This place really saved my bacon. Long story short, they were able to sew on my new Cub scouts patches same day and press for only $6!! Open early and very convenient location. Great job!!!! read more

They ruined my $600 dress and No apology. I've been going to this place for dry cleaning often. Sometimes I had to go back because some stains were not removed, sometimes the paint on the zipper was removed after dry cleaning (I guess they didn't properly cover it) and it became so ugly. I never complained, because I trusted this place and knew they did their best. But this time, I had the most unpleasant experience and I am not going back there anymore. Never. I took my dress for dry cleaning and asked them to cover the buttons well so they won't get damaged. I went back there for pick-up and there was a $4 charge for sewing back the buttons. The lady (I guess the owner of the business) said she removed all the buttons before cleaning and sewed them back. First of all, they never told me about this ahead if time. Didn't ask my permission either. I didn't understand why only this place had to do that, because other places cleaned it totally fine without removing the buttons. Second, the way she sewed was just horrible. It was so messy that nobody would believe it was done by a professional. She made so many holes on the delicate garment and even didn't use the same color thread. I took the buttons out at home and it was just a disaster. In addition, I found some stains that apparently not there when I took it there for cleaning. I had to take it back to remove those stains. I told her she shouldn't have done that without asking me and showed all the messy holes she made. She was like 'give her back $4'. No apology. Do they really think $4 can fix it and solve the problem? I am so upset because the dress is not the original condition anymore. When I paid a higher price for a dress, it means I pay more for the details and quality the dress has. $4 refund cannot make the dress like before. This place should know they don't have right to alter the garment without a customer's permission. If you do care about your clothes, this is not the place you can trust. read more

I brought my clothes in Monday and was immediately impressed with the service. The older lady helping me was fast, and very sweet. I came in today (Thursday) and picked up the lot. Heavy starch as I asked for was spot on. I love how the take a lot of care when pressing the collars. Other places I've been to leave creases and folds in your collars, usually ruining expensive shirts and the way they wear. It's clean, and surprisingly organized. That and it doesn't smell bad like the typical dry cleaners! Five stars for you! *My bill was $35.50 for five shirts and six pants, heavy starch on all* read more

Best dry cleaners in the South Bay! The ladies are so sweet and kind- they are always on the ball and ALWAYS have our clothes done the very next day- Which is extremely convenient. I can't begin to explain what a relief it has been to be helped out in s bind by the ladies here. I have, twice now, forgotten my debit card or cash as I have gone in to pick items up- in both instances they told me " no worries" see you next time- we will get it then" So incredibly helpful! Wouldn't take our clothes anywhere else and for the cheap prices it's unbeatable! read more

My family has been going to this cleaners since I was a little girl and since it was located on Williams. Now I am an adult and take my clothes here myself and can honestly say that this is a really good cleaners! I can bring her a pair of pants and get them altered to a beautiful skirt or bring her 2 mid-thigh shirts to alter into a dress. She's very good and her alterations are very straight and tight. I love the quality work. There may have been one time where I might have needed the work that was done to be changed, but that goes with any cleaners. Sometimes it just isn't as perfect as you want it. But then she fixes it and it was worth the wait. 20+ years and we are still customers! :) read more

high quality, timely, friendly, and generally excellent service. i've been getting my clothes repaired here in addition to dry cleaning.

Dolores is amazing at wedding dress alterations!! Hands down the best. And omg the price cannot be beat!!

I got my wedding dress altered here- it was much more affordable than going to a traditional custom tailer shop. I spent about $150 to get it hemmed, bustled, and the straps shortened, and my dress had lots of layers of fabric, so it wasn't easy! Dolores was great to work with- so kind and sweet, and really cared about getting it done perfectly. read more

I was referred to this dry cleaners by my boss and I must say I am absolutely thrilled he recommended me to go there. I had previously went to another dry cleaners and for a pant hemming and jacket cleaning, the gentleman wanted to charge me close to $40 and when I came to Riverside Cleaners the lady only charged me $17 WOW I am impressed. The woman behind the counter was super friendly and really nice I am definitely coming back for all my dry cleaning needs. The woman's personality was awesome she really made my morning. read more

