Bad experience. Scheduling the appt was easy, 10:30a on a Saturday. The day of - google directions say the office is closed, tried calling to confirm and no answer. Called scheduling dept on our way there, they confirmed office should be open suite 110. When I arrive they tell me I'm at the wrong suite, no big deal. When we find ste 100, the receptionist lets us know that the ultrasound tech, Gen, is refusing to see us because we are 3 min past the 15 min grace period. I asked to speak to Tech to see if she can make exception to see me since I thought my appt was 10:30 and I was early, she came out but only to argue and stand her ground. She didn't let me speak, immediately abrasive. No empathy just repeated the policy is 15 min and we were 3 min past that. She dug her heels in the ground and did not care to listen. Honestly if I could give no stars I would. I had an appointment for my anatomy pregnancy scan. I was told that my fiancé couldn't be in the room, which was a shock to me because I asked when I made the appointment I was told I was allowed one person. Not only was the tech rude and kept making smirking faces during the whole ultrasound, she left me bruised. When I say bruises I mean on my stomach from her pressing so hard and moving the wand up and down. Not really nice to do on a pregnant woman. I've never felt so uncomfortable. read more

I will definitely never schedule a night appointment ever. Especially at this location. I had an 8:30pm appointment. I get there at 8:20pm. I gave the young lady my name, told her my appointment time and then sat down. It's busy so I expect a bit of a wait. By now it's 9:20pm and I'm starting to lose my patience. There was a man who had an 8:55pm appointment and called before me. I noticed this and went back to the front desk to see what was going on. I asked the same young lady what was my place in line. She said "o you're next" and called me a different name. I said no my name is etc etc. The look on her face said it all. She asked me my name again and asked what I was there for. I was beyond annoyed but I kept my cool. She clearly never checked me in. I heard her ask her coworker to print out my paperwork. I wait for 10 more minutes and then they finally called me. The only saving grace here was the X-ray tech Jason. He was so sweet and polite and he was very efficient. I finished the x-ray and left. My car was one of two cars left. Got a text from this co to schedule yearly exam and they scheduled me in San Bernardino. I call to change locations and the women says she is not in the United States. Tried calling and get prompt to #7 and get , the operator is not available and leave a voice mail. I did and then I get a call from another foreign country with a 714 area code. How the heck is this even possible. Why are all these companies sending call centers to other countries?. Pretty sad when women are trying to schedule appointments to screen for cancer and can't even get this so called Radnet. read more

After my experience at Riverside Advanced Imaging, I honestly don't know where all these negative reviews come from. My best guess is that these are left by entitled people who acted like jerks when they went. The staff is friendly and professional. The facility is clean and welcoming. I had a great experience with a procedure I was not looking forward to. The staff immediately helped ease my anxiety and answered all my questions thoroughly. This place only care about billing your insurance with no empathy for patients. Another example of corporate running medical facilities in this country. Ok, I have had some great experiences with this place and some bad. I have had no problem with my scheduled ct scans, ultrasounds, or mammograms. I am a cancer survivor (still in remission) so I undergo frequent testing. The technicians are nice and efficient. I don't have to wait too long either. The facilities are nice and clean, and a nice improvement over that hell hole on Central. My biggest complaint about this place is the malarkey they have pulled on me (twice now) when it comes to my scheduled in advance x-rays. Twice now, I get the exact same phone call at 5 minutes to 4 pm, telling me, 'Your X-ray appointment has been cancelled due to the x-ray machine going down'. Ok, right. I suspect 4 o'clock must be a shift change and they cant get anyone to either work the shift or stay late and do the job. Its always at 5 minutes to 4. Yeah, sure the machine has 'gone down'. SO since I have a scheduled dr's appointment, and I HAVE to get the x-rays done BEFORE my scheduled dr's appointment, I have no choice BUT to head over to the hell hole on Central and get xrays done there because you guessed it, 'their machine on Central NEVER goes down' and another guess what? 'They don't take scheduled appointments for xrays, walk-in only, sit down, and wait'. Other than that, this is a nice place, IF you can get in there before the equipment breaks down. read more

I had an appointment and was told to arrive 20 minutes early to do paperwork, which I did, only to find out they had everything needed. Sat in waiting room almost 2 hours before being called back. Waited another 20 minutes in a back area before getting my x-rays. The only saving grace was the extremely nice technician. Wouldn't recommend this facility to anyone. read more

