She has the most up to date, top quality cameras and equipment (necessary to get the best images) She is also a perfectionist with a trained eye, to capture the very best images. These details are very important when you're needing to know what's happening inside your body. She will have you move in the tiniest way, to get the most accurate images. Some of the findings only show up at a particular angle and could have been unseen if she hadn't done this. She is truly an expert with thermal imaging! She has medical doctors review the images, not chiropractors or other "trained individuals" the reports that come back from her medical doctors are detailed, specific, and extremely insightful. When you are looking for thermal imaging as your first scan (to know if you need additional medical intervention) you need someone who you can rely on for accurate imaging! It's a combination of: - her trained eye (to see and capture the best images) - her training (double certification) and experience (to know which tiny adjustment in your body angle to capture the most accurate thermal image) - her top quality camera and equipment - her medical doctors who review the images and write the reports/findings This combination makes her the best choice! While talking to employee at a call center by phone to set my appointment I was told no parking fee$ there is a parking fee. When I arrived at business I walked in office. I pased 3 employees. No one wanted to look up to help me! I went to a third employee and asked who or where do I sign in? An employee pointed back at 2 employees. I looked back and stood in front of 2 employees. To my surprise only 1 employee looked up! If this is the kind of C/S you like this is the place. This is the starting point I have not been seen yet. Will provide an update after my MRI is completed. Btw to the employees that ignored me today. Anyone would love to replace you. Jobs are scarce these days. Appreciate what you have or time to move on. What makes a company successful is Customer Service!

This is the most horrible medical facility I have ever seen…read more I recently had some abdominal pain (too much spicy foods? :) My doctor ordered an X-Ray of the abdomen with just 1 View. I went to Wave 7 times in 4 days and kept on getting the runaround without getting the X-Ray done. I made an appointment online and rushed out from work to get there and was told : "someone just took that appointment! We're going to give you another appointment now." So 3 days later, I left work early and rushed out again, to get there for them to tell me they can't do it because the technician that performs that procedure has left for the day (and I was 12 minutes early!). Then they gave me ANOTHER appointment. When I got there again this time, they told me that their machine is broken and they can't do it. It's just so unbelievable and very unprofessional. So frustrating and exhausting. On and on, they had all kinds of excuses. How could anyone run a business or a medical facility like that? They told me to try the Irvine location. I went there to find out that Irvine doesn't do it! I called their Newport Beach facility and the person that answered the phone confirmed 4 times, "yes, we do perform that procedure here. You need to get here before 4:45 pm." Like a fool, I took her words and rushed there despite heavy traffic on a Friday afternoon. Got there by 4:30 pm and their front desk person said: "I don't know who told you that but no, we don't have any technician here to perform that procedure!" I was at my wit end so I called my doctor's office asking for referral to a different radiology facility. A patient navigator suggested that I go to Memorialcare Radiology Department in San Juan Capistrano and she made the appointment for me. I wish that was done the first time around. Do not ever come to Wave Imaging facilities. They have horrible services and you can see that through all the reviews here in Yelp!

I told her I had scheduled an appointment a week ago for an MRI with contrast of my neck. She proceeded to tell me in a slightly rude manner that there was no appointment. I told her I had spoken to someone named Jamie- turns out, she's Jamie- and had emailed her with all of the information she requested, including the date and time of the appointment. She looked in her system and could not find any of my information or any appointment for me. She also couldn't find the form that my doctor had sent over. Jamie it seems, never wrote down my appointment. I ended up having to leave and did not get an MRI. I took time off work to get this MRI. I hope the owner lets Jamie go. She's not doing the business any favors

That's when I decided to call Opensided MRI, and I'm extremely happy that I did. From the very first call, the experience was completely different. I was able to speak with someone right away (not an outsourced call center), and they were knowledgeable, helpful, and able to answer all of my questions immediately. They also took the time to gather my doctor's orders and insurance information during that initial conversation, which made the process feel smooth and efficient. Within just a few days, my insurance was approved, and my appointment was scheduled; something that had taken months elsewhere without success. When I arrived, the facility itself was easy to find, smaller in size, and had a comfortable, welcoming feel. It was clear that patient experience is a priority. The MRI operator was excellent, very personable, patient, and willing to walk me through every step of the process while answering all of my questions. That level of care really helped put me at ease. I truly wish more medical facilities operated with the same level of efficiency, professionalism, and personal touch as Opensided MRI. I highly recommend Opensided MRI, especially if you dislike traditional MRI machines or are looking for a more comfortable, patient-focused experience. I also waited more than a week - several phone calls finally gave me the report. Also, for claustrophobic, I would think they would have the ability to play music without interrupting of commercials. I was very anxious about doing this MRI and then at the first three minutes a screaming commercial came on which was very unsettling. It only cost 4.99 a month For commercial free station. I'm surprised that is not offered considering most people go there because of claustrophobia.

I love this building only because I used to work here back when it was a urology office. I was…read morereminiscing about the good ol' days when I was a nurse and caring for patients at this location. I had to sit in the parking lot and stand in the building for a while. It brought back some really good memories. I am scoring with three stars. You have NO privacy when you're sitting in the waiting room. They have front office staff who call patients or MD offices, they say patient names and date of birth where everyone can hear it out in the open. Wave Imaging, really needs to put a glass barrier or something of that sort, so that their staff's voice doesn't carry over into the waiting area. That was literally our problem when I used to work in that same exact suite many years ago. The waiting room had huge scuff marks with paint missing all across one side. The suite itself is not the prettiest Wave Imaging I have ever been to. They should think about the decor or color scheme so it's not so blah in there. That said, my imaging tech was fast, courteous and friendly. He himself, gets 5 stars. The front office is another story. They were not personable at all. They just looked bored out of their minds. This interaction made my visit a bit unpleasant. Would I return? Yes. Unfortunately it's the closest location to my address.

The office was closed." The doctor's office was not closed any of these times. Call center person said that no one answered phone at doctor's office. I explained it is answered with a voicemail and you must push the correct number to speak with a human and/or leave a voicemail. Apparently, these folks just can't do that. I'm now 9 weeks out from my doctor referring me to them for an MRI. I still have not had said MRI, due to the incompetence of these people and their inability to correctly communicate with and between my doctor and insurance company.
