This company is very small and does not have the capacity, talent, experience, expertise, and bandwidth to handle projects larger than one bathroom remodel. I do believe and hope they can handle very small projects but nothing more. They certainly failed us miserably. Because of their size & staffing, Rodas Constriction LLC lack basic structure, organization, communication, discipline, order and quality. Forget about customer service. For example, I visited my house four times during the renovation process. I found windows fully "open", doors unlocked and the air conditioning or heaters on without anyone present. This led to leaks and moisture penetrating various parts of the house afterward. I communicated these issues to Rodas ownership every time without a favorable result. Nothing changed. In fact, Rodas ownership did not accept responsibility and continued their work. Although small, Rodas ownership is "unusually" arrogant and will never admit to wrongdoings, will never accept accountability and will never own they are being negligent. On top of the mismanagement, negligence, and disorganization, the most important problem was that Didier Enrique Rodas and his company, Rodas Construction LLC, failed to apply for and secure construction permits for the structural work as well as permits for plumbing, electrical and other work they had performed. They didn't get the permits to save money and to avoid to doing their work legally, appropriately, and effectively. This act of non-compliance is against all rules and regulations. And...once you pay Rodas Construction LLC in full, they will forever ignore and avoid your issues and requests. They certainly did for us. We still have several exposed drywall openings they had created and don't want to fix. Rodas Construction LLC is very small company with only a handful of employees. But with their VERY small size, they do have a Director of Marketing who amongst other soliciting activities, he manages social media work. Strange...right? For example, this marketing director will soon respond to this post with an elaborate list of excuses for having failed a client who had paid them in FULL. He is the person who responds to all of my complaints to Didier Enrique Rodas. This company will never accept accountability for its faults, wrongdoings and they will NEVER fix issues they had caused. I can write many pages on the issues I had faced with Rodas Construction LLC. Aforementioned remarks are high level insights so consumers are aware. BE EXTREMELY CAUTIOUS! I do take responsibility for trusting and selecting Rodas Construction LLC. I should have known better. I was desperate. But do your research, check multiple references and do NOT pay anyone especially the people until you are 100% certain about the quality of the work.

We are very happy with the tile installation by S-Tile in our two-bathroom remodel project. I had questions about where cut the 4" waste pipe so that it laid flush on the floor and how to trim around the tub and vanity. He simply told me, "Not my job". After two measurements, and numerous calls to the company, we decided to find another installation company. That's when we found S-Tile on Yelp. Nimsy was very professional and knowledgeable with the installation process. She offered to send an installer out to measure the next day. They sent not just an installer to measure; they sent the person who would do the installation. Alex was great. Not only did he answer all my questions but also told me he would help to ensure the waste pipe was cut to the correct height. He made the measurements on a Thursday, and I got the quote that day. And S-Tile's quote was half of the big box installation. Alex started installing the tile on the following Monday and completed it on Wednesday. The toilet flange sat flush to the floor with Alex's help determining where it needed to be cut. The finish around the tub and vanity are exactly as I asked that it be left for my trim work. We could not be happier with our new tile installation as performed by S-Tile. I would recommend them to anyone wanting an easy process and professional installation. I hired Greg to renovate a half bath that had a toilet that leaked, damaging the sub floor and…read morehardwoods in the hall. The first red flag was Greg's cartoonish quote for work. Greg is a smooth talker and made it seem like it would all be good. He said payment would be due upon completion although there was no mention of this in the "contract." Turns out "Remove vanity and install custom vanity" means ripping out the large existing vanity, sink, and huge mirror and then popping down the pedestal sink THAT I BOUGHT. Period. Red flag #2: When I asked Greg about the massive drywall damage, he said "Is it in the contract?" The agreement does say he does not cover drywall repair, but this was literally left in a demo state. On Day 2, while the entire floor was ripped up with the crawlspace exposed, Greg asked me for a check. I said I planned to pay him with a credit card and it would take me a few days to move money around to give him the equivalent of cash. Day 3 he walked off the job claiming non-payment. After I calmly explained that I could not be in non-payment because no payment was due, Greg came back the next day like nothing happened... All of the insulations under the half bath was wet so it had to go. Greg did not want anything to do with replacing it. I went out and bought insulation and installed it myself. Either Greg or his plumber, Drew, cracked the first sink basin during install. Luckily Home Depot replaced it with no questions and Drew came back and installed the new one. Drew was actually great. I did all of the leg work for the return, so don't expect Greg to actually stand by his work or take responsibility for mistakes. Greg made it clear he does not do hardwood floor repair and I was fine with that. Turns out, my hardwood flooring guy discovered that there was a strange strip of plywood sub floor installed to fill a gap that was not actually supported. We found out why when he pulled it up. See photos. Don't expect structural repairs to actually connect to other structural members. Don't expect your tile OR subfloor to be level or flat. Don't expect a professional job.

Greg and his other worker were very efficient and even though we ran into a few issues (old plumbing and uneven walls), Greg was able to troubleshoot the issues and did a fantastic job with this renovation.
