to close the transaction out with a great finance rate. A big thank you goes out to Riverside Harley and there crew.... read more

Now I remember why I stopped going to this dealership. I just go some rims and tires that want swapped out for the ones that are currently on my bike. Simple swap! I decided to call Riverside HD because it's the closest to me. I started talking to DMC in service who didn't know a simple price of something that is basic and can be done in a matter of an hour or two. After about 2-3 minutes when he couldn't figure out a price he placed me on hold. After about 10 minutes the phone rang back to the operator and she forwarded me back to service. Someone else answered and they said that he couldn't help me so they put me on hold, again. After about 10 minutes I hung up. It seems that if the job isn't big enough a charge they don't want the work. This dealership is all about the money and not the customer. I noticed that when it changed ownership. If they just had good customer skills maybe I would of waited. I've heard the same from many of my friends who used to go there. I called th other dealership and the picked up the phony and gave me an estimate on the spot. The guy who answered the phon knew what it would cost to have done what I wanted. I will never ever recommend Riverside HD and/or step foot there. Money hungry, don't know there stuff dealership. You only get one star and that's because you answered the phone, only. read more

I really wait till the last resort until I go as far as to leave a bad review for any business but you earned it and i would give zero stars if I could. It's been nothing but lies since I bought my used 2017 dyna streetbob. First the bike didn't have a price on it which was a red flag. Then when I asked they went inside and came back and told me 15k for a used bike and told me my bike did not have a warranty so I was undecided about purchasing the bike. they goated me by my "homie" that sold me the bike told me they were going to hook me up and throw in the extended warranty . It later came to my attention they charged me $2700 for that warranty and I read on my contract I had more than half a year left on the original manufacturer warranty so they lied to me and obviously there idea of "hooking" me up is to charge me $2700 but not tell me that. My fault for trusting my friend to hook me up . Plus when I got home and removed my seat because I purchased a saddlemen seat from them all my wiring harness was hacked up exposing wires. They SOLD me the bike as is!! Lmao this place is just in it for the $$$$ let me tell you. I was told by Quaid HD I could still cancel my extended warranty with Riverside because they offered a $700 extended warranty for the same term. And when I went to cancel in riverside they said they did and I got paperwork just in case. Well months go by and I never get my money credited back to me. I went back several visits and had to argue several times about them not cancelling which they told me they had already. They waited till the last week of my manufacturer warranty to cancel. I bought that bike last year and we are in July now and I still haven't got my $2700 credited back to my principle balance. So now they're getting me for the interest as long as they keep my principle balance as high as they possibly can. Plus they lied to me when I complained about that and manager Mr. Forsberg said he's make sure I'd get Re-compensated for that money as well .. I haven't seen a single dollar from them and they're still playing games. Moral of the story don't do business with "homies" This Harley Davidson is a joke and leaves a bad name for the American sport. They're bad business all around steer clear. read more

Great class to learn how to ride! I haven't ridden a motorcycle in over 20 years and decided to get back into it. I took Paul and Dave's class with my son. My son has never been on a motorcycle. We had a great experience. Paul and Dave are very down to earth and made everyone in the class feel comfortable. They took their time with all the students and provided one on one coaching with all who needed it. They were both encouraging and added humor at the right time. They both have a great deal of knowledge/experience and provided a wonderful learning environment for all. I'm hoping my wife and daughter get into riding motorcycles soon and I will definitely make sure they take Paul and Dave's class! Once I get a bit more riding in, I'll be taking the intermediate class they offer. Thanks again to Paul and Dave! Fabulous instructors!!!! read more

Very upset and disappointed!!! Just bought our 2017 ultra LIMTED on Thursday 7-20-17 on Saturday check engine light and oil light came on. We took bike right home we were told bring it in Sunday. We took it in first thing Sunday morning we were told it would be looked at let us know. Sunday night they said they didn't even look at it first thing Monday they said. Well they didn't do that either. Called and got the run aroun again from Steve and Joseph. Guess I need to call the GM. OR PICK UP BIKE TAKE IT SOMEWHERE ELSE. ITS ONLY TWO DAYS OLD WITH 120miles on it. You would think a new bike only 2 days old would get a little priority. read more

I have to update this review. We've had our bikes now for over a year and the customer service has seriously gone down the drain at this place. We purchased the VIP with the expectation of the bikes being able to be picked up at no charge for service. Low and behold they are now charging $50!!! To pick up your bike! It's BS. We purchased VIP for that reason. We live far and don't have a way to get the bikes to them when they need serviced. Needless to say I will stick with Victorville Harley because they are way better priced and a lot more friendly even after you buy a bike! read more

