Shawn was extremely knowledgeable about his rigging and able to lower every piece in a methodical manner that prevented damage to any of the surrounding areas. It only took two days for his team and him to hand remove the tree as there was no large access for mechanical equipment. They worked diligently and professionally throughout the process. We opted to have the stump ground as well. The trees root ball had pushed that side of the yard up significantly, so I went in after and dug out the mass. He came back out and ground the remaining root ball out so that I could hall the debris off. Now I don't have to worry about years of settling through decomposition and can rescape the area free of worry. Though tree removal is never an "enjoyable" process, I found the process to be quite pleasant. Their services were thorough, very reasonably priced and prompt. I would absolutely recommend this company to others and have shared their contact and my experience with others in the neighborhood who have inquired.
