There was only gravy after quite a long wait, and the saucepan and serving spoon were filthy, despite it being a new batch. During the meal a loud hoovering noise came from the kitchen. I'd of thought it was common sense to do it after customers had left, or at least close the door. I didn't feel I could complain as my girlfriend had taken me there as it was my last night in England for many months. I will never ever visit a Toby Carvery again.