This place flat out sucks. I have taken my bike there for all the services and it seems like every time I get it back it's something else. One time it had so much filter oil on it that it was all down the side of the bike and somehow on the back of the sissy bar. So much for the detail it just received, complimentary..... And as for complimentary, if you are going to put it in your paperwork that it was done at least please wipe the oil off the underside of the bike from the oil change you just did. And don't ride it through a dirt field first. Seriously it was dirtier than when I took it in to them. Trust me I love that bike and know how clean she stays. Let's see, oh I turned it in on Sunday afternoon for a basic service and it is now Thursday night when I get it back. Somethings wrong here. Not to mention they tried to sale me a new rear rotor when the one I have is perfectly good. I had 3 shops look at it and said all I needed was pads. One even wondered how they went out at only 10,000 miles. I hardly use the rear at all. Put it this way. Pissed.... read more

Riverside HD is the best at what they do-PERIOD. I did not buy my bike from here, however after my interactions with the staff, I will be trading my bike in soon and getting a new one at Riverside HD! I came in to Riverside HD for the basic riders course. I was somewhat skeptical at first- the price of the course is more expensive than the regular non HD class I had taken previously. Some digging around on the web revealed that the course was the same as the non HD riders courses. After taking this class here it is the same course materials. But there is more. Riverside HD took the time not to sell us a bike but to introduce us to the HD life. Starting with the facilities. The staff treated me and my classmates like family. We met the service manager DMC; animated character- he has a wealth of knowledge. He gave us a tour of the service facilities. They are truly #1 not by mere proclamation but by Harley Davidson. After the service center tour, DMC gave us some advice that will make you successful in the rider class- I will not reveal what he said, however I urge you to take the class and find out for yourself. I will tell you this- his advice worked! After the service department tour, we are greeted by a representative from the sales floor- but it is not what you think. While some sales is expected (after all they are a dealership) you will not be pressured to by anything. Instead you are taught the differences in the models on the floor and they will answer your questions. The sales presentation is no way aggressive, nor do they speak down on other types of motorcycles. Once you are done on the sales floor your are taken to the gift shop where they show you the various types of riding safety gear and the other stuff that HD sells. They explain what is riders gear vs. regular gear. Now class begins.... Instructors were not boring at all; they are very knowledgeable; they seem to make it a mission to see that your are successful. My instructors Brian, John (Mr. Lowenbrau (inside joke)) and Jim are very knowledgeable. They all work well together- you think they all have known each other from birth. They have a ton of riding experience; they are very willing to share it with you. They genuinely want you to succeed. Riding Course... The riding course is located at the fairgrounds in Perris. The bikes used are HD Street 500's. They are bigger than the 250cc bikes used on other rider courses, but they are still small...if you are taller these bikes become very uncomfortable by the time the course part is over. On the course my instructors really paid attention to my riding. When necessary they provided constructive feedback. If you followed it to the letter- it worked! Riding Evaluation... Word of advice, ASK THE INSTRUCTOR PRIOR TO THE EVAL THEIR RECOMMENDATIONS TO BE SUCCESSFUL- they will give you honest feedback based on what they observed. The evaluation is straight forward with no surprises. During the course of the range instruction, they will point out to you what drills will be on the final evaluation. The evaluation for me was challenging. I do suggest you take what you are told to heart and you should be fine. Written Test... The written test is very easy if you have read the course materials and paid attention. There are no surprises whatsoever. Once you have completed and passed the evaluation and written test, you are presented with a certificate of completion and your golden ticket. Word of advice, there is a DMV just up the way from dealership if you want to get your M1 soon after. Overall... A very pleasant experience; money well spent. It does not end with the course, by the end of the class you have started a relationship with the Riverside HD family. They really do want you to come back. They have alot of riding activities and workshops. I highly recommend taking the HD Riding Academy Course. At first I came in skeptical and left a fan of Riverside HD. The facility is state of the art...lots of new and used bikes. You gotta at least get a Riverside HD shirt. After all they are the # 1 many, or if not all HD categories. Good job Riverside HD! read more

