The girl behind the counter said that I had damaged my charging port and could see a pin missing on my phone so she said it was not covered and it was going to be very expensive to fix. She noted that if I had Applecare it would only be $49.00 to repair. So I took my phone to the phone shop and the owner said that my phone look like new and she didn't see any pins or damage to my port. She said that I was still under warranty and to make them fix it.
