Watching them remove trees was like looking at Swiss watch, every move planned and precisely executed. The crane operator worked with such precision that about half the development came out to watch. They are professional and the pricing was very fair, all work was completed and the cleanup was outstanding. If you need tree work give them a call, you won't be disappointed.

I have not used Bartlett for tree removal, but I did hire them for pest control services, and…read moreunfortunately, I cannot recommend them. I discussed the issues on my 1.2-acre property with Bryan, our service manager, and chose Bartlett because of their perceived expertise. I expected that, when they came to my property, they would identify and address not only the problems I had already noticed but also any other issues that might not have been immediately apparent. Unfortunately, this was far from the case. The technician needed me to point out the trees I had already specified to Bryan, and even then, they failed to identify or treat other clear issues on my property. If I hadn't been present on the day of the treatment, none of the problems would have been addressed, as Bryan had not effectively communicated even the most obvious concerns to the technician. Following this disappointing experience, I hoped they would return to treat the remaining issues, such as my sick magnolia trees. However, instead of offering to "make things right," they ignored my concerns, and the problems were never resolved. Despite my repeated follow-ups with Bryan over the following months, my requests to address these issues were consistently brushed off. Now, I have received the full invoice for the work, even though I tried to get them to reduce the charges due to the poor service. Their response, as before, was silence--they continued to send the full invoice without addressing my complaints. I cannot recommend Bartlett for pest control services. I strongly suggest looking elsewhere.

When I saw the Everett workers outside, I asked them if they could trim the tree. I'm not sure if the tree was on their list or not, but they gladly obliged. These guys went truly, truly, above and beyond with the care, attention to detail, safety, timeliness...If we had folks like these in every industry, the world would be a better place. Logan is a rock star. He is so incredibly knowledgeable about trees and their health - but also about the equipment used by the team. His enthusiasm for his work is so clear - he explained to me about the different cranes, grinders, etc - how they work, how they actually increase safety, save time, save money for the client (me! yay!), etcetera. He also helped chart and execute a flawless plan under tricky circumstances where branches were tangled in powerlines when we were unable to get a line drop. He kept in close communication with me about our options and scoped the property on multiple occasions to ensure the best possible plan. On the day of, everything went off without a hitch. Oscar, as the leader of the crew, is an absolute DELIGHT. He is hardworking, always smiling, and does an amazing job. He went above and beyond to ensure both a functional trim/removal and also cosmetic beauty - even spreading wood chips for us (provided by Molina - THANK YOU!) and making sure that all stumps that could be ground, were ground (including a couple we had not originally scoped because we were trying to save some $). The clean up was perfection...when they left, not a twig, leaf, or woodchip was out of place on any surrounding sidewalks, etc. We REALLY felt this crew went above and beyond and are so grateful for the level of service provided.
