Super fast turn around time and really convenient hours of operation and great prices. I brought an ivory color bridesmaid dress in to get steamed before the wedding and it turned out perfect. Brought that same dress back to get cleaned after the wedding because I got some stains on the bottom and they were able to make it look brand new again. Kathy is the best! read more

They did such a great job cleaning my bridesmaid dress and two white jackets with old stains on it. Highly recommend!!

I took my son's very dirty jacket which he wore for his frat activities many times. They removed spray paints, food stains and all the other stains on it. They even did it in a couple of days. I'm very happy with the result and I do recommend this cleaner! read more

I have been coming to Rinconada Cleaners for the past six years. The owner is very nice and extremely accommodating. My clothes are always cleaned on time and I have never had any problems with their service. This past trip, I went to pick up my clothes and the owner found my son's wallet that had been left in his pant pocket. She told me she always checks the pockets and bags/saves any contents found until it can be returned to the owner. I am very appreciative of the owner's diligence and honesty. Everything in my son's wallet was still there. Thank you Rinconada Cleaners for your professional services and the extra care you give to your customers. I will continue to use Rinconada Cleaners for all my dry cleaning needs. read more

I dropped off an expensive ivory blazer that was covered in coffee, one whole side of it. I had little hope it would come out but wanted to at least try. They told me it may not come out because the stain was a month old, but I picked it up today and it was completely gone! My blazer looks brand new :) highly recommend this cleaners! read more

Been using this dry cleaners for many years. Always, friendly staff and their results are amazing. Recently they were able to remove a huge red wine stain from my husband's shirt. I'd highly recommend this business. read more

Being new to the area, I just started using Rinconada Cleaners. It is an absolute pleasure to be greeted with a smile, impeccable service, and an attitude that is totally welcoming. I was pleased with the quality, timeliness, and price of the items I had taken in to be cleaned over the last few months. I just took a light pink lined suede type jacket to be cleaned. The jacket had blue dye from a blue pair of pants that I wore with it and many other stains. I thought it might be worth a try to see what could be done. I was absolutely AMAZED! The jacket looks brand new. I couldn't see one spot and all the blue dye was gone. I would recommend Rinconada Cleaners to everyone! read more

It is great having an excellent dry cleaners but also a very honest one! They returned $100 that was left in my husbands pocket!! read more

Great service all around. I dropped off a delicate sweater which had quite a few visible stains which R.Cleaners could not remove in the first try. They gave it another shot without additional fees and the sweater is back to original shape -- which I appreciated greatly. I recommend this business! read more

New owners suck - they say i owe money.. bull shit I pay by CC over the past 15 years.. no proof from them... I will never go here again...

I've gotten my dry cleaning and alterations done here at least 1x a year for the last five or so years. Yes I don't have many things that need dry cleaning or altering lol. But when I DO..... WOW. These ladies are fabulous. Quick and efficient. They get it done right and when it comes to the alterations - just perfect. Store quality. Reasonable pricing too. :) read more

Very expensive: 16-18$/dress (depending on length) 8$/blouse 11$/zip-up-sweater .... You can save big money avoiding this place, which is unfortunate because it's convenient. read more

I dropped off a couple pair of pants to get shortened and they came back perfect and pressed. Other places I've used before don't usually press clothes sent in for alteration. The reason it isn't 5 stars is that I was told it would take 3 days to get what I thought was a simple alteration done. I was not in a rush so did not ask if I could expedite this but other places I used previously before I moved into the area usually provided same day/next day turnaround times. read more

I rarely give reviews but this one, is well deserved. The place is clean, professional, easy parking and the new owner Kathy is so kind, not overpromising but actually over delivering. I wasn't expecting them to be able to remove two years old (food, oil and wine) spots from two expensive dresses specially when other cleaners had told me its not possible. Rinconada told me they will give it their best. Well they gave it beyond their best. They performed magic. I was surprised that both dresses looked brand new with no sign of spots. Amazing, job well done with great attitude, timely service at a reasonable price. Even if I didn't live nearby, Rinconada is my only choice of cleaner for all my dry cleaning/washing. read more

Rinconada Cleaners is the best cleaners in the area! They are always very kind and they always have the dry cleaning on time with more then fair prices. I was very impressed recently when I brought in a dress with an unknown stain on it and they were able to get it out after they told me they had worked on it for a couple of days. read more

I've been going for years. The dry cleaning and laundry is always delivered on time with quality care. Attention to detail, like buttons, mending and stains are taken care of when pointed out. Good cleaners, $2 per shirt, but $6.50 for pants!, Do good work

Only had alterations done here but seems great. The pants were hemmed nicely. Will try dry cleaning soon.

I've been seeing these guys for years. My clothes are always crisp and clean and look great thanks to this terrific dry cleaners. They never lose my stuff (a problem with some others) and don't crush my buttons or doodads on my shirts. The cost has steadily risen through the years, but quality doesn't come cheap. The ladies here are always courteous, smiling and helpful. Go here. You'll be glad you did. read more

It took me four dry cleaners in Los Gatos to finally get to Rinconada, and I've finally found a great dry cleaner. They're good, dry cleaning facilities are onsite, prices are reasonable and they have lots of service so you're never waiting in line. I've been going here about a month now, and highly recommend it. I drive out of my way, but am so much happier with how all of my clothes look now that I have a good dry cleaner. read more
