I reached out to Ross and on the first call he covered all bases and showed up at the end of that very same day to take a look. With little ones running around it was a pretty sickening feeling thinking about the germs and microorganisms probably growing in there and thinking about draining and cleaning and the headache of getting the pool back to normal and safe for them to get in. Ross reassured us with a plan and got us scheduled for the very next day where Taras showed up and did the dang thing!! Within 48 hrs there was a huge difference, and every single day after there was a noticeable change in appearance. On one side it was gettin cleaner and cleaner of objects and gunk, on the other side the the tint of color change was happening. It wasn't until I went back and looked at pictures side by side where I saw that day over day switch from green to blue. Massive change! All in all, great service since even before starting service and could not be happier with the service since then. Looking forward to some warmer days to start jumping back in! Their crappy responsiveness started a few months ago when they weren't showing up on scheduled days. We have two Rotties that like to hang out in the backyard and we told them they have a window from 9am to 1pm to service the pool every Thursday. That is the time frame that we make sure the dogs are in. Well, after numerous no-shows or coming after the gate is locked, the service technicians would just give up and leave. I have told their manager that if they show up late, all they have to do is call us and we'll unlock the gate remotely. Guess what? No phone calls, texts or anything. That's piss poor customer service. We would occasionally get a call back asking if they can service our pool on Saturday instead of Thursday, to which we agreed, since that it what we pay them for. Lately, they don't show up at all and their excuse is that we have so many new accounts, we can't get there in your time window. The time window was there for their safety, not our convenience. Yet again, no phone call or text that they'll be late. I decided to start doing my own service and when I did, I found my levels were totally skewed. The ph was off, the Alkalinity was off, I had to add more than 20 pounds of Sodium Bicarbonate to get the levels right, and the Calcium Hardness wasn't even registering. I had to add 20 pounds of Calcium Chloride to get the level almost back to normal. Why use a service where the technician doesn't have a clue of what he's doing? I cannot recommend anyone using this service. They were the least expensive service around and now I know why.

Long story short: our calls, texts, and emails were verified received, but no return contact was made. Our automatic payments were still being paid, and our pool was green.
