Intelligent, a gentleman, a family man, tells great stories, inspiring, respectful -- these are all…read morewords that come to mind when buying a used car, right? Just go to Hani and this is what you'll find! He LOVES cars, loves to find you the right one and is a prince. My 22 year old son found him on Craigslist, did his research and got the best car (in his price range) and is thrilled. As a mom, I wanted to go check everything out and was not disappointed. After speaking with Hani I had no reservations about buying one of his cars!

I purchased my used BMW Z4 - 3.0L inline 6 with high mileage. I'm not afraid of high mileage cars…read moreif they appear to have been routinely taken care of and properly maintained. The body was in excellent condition in spite of its 18 year age. Even the Michelin tires 225 ZR-17 were either new or almost new with low miles on them. They were in excellent condition and with the highest speed rating available. This is a huge selling point for me. Go price these tires today and you will see they are very expensive and of great quality and safety. The leather interior was in exceptional condition as well. The engine had good power and the automatic transmission shifted smoothly as well. The automatic power top was not working at the time and this was not a critical item for me. I will fix it in due time. The ride was not as smooth as it could be and so I will replace the shocks and/or struts when time and money permits. This is my 3 used car purchase from Hani in over 20 years. He is an avid car enthusiast as I am. He always buys special and or unique cars e.g. some with immaculate leather interiors, all the repairs records and/or with OEM books, new or almost new matching tires, very fast cars with Turbos or superchargers, sporty, luxury, or both. Any used car we buy will always need additional work, maintenance, parts, etc. But, in my experience with Hani's cars, he has been very successful in acquiring cars with a lot of potential. And, his prices have always been extremely competitive and more than fair and reasonable. When buying used cars, it is always "caveat emptor" (Let the Buyer beware). That is Latin and legal terminology used when purchasing used homes and/or cars, etc. It is our job as Buyers to examine the products and to decide whether or not we are willing to accept the flaws and or issues along with its great selling points as well of any used property we purchase without any warranties whatsoever.

Hello i'm not sure that I even knew you could do this, but I went on to look at my review this…read moremorning that I wrote yesterday and somehow it was completely different. I didn't even know you could do that, but anyhow. I did not give them a 5 star rating, I would give them less than a one, they don't stand behind their vehicles and you know, stand behind their customers period I bought a car from there 7 months ago and I took it in the month after Because the battery is not a factory battery, I'm not sure why they changed it. The car only had 9000 miles on it, but it does not have the right voltage and all of the electrical systems fail 1 / 1, not at the same time and then the next time you get in the car or it's different ones, this stranded me in the middle of a 4 lane road a week ago. Could\n Not get it to start. Everything went black. I couldn't use flashers or anything. Very dangerous and then finally, I decided to start I take it to them for a couple other times regarding this and cheat dealership won't service. It cause it's a factory battery period the dealership was supposed to call me once they had access to a factory battery to replace it they never did. I went in yesterday cause I was tired of waiting and they don't acknowledge that. This happened because there was no notes in their computer, and they basically just said sorry about your luck. The Jeep only had 9000 miles on it when I bought. So I don't have a clue why they would replace the battery period\nFrom this dealership is awful.I would not recommend them to anyone

It wasn't the deal of the century but a decent price. Given the excellent condition of the truck,…read moreit was worth it. The spare key was missing and it would've been nice to get one for a $62k truck but it didn't seem like they were willing to replace it. That's just a very small complaint and my only one. Pros: They provided a buyers order showing a full breakdown of the price including all fees. Very honest and transparent. Victoria and Brittany were excellent. I was an out of state buyer with a lot of questions. They were patient with me, got me all the answers, sent me additional pictures, videos, etc. I flew in and they even picked me up from the airport. Melissa M. And Gabby had all the paperwork ready to go and went through everything with me. I'm AD military and they were even willing to register it in my home state to get the taxes down. I had a DL from VA with a CA address buying a truck in TX. Confusing and extra work on their part but no extra charge. Overall, I'm very happy with my experience and also very happy with the truck.

I brought my brother to this dealership to purchase a truck, and while there, my license plates…read morewere stolen. Whether this was a genuine mistake or not, the level of incompetence displayed was unacceptable. Initially, the staff denied any responsibility, claiming either that my dealership hadn't provided plates or that they were stolen elsewhere. What made this especially hard to believe was that whoever stole them was "nice enough to put the screws back," which made me certain they had taken them. After I showed them proof that I had the plates, they led me to a back room filled with boxes of plates, as if I'm suppose to know that they're not in there and maybe implying that I should search through them myself. They then told me it was illegal to drive my car, but that they would "allow" me to drive home to file a police report and contact my dealership. After being condescendingly spoken down to, I followed their instructions. I filed a police report and contacted my dealership, leaving me unable to use my car for the entire day and disrupting important errands. Later that night, my brother informed me that the dealership had found my plates, necessitating another call to the police to avoid driving with stolen plates. The next day, I had to contact my dealership and drive back to retrieve my plates. As compensation, they offered to fill my gas tank, which was insufficient considering the inconvenience, time, and potential legal ramifications they caused. Also, I already had a full tank of gas and wasn't willing to drive another 30 minutes there and back just for that. That's an additional two hours of driving on top of all the other inconveniences they caused me. To add insult to injury, the General Manager responded to my complaint by saying she was sorry that's how I "feel," a dismissive and belittling remark. Despite the significant profit they made from my brother's purchase, they were unwilling to provide adequate compensation for their mistake. Given my experience, I believe this dealership may not prioritize ethical business practices, and I would recommend exploring other options before making a purchase.