THIEVES!!! I've spent so much money in this store, including services. Never Again!! I purchased chrome forks, new bars, controls, mirrors, cables and had a service completed at the same time. Over $2,200.00 in labor, which is not the complaint, but they did not return my original parts. Each time I ask about getting my factory parts back, its some Bullshit story from the service dept, its been over 5 weeks. I know they have absolutely no intention of returning them. So, my advise is be careful..... Save yourself some aggravation, time and money, and check out any other HD store first like Pomona, Quaids, or Laidlaws... I bought a brand new 2019 street bob on the 31st of may. I got there at 5:30pm and didn't leave the dealer until after closing 9:10pm. The sales rep told me the bike was going to be ready at 3:30. The whole 3 and a half hours was spent in the lobby drinking their coffee and listening to the sales rep tell us he's sorry. Not a fun experience. Would of been fine if we knew the bike wasn't gona be ready form the start, but we were lead on for 2.5 hours waiting for someone to print the papers(the bike wasn't at the shop). I'm a new rider first time on the freeway. The bike had a problem and it was leaking large amounts of tranny oil when i got on the free way the back tire felt funny, but i've never gone over 50mph so I assumed it was normal until I got home and found out it was leaking oil all over the tire. Also first time riding on the freeway was at night because it took so long to get the bike at the dealer. They almost killed me, and no one at the dealer even apologized, and when i called expressing my situation to the person who picked up the phone she acted like I broke the bike, and I would potentially have to pay for it, and they had zero responsibility for it. They sold me a lemon and made no exceptions for my situation, took them 10 days to pick up my bike. To top it all off I tried to trouble shoot the problem at home, read something about engine oil leaking out of the air filter thought that was my problem. It wasn't, but I did find out they put too much engine oil in the bike. The bike smelled rich(i thought it was the oil burning on the exhaust), and according to the manual it's supposed to be half way to the full line cold, and at the full line warm, on the kick stand. It's at the full line cold both times i checked it and a pint over warm. I even checked the oil myself before i took the bike from the dealer the second time(@ the full line cold), and she agreed it was wrong took the bike into the shop. Then came back to me and told me there was nothing wrong with the oil and it was reading under the full line warm and the service head checked off on it. Got home smelled rich on the freeway, pint over full when i got home. The bike was dirty both times i picked it up. Brand new one of the techs put his oily fingers on both mirrors, because he had to drive it to the gas station to put gas in it. (what kind of moron puts his fingers directly on the mirror? Probably just an asshole) Second time i picked it up there was what looked like dirt or mud on the tires on both wheels, and the whole bike looked like it been sitting outside the whole time they were servicing it (almost 20 days). I complained to my father about the bike being dirty, and she chimed in and acted like it just gets dusty there. She asked me if i wanted to the bike cleaned, i said yes. Went to eat lunch came back and the bike was washed, and it was still dirty mud on the tires not dust like she suggested. I complained about the engine oil being wrong and told her it was still dirty. They took the bike in the shop one of the techs cleaned the wheels. So they can't put oil in your bike and they can't clean bikes. No idea how they managed to actually fix my bike, who knows maybe it'll break down in another 50 miles. I don't feel confident they did a good job. No one at the dealer treated us decently. One of the techs on the phone kept calling me "bud", and at that point i was completely calm and accepted the situation for what it was so don't know why he was giving me attitude. The sales rep(nicest person i delt with tbh) told me to text him when i got home cause he wanted to make sure i was safe. I text him said i was home , he then promised me he would take good care of us, but did absolutely nothing for our situation, infact when i text him a picture of the oil leaking all over the bike he told me it was NORMAL, he also said he would get back later that day and never did. The motto at riverside HD is the customer is always wrong, and we take no responsibility for your problems. read more

If I could give less that one star I would, the mechanics are a dime a dozen and ruined my bike and tried to back peddle and make excuses. I had a very knowledgeable do it yourself shop handle it and school the " master tech" needless to say the gave me the parts free and I had someone else do the work and they paid him to do it. No communication from there service dept and mechanics. Horrible place to buy and or have service. If u need a shirt I guess that's ok dont think they can mess that up. When it comes to warranty or the f up they will push your bike aside and take there time. Besides it's a non profit repair at that point...... read more

