He answered the phone fast, was so sweet and helpful and found exactly what I was looking for. It was a bit of a drive for me so I was glad the information he gave me was accurate. I had called so many places.. When I walked in the door, four gentlemen stood up and asked if they could help me. I was very impressed. I was not someone making a $1000 purchase or even a $100 purchase but you would have never know that. They were just as professional toward me nonetheless. I would definitely go back there for my flooring needs in the future. It's hard to find great customer service but I saw it at USA Flooring today. Thanks again Matt! Patrice

I recently had a couple leaks show up in my ceiling, so I called Dana Dean Roofing to schedule…read moresomeone to come take a look and see if they could determine where the water was coming through the roof. Dana arrived on time and was up on my roof in the blink of an eye. He immediately saw several exposed nails that he believed to be the cause of the leaks, along with some issues with chimney flashing and other minor issues with some shingles near our skylight (near the leak on the interior ceiling). Dana got me an estimate of $375 plus tax within a day and a half. Another estimate I received, from Recovery Roofing, was $1,600 and that guy didn't even climb on my roof (which meant he wasn't even sure of what was causing the leak). Dana's son-in-law came last night and completed the leak repair work in a timely manner. He called twice before arriving to let me know when he would be there. Dana's pricing was very reasonable (much, much lower than other estimates) and he was honest about the work that needed to be done. The first thing he said to me after climbing off the roof was, "You could definitely fix this yourself-- it's not that hard. But I'll work up a quote for you in case you don't want to climb up on your roof" (very steep). Before he arrived, my wife and I thought the roof may need to be replaced completely. Dana assured us that the roof has at least several more years of life left in it and told me, "Don't let anyone come out here and tell you this roof needs to be replaced." I appreciated that honesty. Also, Dana's repair work has a 3-year warranty behind it. Highly recommended.

He'd show up at odd times, drop off an older member of his family and leave for hours at a time. One of his workers cut our internet cable and didn't tell us. Erick said he'd call Spectrum - he did not. There was a tendency to offer excuses, not solutions e.g., "They are out of pavers". Lastly, he DEMANDS the freedom to come and go from your home when it suits him. No set dates/times. If you dare to tell him you'd rather he not show up early in the morning to pick up equipment- he loses his cool. So here we are MANY months later, the job's not done and Erick is ghosting me. He got the money and ran! If you want to pay someone tens of thousands of dollars to do as he pleases and not finish your project, Erick is your man. If not, use ANY other landscaper.

Warning about my experience with ABC Paving LLC and Vincent Lucas…read more I hired Vincent Lucas with ABC Paving LLC in July and paid him in full for the job. Now it is September, and the job is still not completed. Since July, I have received multiple promises and excuses about when the work would be finished. The pavement that was completed also has multiple areas where water is holding on the pavement instead of draining properly. Most recently, Vincent told me that he is no longer in North Carolina doing work, that he is in New Jersey, and that he is not going to return to finish my job. I paid this company in full and relied on Vincent's promises that the work would be completed. Unfortunately, he has not followed through. Based on my experience, I strongly recommend that anyone considering hiring ABC Paving LLC or Vincent Lucas carefully check references, get everything in writing, and avoid paying the full amount until the work has been properly completed and inspected.
