We needed a tree removed from our backyard and I personally vetted out five vendors, including one I used before. Everyone comes to your property and looks at the situation, gives you their thoughts, and send you an estimate. MEETING Ronny, who runs this place, is worth the experience alone. He is knowledgeable, not overly sales-y, transparent, friendly, and really seems to have a passion and caring for his work that is unmatched. This man truly loves trees, and just comes across as a really good dude. His price was really good in comparison to the others, but his personality is what really sold me on their company. He gave me options for the estimate, so I understood the various tiers of work. Most importantly, instead of upselling me on more work, his primary option was a lower amount, but made the most amount of sense for future housework we are having done. Finally, he spotted something in the pine trees (ips beetle marks) that no one else noticed. That really caught my eye. As far as the process... He first moved another appointment to accommodate our first choice of date. Then, he had some people get sick (pretty logical that you need the required amount of folks to remove a tree to do a job), had to cancel, and then moved ANOTHER appointment to accommodate the next available day. The removal was seamless. His crew was respectful, polite, and friendly, his work was done in the promised time, and he even called Xcel personally both for the required power off but also for the power on. We also had a tricky brick-surrounded island to navigate around, and watching them drop stuff harmlessly around it was sort of like watching Van Gogh paint a masterpiece. They are very careful about your belongings, and they even covered my hot tub during the removal. They left the place as they found it (except for the missing tree), and kept me in the loop on progress all day. His estimated price was the final price, and a customer always likes when hidden fees don't appear. He was organized via check, Zelle, or Venmo for payment (QR codes ready to go), and efficiently passed me that info when needed. Very organized shop. Removing a tree is nothing any homeowner wants to deal with optimally, but I can say that I enjoyed Qualitree's process more than I could have imagined. Sorry that I was working during any possible pics of them being high in the air. Last thing.
I love wordplay, and you have to simply LOVE the name of a tree company being Quali...tree. Highly, highly recommend these folks to take care of your tree needs...