I'll start from the beginning. I originally called in about a 2006 HD low rider (which is still advertised for sale on their website btw). The bike looked like a great deal and I was excited to trade in a HD to get it. So I called initially and talked with Wendy. She told me over the phone the bike was still available so we made an appointment for the following day. Now I live about 30 miles away, while not a far distance, the traffic on the 91 coming from Laguna Niguel after work was not ideal. That 30 miles usually takes near 2 hours to navigate in traffic. Regardless, not their problem. The following morning I get a call from Kayla confirming my "VIP appointment" for that evening. I said I'd be there and that the bike was there and they again looked forward to meeting and making a deal. Throughout the day, the heat wave brought in rain etc, it was becoming late in the day so I called again to confirm the bike was there so I wasn't wasting a trip likely in the rain. Kayla and Wendy had referred me to Kevin at this point who is apparently a supervisor or manager. I had great conversation with kevin over the phone, confirmed again the bike was there. He even gave me the best range of price they'd pay me for the bike I was to trade in from the pictures I sent him. Everything seemed to be in place. I told Kevin, "hang tight, I'm riding out there from laguna niguel right now" he said great, see you soon. After hauling ass and getting to the dealership from my house in 40 mins, I arrive. I'm met by some nice salesmen outside and request to see Kevin, like he Instructed me to do once I got there. The salesman comes back and says, kevin left about 30 mins ago for the day. So basically right after we got off the phone, he left. Ok, that's fine, there was probably 15 other salesmen that could help me out. So I start looking around for the bike..... can't find it anywhere. They then tell me the bike was sold nearly a MONTH AGO!!!! Then I get the "awww bro, this isn't how we do business here.... must have been an oversight on the website etc BUT let me make it up to you on this new bike over here....." bullshit. Ladies and gentlemen, I've been HAD!! The ole bait and switch. I personally will never go back to this dealership and give them my money, not even for a t shirt. This is just MY experience. I don't appreciate being treated that way as if I have nothing to do in my life but be duped by some shady salesmen and waste my time. read more

This place lost my future business. I went there to look at bikes for future purchase, I will be selling my current bike and using the money as down payment. so I go in there and get bombarded with different sales people. I told them I wasn't there to purchase just to look for when I am ready. I look at a Heritage classic, sit on it for the feel. like it. told them once I sell my bike I would be back and buy it. they said we can run the numbers so you have an idea, I said sure. I told them I wouldn't pay more than $400 a month in payments. they ran the numbers and came back and said, if you give us $1500 today we can get you out of here with the bike for $559 a month and your 1st payment won't be due until next year and you can pocket the money when you sell your bike. I said I don't want to pocket the money, I want to use it as down payment for lower payments. again.. they said $1500 today and getting the bike is a good deal! they said, all you have to do is give us $1500 in cash today and it's yours.. I said I didn't bring $1500 because I wasn't planning on purchasing a bike today, they said.. you have a credit card? you can put it on a credit card, I said I'm not going to put it on a credit card, then he asked.. what Bank do you use? because we work with some banks, we can do a post-dated check. I'm thinking to myself.. Jesus Christ! they are relentless... oh, btw.. there were 4 guys basically surrounding me this whole time.. had the finance guy sitting in front of me talking, another guy standing to my left and the 2 "sales team" guys standing to my right nodding there heads agreeing how great of a deal it was. I told them I would have to talk to my wife about the payment and would get back with them soon, they said.. can you call your wife and talk to her? I said no, she's at work. I told them I'll talk to her tonight.. they said, we will see what else we can do with the numbers and call you in the morning.. which they did.. but I don't intend on giving them my business anymore, their bullying tactics pissed me off and they lost my business.. which is too bad, because all they would have had to do, is wait a couple of weeks for when I sold my other bike. read more

I don't even know where to begin. I visited another Harley only for them to try and charge me nearly $7,000 above what we had talked about for a bike after all was said and done, frustrated after a 4 hour drive I tried my luck at Harley Riverside where Keishawn completely turned my day around. Not only is he not even a designated sales rep (which he most definitely should be) but he completely sold me on a bike. This was my first Harley, and the manager not only got me the model of bike I wanted, but cut me a major deal for the trouble. Keishawn then went out of his way to deliver this bike to my home (2 1/2 hour drive away). They will ask what you're willing to spend, and they will find you a bike to love and make sure you stay in your range. There is no other Harley I will go to from here on out. I would make the drive again any day. Thank you for the service that goes above and beyond your job descriptions. read more

I'm not one to write reviews on yelp because honestly I hate people who cry about bad Service but by far the worst customer service I've ever experienced, not one out of 30 employees (including the sales manager) I walked bye acknowledge I even existed or even asked if I was interested in purchasing a bike, I understand about sales and not being pushy but a simple hello goes a long way. I drove from Menifee just to see if I'd would like a bike I've been looking at for a while. I was quite excited to see it but really The lack of attention from the employees really killed it for me, I think even if someone would have said hi, I would have purchased it, that kind of excitement about the bike but my money is far too valuable to give it to salesman that don't want it or assume I'm not worth the time, extremely disappointed read more