There was an issue with my coverage and so I said I'd reschedule, to which she replied "let's just cancel". Okay? I won't be coming back here and I will make the drive to a different center. The services are fine, it's the billing that rates this poor review. I had imaging done at this facility on 3/11/16. My responsibility is 10% of the bill, they charged me well over 25%. My actual share is $180 less than what they charged me at time of service (they knew they weren't billing my insurance $2500). I have yet to receive my refund for over payment. I was told last week when I called in that their system is set up to issue refunds (not true) but it wasn't working and someone was working on a resolution. The person I spoke with was nice enough, but I'm still not satisfied this company can withhold a patient's money knowing the provider over-billed the patient, the insurance wasn't charged as much, the insurance doesn't authorize as much, the patient is due a refund, and insurance already paid their share. Now this company is holding money not due to them. The individual last week said she processed my refund and I would have the money returned to the card by Tuesday 6/28. Here it is 6/29, no money. I called 6/29, their system was down (sorry, not my issue when they've been holding my money for months that should have auto-refunded according to the girl). I'm on hold yet again to find out where my money is. Complaints are going out to the medical board, the insurance company and Dept of Insurance, as well as the Attorney General. Editing to add that every time I call I get a new phone number for their billing. Edit 2: 6/30, I was told the 6/23 request was never processed and it was sent to someone else to process who obviously didn't do their job. The "agent" today says they are not able to process and they would send it in. This doesn't help me get a refund. I was transferred to supervisor Greg and was sent to voicemail. Message left. I agree with the bad reviews. This place is the worst! The front staff is extremely rude and unprofessional. If I could give them zero stars, I would. They kept my 64 year old mother waiting in the office for almost 3 hours on my Dad's CT scans that they said were still being made. It turns out, they had already been completed before she got there. How incompetent can they be? My poor Mom was exhausted and crying when she got home. You need to show more compassion to people who come to your business - especially when they have medical issues. I'm absolutely displeased with this place. The man in charge of the scans told me that my doctor placed an order for my neck but someone at the office told my insurance I needed one for my brain. I an absolutely fucking dumbfounded as to how that happened. I'm a fucking struggling recent college graduate where I work my job to make ends meet. I'm not some privileged kid who has all my expenses paid for and am fucking furious that I had to miss even 3 hours of work. Keep that shit in mind when you're just doing your job half assed and. My experience was very pleasent (went into suite 110). I was scheduled for 310p and wasn't seen till close to 340p. With experiences in doctor offices, that to me seemed expected. However, I can only compare this with the MoVal one on Day St. I had everything ready: dr. order, pre-filled paper work (from previous appointment), insurance & id, so checking in was a breeze. There was a lady who didn't have a dr's order and THEY called the dr's office for her to get it faxed. I had forgotten mine at the one in MoVal and I had to call myself to get it faxed and eventually, just went home to grab it bc no one was picking up. The waiting room was big with a tv and the AC was on with the door opened. The one in MoVal was stuffy, hot, door was closed, and no air circulation. While being seen, there were 3 changing rooms and a bathroom at the end of the hall. As I was done with my exam and walking back to my dressing room, one of their male employees was walking out from the bathroom after filling the paper towels. I was covered up and didn't think it was a big deal but he apologized and turned towards the wall to look away till I got into the room. I felt that was very respectful and very gentleman-like of him. That made me feel very comfortable (even though I thought nothing of it) and made me feel like they cared here. The examiner and doctor made me feel comfortable, especially since both were female (examining female parts and all). They answered my questions and explained to me thoroughly yet quickly straight to the point. And the actual exam went quickly, as well. The examiner knew exactly what to do and where to look at giving me confidence that I can trust this place. That should be a given, since it's the job expectation, but some people don't always give off that vibe. Overall, my experience was really good here. Although, I currently live in MoVal, the short 20 to 30min drive was worth it. read more

