Excellent customer service, friendly staff. The prices are reasonable and the quality is superb. A good experience so far.

We have followed Riverside Cleaners through two moves over a period of over 30 years. They have been a wonderful neighbor and cleaner! Delores knows our name and can fix, clean and alter anything that is requested! We love Riverside Cleaners! read more

Dry cleaned a suit and they hemmed my suit pants for free as the stitching came loose. Wonderful service.

I absolutely love Dolores! I took in a very fancy dress an she made it fit me perfect! And dropped off skirts to get them to be smaller as well and she is sooo sweet!!! And nice!! And the best!!! Always a good job! I'm never disappointed read more

We have gone to Riverside for 25 years... prices and quality are good and Dolores and her staff are excellent seamstresses. You can't go wrong with the them. Years ago my daughter's wedding dress was altered by someone else and it was a terrible job, Dolores saved the day by redoing the dress. read more

I've only had my bridesmaid dress hemmed here and she charged less than half the cost of 4 others I had spoken to! Not only did she did a great job, she added a free hook (to tighten my dress even more) at no extra cost!! My dress is made of chiffon and polyester by the way read more

Doris and Blanca, and the rest of the family takes good care of me. I love the service and the friendliness. They are too kind, and do an excellent job. Very courteous and considerate. Highly recommended. read more

This place is absolutely amazing. I have to say when I read the reviews I was really excited to see Dolores work her magic . . . and I definitely needed a miracle (turning a size 14 bridesmaids dress into a 4 in 2 days). Once I walked in Dolores had me try on the dress, she pinned it where necessary and had me out of there in 5 minutes guaranteeing I would have it back in 2 days . . . and she did. The dress fits perfect and the alterations only cost $38. I'll never take alterations to be done anywhere else. Thank you, thank you, thank you Riverside Cleaners! read more

So helpful, quick, and cheap! I had two fancy quinceanera dresses that were completely wrinkled that I needed pressed immediately. I called up Riverside Cleaners on a Tuesday morning and they said no problem bring the dresses in and they could press them the same day. I brought them in that morning and picked them up in the evening - it only cost $10/dress. I was expecting it to be way more expensive. Plus, the owner was so incredibly nice and talked to me while I was picking up the dresses about the event they were for. Really great experience! read more

I love this place! It's no frills but the owner does an excellent job cleaning our clothes and comforters. I trust the owner not only with our cleaning but also with alterations. The boring David's Bridal bridemaid's dress went from meh.. to stunning! I'm a fan! read more

Holy cow!!! I just got home with my first batch of clothes that I brought to Riverside. Did a quick check at the store, mostly to make sure that everything was in the bag and that no buttons were lost. Came home and started pulling stuff out of the bag. One of the items that I brought was an off-white cashmere sweater. I wear it a lot, so it had pills all over and definitely looked well-loved. Took it out of the bag - NO PILLS!!! It looks almost new! Yay! Thanks, Yelpers for steering me to Riverside. I'll definitely be back! read more

Riverside Cleaners - Off-white cashmere sweater. Came back clean and with no pills! Looks almost new again! - Laundry Services Near Me - Campbell, California

Ever since I moved to the area, I've been hesitant to find a new dry cleaning spot. I'm extremely picky as my clothes are quite pricey (as I'm sure most items that get dry cleaned are) and I used to drive 20 minutes to get my clothes dry cleaned but stopped going recently as it's become a hassle going such a distance. I pulled out a trench coat a few days ago and noticed that it had oil stains and who knows how long they'd been there...so I looked on yelp and happened to find this little gem just down the street from my house. I brought it in and showed her the oil stains and I actually didn't look carefully enough and she pointed out some more. I picked it up this morning and it is spotless!! Looks completely brand new, and all for $10?! I have found my new go-to spot and I cannot be happier! read more

1) The lady who works here is super sweet 2) Reasonably priced dry cleaning 3) Fast never going anywhere else for my dry cleaning! read more

Dolores is the hardest working woman ever. Her and her crew deliver quality work with hearts of gold. My family has been coming here for the past 15 years I think....we've followed her when she moved locations. I come here for alterations when I can afford it. Seriously when you have a piece you love and it doesn't fit you the way you want it too, shell out a few bucks and she can make it work. If you have something pressing, i.e. a job interview, and you're taking a suit in for alterations, make sure you try it on before you leave. I've had a few pieces, I took home and needed to come back and have altered a bit more, but that is no fault of Dolores, it just happens, esp. if you tend to be a bit picky ;) Her prices are more than fair and she can usually have it done when you need it. If I had the money I would have her fix all of my clothes, she's great. I don't dry clean too often, but she is great with this as well. read more

The best dry cleaners near me, they are affordable, on time and very reliable, I got many of my woolen coats cleaned , I am very satisfied .