This place is great. It's convenient; right on Hamilton Avenue near San Thomas Expressway. I discovered this place on Yelp, and I am so glad I did. My husband needed his clothes dry cleaned for a wedding, and as the date was fast approaching, I needed them dry cleaned quick! Riverside totally came through. I dropped them off on Tuesday and was able to pick them up Thursday. Pick-ups are available after 5PM, but because they close at 6PM I wasn't able to grab them Thursday. Luckily, they open early, so I was able to grab them Friday morning. All clothes were perfectly cleaned, returned on the hangers I dropped them off with. I asked for a light starch for the dress shirts, and they came out perfect! I will definitely be coming back here in the future, and will recommend it to my friends. read more

This place is good and has the Best customer service. They are always on time . I would recommend this place for sure . They are not the cheapest place but not the most expensive .reasonable for their service i tried some other places recently that they were cheaper but they end up losing my $80 shirt and they only offered me a free cleaning read more

Affordable, fast, and efficient. I love this place! The customer service is great - so friendly and accommodating! I came here to get a jacket tailored and a dress hemmed. I picked them up and they were exactly as I wanted and it didn't cost an arm and a leg! Quick turn around time. This is my alterations go-to from now on! read more

I was visiting my son who lives in San Jose(I am from NY)and my wife had 2 skirts that needed to be dry cleaned. My son doesn't use dry cleaners and so he couldn't recommend anyone. I used yelp to find one and Riverside had excellent reviews. Brought in the skirts, picked them us the next day and when my wife put them on when we got home both skirts were ruined(fabric was torn). We were home in NY so couldn't do anything about it. I guess they do not know how to clean skirts read more

I didn't get to use her service because her schedule was packed but she referred to me Ann in Westgate Mall who did a great job and was super friendly! I appreciate it read more

I took my pea coat and a couple of my boyfriend's suits here. He needed at least one of the suits the next day and I mentioned that to the person who helped me. She said it would be no problem. When I went in to pick the suit up the next day, everything was ready and looked fantastic. The people were very nice, everything came out looking brand new, prices are very reasonable, and the service is quick! I have found my new go-to place for dry cleaning. read more

They are always very friendly and helpful and do a great job for the price! I've had dry cleaning and alterations done and have always been happy. They are very accommodating too! read more

I absolutely love Dolores!!! She reminds me of the grandma I wish had going up! I moved to Campbell a couple of years ago from Willow Glen/Downtown and it was really difficult making the trek to my previous dry cleaner. I spend way to much on clothing and a take every sweater I own to Riverside and the ladies. Try them out, you won't be disappointed. read more

Dolores did my wedding dress alterations and it was the best value out of 4-5 different places that I had checked. We did 2 fittings to make sure everything was good before I took it home. She is a very sweet person with lots of experience. I just went back to get my wedding dress cleaned and preserved (amazing price, again) because I trust her to do an excellent job. BTW I have also used Riverside Cleaners for dry cleaning many times and will continue to do so. read more

Came to Delores in panic after Davids Bridal wanted to charge me over $200 (because it's technically a wedding gown) JUST to take in the sides. She only changed me $50 AND added cups for me. Her and her staff did an amazing job with my gown! Her staff had an amazing attitude, were always smiling and helpful whenever I called! Thank You Riverside Staff!!! I'll be back :) read more

Riverside Cleaners - USMC Ball 2015! I lost a lot of weight and she took my dress from a size 6 to a 2 and did an absolutely beautiful job! - Laundry Services Near Me - Campbell, California

I don't know what to say about Riverside Cleaners that has not already been said. Maybe not the most modern and clean looking shop, but who cares? They do have good price, quality service and friendly staff. That's what I care about and that's what they deliver on. read more

Super fast service and very friendly. Took a couple things here to get cleaned and also a couple summer dresses to get the straps shortened $7 to shorten straps and it only took a day read more

Excellent service. Since I moved here fairly recently I've tried a few cleaners locally but they're just not very good and very expensive. This cleaners does a great job, including hemming and repairs, they're priced very well. I've found a new dry cleaner - yah!!! read more

I was referred by a friend and Dolores did not disappoint. Great prices! Alterations were fantastic! Very warm and friendly. I have used them many times now and absolutely live them. read more

I cannot rave enough about this company that I had to post another 5-star. They will do minor repairs while you wait. But their turn around time, if you just want to drop off your clothes, is usually one or two business day. They're attentive, nice, and their pricing is extremely reasonable. read more

I had things cleaned, mended, and everything was less than $100 when I clearly expected the bill to be at least $100 if not $200 - $300.