This place has really changed. It went down hill ever since I bought my Streetglide Special in 2014. They pressure you to give a positive survey response. They also used to have a great referral program but have recently changed it. I have sent numerous friends and family to buy bikes from there and all they give you now are some useless reward points. Unfortunately my experience here hasn't been well. The two times I've made an appointment to talk to a sale rep they tell me one thing over the phone and change price/story when I get there. Had them say a bike was on manger special for $15,000 and then when I get there they say the manager special ended the day before and raise the price to $18,000. The old bait and switch trick. The person I spoke to wouldn't give me prices on anything after that. Kept saying "Well what do you want to pay? Where do you want to be at?" I asked about prices on two different used bikes and he wouldn't even give me a straight answer. They just seemed like they wanted to get money out of me. I don't recommend going here if you want an honest salesman with integrity. They say anything to get you there but then story changes. read more

ABSOLUTELY THE WORST DEALER I'VE EVER DEALT WITH AND NOT LAW ENFORCEMENT FRIENDLY AS ADVERTISED EITHER! This is a long story but beware. My situation may be different but read this and keep it in mind when dealing with this "dealer".... I called Wendy, in internet sales based on a NADA special I heard for May 6-7th. Wendy told me since I was Law Enforcement a First responder discount would be made. She confirmed after 2 phone calls my trade in value would be NADA Average Retail value of $15,370.00 at least, and possibly more based on the weekend of May 6-7th NADA special and aftermarket parts I had on my bike. I TOLD Wendy the trade value was high, and she told me it was part of the special, so I knew she was not truly making a mistake! Wendy also didn't hesitate when I asked her, bluntly, if my loan amount would be over $10k. Wendy didn't skip a beat and said it will NOT be over $10k for the bike you're looking at and your trade. I kept my word and rolled 93 miles from Lancaster Ca to Riverside Ca to buy a bike. Wendy knew I was riding that far too, I made it clear. Did I mention rain was in the forecast, but I kept my word and rode in anyways. After I arrived they offered me $11k on my trade (Trade was a 11 Street Glide with Tour pack and lower leg fairings for reference). They kept starting their 2016 Ultra Limited price off at original MSRP $31k, instead of $26,599.00 the advertised price! The model year end price was the incentive, but during negotiations they kept starting off at 2016 NEW price $31k!?!? Made no sense! After 5 hours, 4 salesmen to include Wendy, Kevin, and Steve I got boned! The told me my loan amount was $20k at first, and could not explain it. Then I talked to a different guy loan amount dropped to $15,800. Again NO explanation why it dropped!?!? Oh and that Law Enforcement incentive? Absolutely no consideration given, that claim was a lie too! So if you're a LEO get the claimed discount in writing before you show up, because there is NO DISCOUNT! Wendy told Kevin, in front of me, she told me $15,370.00 over the phone for my trade, we all looked up NADA together to confirm, and it didn't matter at all! The fact was all I wanted was $15,370.00 on my trade like I was promised and the PRICE THEY TOLD ME FOR THE 2016 Ultra Limited over the phone! The difference of the 2016 PRICE I WAS TOLD AND THE TRADE VALUE I WAS TOLD WAS THE ONLY REASON WE DIDN'T MADE A DEAL! I WAS OUTRIGHT LIED TO! Steve, Kevin, Wendy, and no one else have a FU$K about me or my wife's safety riding in the rain, my time wasted, or the fact I rode 93 miles each way to hear a bold faced LIE on their part! Absolutely the WORST I have ever dealt with! read more

Be very wary before buying anything at riverside harley davison! bought a new bike from them in 2016 sold me the VIP package which the finance guy said, gave me all my services through 30,000 miles. I took it for 5,000 service 9/19 and told me it expired! so I bought a new one for $1,800 and I ask the finance guy if I buy a new bike can be transfer to the new bike and he told me YES. so I bough a new 2019 bike, and he cancel my VIP with out my concern, and used my new VIP as a down payment, he sold my loan for 8.9% and he told me I well call you tomorrow, I may be able to give you a better annual percentage rate. he never call me back, so I call the sales man, same think, he never call me back, so I went to the dealer, and the finance guy told me, I can give you a better (APR) at 6.15% but he race my loan $2,800.00 more. I say NO thank you for YOUR help. and I walk away. read more
