MY 700 sqft patio & walkway installed in 2017 started falling apart after 3 mths. Finally in 2022 Mr Robinson agreed to redo the walkway and patio, but all they did was swope out the flagstone in February 2022. By mid April the cracks started to reappear and chunks of mortar fell out and a large flagstone simply fell off the patio. So much of the mortar is missing... the patio seems to be floating. There wasn't a trench built & no way for water to escape... so the base of the patio looks like it is floating. The fire pit and seating wall installed WRONG! WHEN TRYING TO USE THE FIRE PIT, WE GET MORE SMOKE THAN FIRE. The Patio, Fire pit, seating wall & walkway was to have family and friends over for my youngest child's high school years. She will be a junior in college in August and I can no longer walk up or down the walkway steps. Mr. Robinson offer to pay another contractor to fix the problem, until 3 EXPERTS advised the ENTIRE PROJECT MUST BE DEMOLISHED & rebuilt following basic industry standards. Now, we have what I would call an award winning lawn even Hank Hill would be envious of. The grass is so thick and lushes, it looks like god laid down some deep green shag carpet. Part of the way it's gotten like that is that I take very good care of it, paying attention to the details and implementing best practices. These guys pay the same kind of attention to detail. I honestly am shocked every time they come here how much they make sure to do, like trimming, edging, blowing, and they even stripe the lawn at the end for a nice touch...today I saw them even come onto our stone patio and blow it off as well! I'd highly recommend using these guys for your lawn and landscaping needs.

We hired them to make a firepit and they charged us $1200. We went to Lowes later that day and found the same exact fit pit for $245. What bothered us the most was that he lied and said that the inner drum cost him $400. The flagstone patio was sloppy and half done. He used our existing landstone edging and simply just placed the stones on the top the gound. He threw piles of dirt behind our trees. We actually had to finish the job right. We took 2 days to properly lay the lines and edging stones. The design was terrible so we had to redesign the shape. I guess it shows that if you want something done right you have to do it yourself. Its sad that we paid an "landscaping " company to do a job we could have done better. He lied straight to our faces. He is not to be trusted. His response was essentially your dumb enough to pay it. I will NEVER do business with this company again and I highly recommend others to steer clear. DO YOUR RESEARCH AND GET A SECOND OPINION.

We have used Lineberger's tree service for many many years for tree removal and mulch delivery and knew that they would be the ones to contact for such a big job. They sent out their arborist and gave us a very reasonable quote for removing the huge tree and some limbs from another tree that were hanging over the house. The day of removal, their team arrived with two cranes, chipper, trucks, and an amazing crew. Watching them work all day long was truly an experience - seeing those giant tree pieces flying through the air from the crane. We honestly felt like we were in the best hands. We highly recommend them for any type of tree work you need.

When I saw the Everett workers outside, I asked them if they could trim the tree. I'm not sure if the tree was on their list or not, but they gladly obliged.