This is the 2nd time I been here. Great people, friendly, courteous. Very Helpful. You can make an schedule appointment for 9:30pm. I believe they close at 10pm. Call the facility, if you get the automated service usually after 5pm press Zero. I needed another procedure done that they don't do here. I told them I needed it before my next doctors visit. They were able to get me an appointment in Rancho Cucamonga Sunday a 7:45am. I'd rather drive then have to wait. I have never had a problem with any of these imaging centers. Excellent service. I have Kaiser insurance but received an outside referral to Riverside Advanced Imaging for an MRI due to getting claustrophobic in the small Kaiser MRI chambers. RAI has open-sided MRI machines that sometimes make it easier on people who panic going into a small enclosed tube machine. The staff were total professionals, especially my MRI Technician Sandra. I'm a bigger guy, and she had to make several adjustments which took quite a long time at the beginning of my procedure. Each time she was patient, kind and professional and I really appreciated that. I would not hesitate to go back to RAI for any services that they provide. They have a lovely VERY LARGE waiting room that is relatively new and they obviously knew that they would need lots of seats for people to sit, and wait, and wait, and wait. They have a television, hot and cold water for your waiting pleasure. Take your ipad, your magazines and perhaps some snacks. Next time I show up I'll bring my pillow and a sleeping blanket. Mayra is a very unproffesional receptionist. Has you there waiting and waiting while shes so deep in the chisme with her co worker that sits behind her talking about their personal life. Instead of letting you know whats going on with your referral. And then when you go up to ask why they are taking so long, she wants to give attitude! The front desk staff is extremely rude and unprofessional to say it nicely. They talk about their customers after they leave or think they can't hear. They don't keep their voices down when taking about private medical information. Their appointment center and them definitely do not communicate because I received a different appointment time upon my arrival. The appointment center said 10:30 and when I got there they said 11:30. The appointment center said they would let me know when to have my child take her meds before the scan and then they said they weren't responsible for that and it was my problem and made it seem like it was going to be a big deal. The only person who was somewhat nice was the person performing the scan. I see after reading other reviews that the front desk seems to be an issue and it has been since 2016. Had to cancel that appointment and then when I came in for my next appointment they asked me if I had been taking any vitamins!!!!! They said they needed to reschedule again!!! I had a horrible experience here and I will never use their services again. I was scheduled for a test that requires no eating for a little over 24 hours and a prep kit that you have to use to prepare yourself. I received a call the morning of my exam that they had cancelled my appointment due to lack of picking up my prep kit. I did pick up my prep kit and did everything they asked, but the technician that gave it to me forgot to log it so they gave my appointment away. Not only is my problem not identified but I went through a day and a half of starving myself for nothing and have not received so much as a sorry for them messing up. This is the most unprofessional place I have ever been. The front office is rude and useless I had an appointment ar 230pm. I showed up earlier for paperwork. I included in my paperwork that I might be allergic to iodine. After I waited a veeery looong time they told me they didn't want to take a chance and I should have taken benadryl 45 minutes before. If they had even bothered looking at my chart they could have told me that and I could have taken it. I showed up at 115pm to avoid problems. I asked them to please give me benadryl and I would wait the 45 minutes. They said no because my appointment time was past!!!! So I had been fasting and cleansing for almost 30 hrs and not even drinking since the am ( with 114 weather) for nothing. They would not even look at their schedule to see if fitting me in was possible... I am shocked by the way they run this center...STAY AWAY! read more

Inept scheduler caused my wife to medicate unnecessarily due to claustrophobia for a morning appointment they bollixed. We both lost a days work and now my wife will likely miss another day due to medicating yet again tonight to make up the appointment they screwed up. Now after my wife medicated for the evening (and incorrect) appointment, they said they wouldn't take her if she were medicated. So we have to re-schedule and lose yet another day's pay. Riverside advance imaging on Sherman, Front desk receptionist is RUDE, Lazy and could use a makeover, I walked in went to counter she asked me to step aside, when she finished with the person before she moved away totally ignored me and stared doing other things like moving papers checking her phone!! never a welcome or smile, when leaving I asked for my disc she said (without checking) that my Doctor did not order one and that my Doctor will notify me when he gets results, today my Dr called to my an appt and to please bring the disc I advised what I was told, they sad that is NOT TRUE! If I could give zero stars, I would. I visited this facility for a bilateral MRI of both breasts with a history. Was waiting anxiously for 3 weeks because I opted for the open MRI this time due to a panic attack from claustrophobia from my last 2 MRI's. I was told during my appointment scheduling that my Husband could go back with me because I am nervous and scared. Well, the technician calls me back and told my Husband to have a seat. We pleaded with him and I even stated that I was told my Husband could accompany me. He rudely asked if I was claustrophobic or something. Yes, both. I also have PTSD which has a world to do with my claustrophobia (won't even go there) but he then has me change and go into the test room and see 'if I even fit' (his words) in the open MRI machine. Mind you, I was asked my height and weight when scheduling said 'open' MRI. So this shouldn't be an issue, correct? Oh no, he slides me in and right out and said I couldn't do the test because I do not fit in the machine, when I did?! Absolutely unprofessional. mean and made me feel horrible. He said to get dressed and make an appointment for another site for a closed MRI. Either this guy has zero compassion towards a worried, ill and scared woman or he just plain didn't want to do his job. When I was exiting the changing room lobby, I looked back and he was texting away on his phone. Will never return to this facility again. read more

I don't usually use yelp, but my whole experience with this was worth the time to let people know what they are in for, first off I had issues since February with my thyroid, got all my testing done in a timely manner, then finally had to get a biopsy which took forever to schedule because no one even called me back even though the voice-mail clearly states they will call in 24 hours, I got called a week later not to even schedule just to tell me what i needed to bring in to schedule the damn appointment. So I drove 45 min after I gathered all the stuff they needed, personally dropped off my records...next day they called to schedule ...no app until mid may!!! Wow, so I waited , when the day came. The front office girl was rude. Cut me off while I had a simple question to ask no smile no good morning nothing, I'm sorry u hate ur job lady..but I would take ur place rather then getting a biopsy, I was already nervous and stressed about it the least u can do is be nice, then they call me back my husband couldn't go in, why? Idk but the room look like a gym with all that space he wouldn't have gotten In the way, but anyways the assistant was also rude. I tried to joke with her and ya no smile...I didn't feel comfortable at all getting this biopsy. I felt like I was trash to them. Maybe cause my insurance? She didn't make me feel comfortable at all. Answer questions to me like idk. Didn't care to listen to what was going on with me. Dr comes in he was nice. Test wasn't done due to issues.
