We have a wooded lot, and noticed that some of the trees next to the house, were leaning and hollow. Lester surveyed Monday afternoon, and scheduled removal of 11 trees (8 of which were more than 100 feet tall) for the next day. Lester was a pleasure to work with. He's very seasoned, explain the process, and provided a quote on the spot. I booked the service for the very next day. The crew of ~six arrived on time, with multiple vehicles and equipment, and the job took about 8 hours. When they left, you couldn't tell (except for the missing trees), that anything had been done. I think my yard and street were cleaner than when they arrived. When moving debris in my side yard, they also cleared trees that had previously fallen. As promised, they came back the next day and ground the stumps in my front yard. They have the expertise, the personnel and the equipment to do any job. Alan and Mike were very pleasant, answered my frequent questions, and it was a pleasure watching the process and meeting them. Their pricing was very reasonable. One last note, their office staff is incredibly kind and responsive. Gisselle even returned my call after hours. Highly recommend. Below is an example of the size of trees they removed. There were at least 5 similar truckloads removed.

I have not used Bartlett for tree removal, but I did hire them for pest control services, and…read moreunfortunately, I cannot recommend them. I discussed the issues on my 1.2-acre property with Bryan, our service manager, and chose Bartlett because of their perceived expertise. I expected that, when they came to my property, they would identify and address not only the problems I had already noticed but also any other issues that might not have been immediately apparent. Unfortunately, this was far from the case. The technician needed me to point out the trees I had already specified to Bryan, and even then, they failed to identify or treat other clear issues on my property. If I hadn't been present on the day of the treatment, none of the problems would have been addressed, as Bryan had not effectively communicated even the most obvious concerns to the technician. Following this disappointing experience, I hoped they would return to treat the remaining issues, such as my sick magnolia trees. However, instead of offering to "make things right," they ignored my concerns, and the problems were never resolved. Despite my repeated follow-ups with Bryan over the following months, my requests to address these issues were consistently brushed off. Now, I have received the full invoice for the work, even though I tried to get them to reduce the charges due to the poor service. Their response, as before, was silence--they continued to send the full invoice without addressing my complaints. I cannot recommend Bartlett for pest control services. I strongly suggest looking elsewhere.

He kept in close communication with me about our options and scoped the property on multiple occasions to ensure the best possible plan. On the day of, everything went off without a hitch. Oscar, as the leader of the crew, is an absolute DELIGHT. He is hardworking, always smiling, and does an amazing job. He went above and beyond to ensure both a functional trim/removal and also cosmetic beauty - even spreading wood chips for us (provided by Molina - THANK YOU!) and making sure that all stumps that could be ground, were ground (including a couple we had not originally scoped because we were trying to save some $). The clean up was perfection...when they left, not a twig, leaf, or woodchip was out of place on any surrounding sidewalks, etc. We REALLY felt this crew went above and beyond and are so grateful for the level of service provided.