Since moving down the street I have no had countless items dry cleaned and a few items altered by this fast and affordable dry cleaners. I would trust them with any item for alterations since the first item I brought them was a lace bridesmaids gown I needed shortened. They took a scalloped lace bottom trim off and replaced it after they shortened it and you couldn't even tell. Quality and affordable work. read more

I've found my neighborhood cleaners, and they're wonderful. Prices are right too. Some places charge an arm and a leg for bed comforters or other large(-ish) items, but Riverside didn't break the bank when we brought in the comforter plus a few other items. And every last stain came out too. Wonderful place, friendly people, highly recommended. :) read more

Been using Riverside for more than three years. Prompt, efficient service - highly recommend.

Always friendly and on-time. Good prices. They take great care of my informs and sew the occasional button back on free of charge.

Bummed I wasn't suggested this place on yelp when I typed in "alterations" around me...luckily, my bff recommended I go here! I came in with a SUPER last minute and super complicated one piece bodysuit that I will use at a festival this weekend. There was a portion of the bodysuit that sagged on me so I had it lifted to fit nice and snug (if that makes sense). I literally could not believe I was only charged $10 and it was ready the next day!! Will be going here for all future alterations and suggesting this to everyone. read more

Dolores is very nice and they seem to do a good job. My dog loved going inside to say hi. Parking was easy.

Every pair of pants, slacks, and jeans that I've brought in for hemming come back too short by about an inch or more. I'm not waiting for a flood nor do I wish to walk around looking like I am trying to bring flood pants/slacks back into style. Hemming, once an item is cut, cannot be fixed. Even when the pinned length looks appropriate in the mirror the items are too short. Similar to David C.'s review. I would suggest though that you ask for reimbursement of damagaed alterations or dry cleaning as that is why they carry insurance! The staff is very nice and courteous and very flexible. They do always re-clean items when they are not done correctly. However, I've had to take items back several times not just once - so I am not sure the average to low prices are worth the sloppy work. If you're in a bind and you need something done quick and don't care about the quality- use this place. Otherwise - do yourself a favor and find a place that may take a little longer but will get the job done right (regarding hemming, mending, dry cleaning, getting stains and spots out etc) the first time. read more

I recently tried this place out because of the reviews. I will agree the woman was very friendly, and the prices are great. It was half of what I expected it to be. I had a couple of items with spots on them, I pointed them out, they were marked with the proper tape, I got them back, one the spots were 'better' but not gone, the other didn't even look like they tried. This is maybe a little petty as I have a sensitive nose, but I can smell whatever they used to clean my pants. I don't know if others would, but I can. Finally, same pants, the button just broke off at the knot this afternoon. It didn't unravel, more like it was yanked and pulled to breakage. That, I won't say with certainty is from the cleaning, but it did make me wonder if they were a little rough with my clothes. Since the spots give me a "rushed" feeling. All that being said, I will probably take things there to be pressed as my clothes looked nice and the price was good. I will have to see if that smell clears out, before deciding. I will not bring things back that have spots on them as I would rather pay more and have them removed completely in one visit. read more

I'm not going anywhere else but here. The nice lady behind the counter is not only nice but she is very experienced too. She knows what she is doing. I took my $2,000 suit to dry clean and remove the stains from my neck and other spots off of my dress shirt that I paid a fortune for, they did an beautiful job. Just excellent. My shirt has gone thru other dry cleaners and never removed all the stains from the neck area. I went to martinizing cleaners and their job was not even as good as this place. Martinizing never removed one stain where this place did it for me. I don't even care how much they charge me because quality is more important for me and I will pay for it by heart. I recommend them to everyone to check them out and see how deeply the lady knows about what she is talking about. read more

Loves the photo! I recently took my coat here and it came back like NEW! And they only charged $8. At a downtown cleaners, I was quoted $15! HA... Shame on them for overcharging! As long as I live in Campbell, I am a customer of Riverside Cleaners! read more

The prices here for alterations are ridiculously low and they do a great job. I have had multiple issues with things not being short enough after being altered (including my wedding dress, DAYS before my wedding) but they always fix it quickly and you cannot beat the price. I expected to spend hundreds altering my wedding dress and it was only $95 here, and it wasn't a simple job either. It also cost me $25 to shorten a bridesmaids dress that another place charged my friend $65 to do the same. The family who owns this place is super sweet as well. read more