FANTASTIC experience! I bought a used bridesmaid dress online. You get what you pay for when you buy sight unseen. Dress had stains, was ripped, and was like 3 sizes too big. A very sweet, older Hispanic lady did my alterations and they were spot on! I wish I had caught her name. Less than a week later I came back and the dress was beautifully cleaned, altered and the rip was mended back so that you couldn't even tell it had happened. All of this was for only $45!! Highly impressed. I'm searching my closet for more alterations to send over! I'm also sending my sister with her actual wedding dress on Sunday. read more

This lady who runs this dry cleaners is the absolute nicest and sweetest! Every time I've come in to drop off or pick up she has the biggest smile on her face. Great customer service and they are super affordable and good quality too! Got a tough stain out of my brand new shirt, it looks good as new. Dry cleaning and steaming my wedding dress was only $55 which is a steal compared to other prices! Would highly recommend Riverside Cleaners. read more

Riverside Cleaners is by far the best cleaners/ alteration place I have been to. I've taken all types of things to be cleaned/alterd there, from down blankets, athletic jerseys, suites, jackets, dress shirts, and dress pants. I once took my down blanket to another cleaners (before I found out about Riverside) and my down blanket was returned to me smelling like chemicals. I ended up buying a new one because that one smelled horrible and gave me headaches. I took my new one to Riverside and they did an amazing job and put it in a special bag for me to pick up. It was clean and smelled wonderful. I have taken in my jackets to be altered. I once needed a suite to be altered for a wedding and they were able to meet and EXCEED my timing issue and got me suited up for the wedding. I don't know how their prices are because I only look for quality and customer service. My roommate is the one that told me about Riverside and he has been going there for years. Dolores is a very sweet lady! read more

Pinned my expensive skirt to the hanger. Got home to take the pins out and noticed the hook and eye was broken. Had to drive back to have it repaired. They did so without question, but I don't really want to pay for a service where my clothes come back to me in worse shape. The lady is very nice though. read more

We were in town for a wedding, and had forgotten to get my partner's suit cleaned. We brought Riverside Cleaners the suit at 4pm on Friday, and it was cleaned and pressed by 11am Saturday. Good prices, fast service, five stars. read more

Love this place. Great customer service, great prices, and overnight service. I won't go anywhere else.

Great cleaners that are always ontime with clothes and alterations. Been going there for 4 years, no reason to stop going.

OMG Dolores and the rest of the employees are awesome! For anyone that works in sales has to suit it up but cant afford Zegna, Hugo Boss, or Ben Sherman suits....I'll give you some advice. Go to Ebay, Amazon, Paolo Giardini, H&M, or Zara get a poly blend suit ITS OK when you take it to Riverside they will slim that bad boy down to the same modern standards of a $800 suit. They'll do hems, waist, sleeve length and tightness EVERYTHING and there pricing is so good they'll even dart your dress shirts and fix the sleeve length so go get your shirts @ ross or T J max no prob. Im bye far the best dressed guy at work and I get CRAZY complements whenever Im out in work attire and I owe it all to the kind people at Riverside read more

I love this place!! I work down the street so not only is it close but they do an excellent job! I have taken multiple pants here to be hemed, she altered and cleaned my wedding dress! I would recommend Riverside cleaners to everyone!!! read more

Dolores is the best, our kids call her Dr Dolores because she repaired my sons stuffed lamb 18 years ago. I recently moved away and I don't even want to find a new cleaners. I really miss "Dr Dolores" and all the others that work there at Riverside Cleaners. read more

Will never go there again . I was told by the owner they never crease shirts so I don't have to remind them. Naturally they just creased them. I asked if she could fix it now, as it's only a crease. I was told they don't have a steam machine by the owner, They only have an iron. I was told to come back the next morning to pick them up. I arrive later the next day around 5:40 pm just to find the dress shirt still has the crease. She blames me for not arriving in the morning. What that has to do with anything I have know idea. Either way it was not done or checked. No call, just waste my time for another trip. Later she tells me they do have a steam machine. Very difficult to get a straight answer, not trustworthy. She got rude and mentioned you just want your money back. No I want you to do the work properly and not lie to me and make excuses. At least apologize for her mistake and make it right is all I needed. Never see me again..... read more

I would recommend this place! The little lady in there is so friendly & she makes you feel welcome. Her work is excellent. She was able to redo our couch pillows & zippers to make them look new again. We were impressed with her work. I have not used same-day service so I cannot comment on that. read more

Dolores is phenomenal. I love this place. Great service.

Best cleaner in the Bay Area, Dolores works her magic with all my seamstress work and is such a pleasure to talk to. You are in the best hands with Riverside Cleaners! read more

After reading all the good reviews on Yelp I decided to try this place since it's between work and home. I took two shirts there last week and went back the next day to pick them up. I checked the shirts before paying because I wanted to make sure the stains were gone. The stains were still clearly in evidence on both shirts. One shirt I'd had cleaned previously at a different dry cleaners for the exact same type of stains, and they had cleaned the shirt properly the first time, so I knew that those stains at least weren't impossible to get out. I pointed out the spots to the owner and she agreed that she could clearly see them, and said they'd run them through the cleaning process again. I went back yesterday to pick up the shirts and decided I didn't even want to look at them before I left since if they weren't clean this time I wasn't going to bother asking Riverside Cleaners to clean them again. I got home and looked at the shirts, and sure enough, both of them still have the exact same stains. The owner was nice, and I appreciated her offering to clean the shirts again and not arguing with me. She was very friendly, and didn't charge me for a second cleaning which is why this place is even getting two stars. But I'm still going to have to take my shirts elsewhere to get them properly cleaned. Very disappointing. read more

It looks like this place has its off-days. I have had a lot of pants hemmed, but I have never seen such a sloppy hem on a pair of pants! Its is so ridiculously bad, I can't believe that I didn't notice it when I picked them up. I guess I just didn't expect that anyone could mess up something so simple and I didn't bother to inspect them before leaving their shop. I wish that I knew how to add a picture to this review because i'm sure that others would get a laugh from seeing how bad this hem was done. I guess I'll be returning to my tailor to get these pants fixed. read more
