Mike Marsh, the owner provided free estimate with no pressure to sign a contract. Mike was easy to communicate with and very responsive with excellent information. To save money, he told me to buy the toilet and garbage disposal myself. He would only charge installation fee. Jeremy, his bother was the master plumber that did the work. He arrived on time and kept me informed of his work progress and why he did what he did. He was also very cheerful and funny. The work was excellent and Jeremy made sure everything worked before closing the work order. My wife was impressed how well Jeremy cleaned up and sanitized the work area with Microban. Cost was very competitive. Definitely will be using 1st Choice in the future for plumbing problems.

Angel and his team were very professional at all stages. He consistently asked about any questions or concerns I had and listened to all of them to provide solutions. This was a major project, so know that things may come up for the team and it will take at least 4-5 days for completion. My only feedback to the team would be that it became a little confusing for me having so many different teams cycling through and I found myself repeating a lot of the same info to each team. I also received calls from so many of the teams and different guys that it seemed like not all the teams were on the same page with communications regarding my project. The repair quote seemed reasonable and communication was really well maintained. My mother, who was meeting with the plumber, felt the entire interaction was professional and satisfactory. While we didn't move forward with recommended services that seemed outside of our budget, I did believe that a temporary solution was provided and the fee was reasonable for that.
