It wasn't the deal of the century but a decent price. Given the excellent condition of the truck, it was worth it. The spare key was missing and it would've been nice to get one for a $62k truck but it didn't seem like they were willing to replace it. That's just a very small complaint and my only one. Pros: They provided a buyers order showing a full breakdown of the price including all fees. Very honest and transparent. Victoria and Brittany were excellent. I was an out of state buyer with a lot of questions. They were patient with me, got me all the answers, sent me additional pictures, videos, etc. I flew in and they even picked me up from the airport. Melissa M. And Gabby had all the paperwork ready to go and went through everything with me. I'm AD military and they were even willing to register it in my home state to get the taxes down. I brought my brother to this dealership to purchase a truck, and while there, my license plates were stolen. Whether this was a genuine mistake or not, the level of incompetence displayed was unacceptable. Initially, the staff denied any responsibility, claiming either that my dealership hadn't provided plates or that they were stolen elsewhere. What made this especially hard to believe was that whoever stole them was "nice enough to put the screws back," which made me certain they had taken them. After I showed them proof that I had the plates, they led me to a back room filled with boxes of plates, as if I'm suppose to know that they're not in there and maybe implying that I should search through them myself. They then told me it was illegal to drive my car, but that they would "allow" me to drive home to file a police report and contact my dealership. After being condescendingly spoken down to, I followed their instructions. I filed a police report and contacted my dealership, leaving me unable to use my car for the entire day and disrupting important errands. Later that night, my brother informed me that the dealership had found my plates, necessitating another call to the police to avoid driving with stolen plates. The next day, I had to contact my dealership and drive back to retrieve my plates. As compensation, they offered to fill my gas tank, which was insufficient considering the inconvenience, time, and potential legal ramifications they caused. Also, I already had a full tank of gas and wasn't willing to drive another 30 minutes there and back just for that. That's an additional two hours of driving on top of all the other inconveniences they caused me. To add insult to injury, the General Manager responded to my complaint by saying she was sorry that's how I "feel," a dismissive and belittling remark. Despite the significant profit they made from my brother's purchase, they were unwilling to provide adequate compensation for their mistake. I came in specifically for a truck, test-drove it, and pointed out two minor issues. I was told those issues would be repaired and that the vehicle would be ready for me to return for another test drive. I clearly communicated that I had a brief family emergency and would be back in a couple of days. I was repeatedly reassured that everything was fine and the truck would be waiting for me. When I arrived as scheduled, I was told by Janessa the truck had been sold. No call. No text. No heads-up. Just pure disorganization and thoughtless decision-making. When I asked for an explanation, I received conflicting stories and shifting timelines, which only highlighted how uncoordinated and unreliable their internal communication really is. Melissa, sales manager, response amounted to a shrug saying "sorry" and the excuse that they "do business differently." If "doing business differently" means misleading customers, saying whatever is convenient, and showing zero respect for someone's time, then this place has it mastered. I later learned the vehicle was sold almost immediately after my initial visit despite assurances that repairs were completed and the truck was ready for me. I have written messages confirming this. This wasn't an honest mistake. It was negligent, poorly managed, and embarrassingly unprofessional. A handshake and a person's word clearly carries no weight here. Honest review. I went in just going to "look." Upon waking in, I was greeted by a woman on the phone who said she would be with me shortly. After getting off the phone, Janessa was able to get my information and inquire about what vehicle I was interested in. She was busy, as she was only there with one other person at the time. This was a Friday morning. She then found the keys to the vehicle I was interested in, and I went to look at it on my own. After checking the vehicle out, I was able to take it for a test drive. Although busy, Janessa was able to take the time to answer any questions I had. From there, they were able to give me a quote for my trade-in. At no point was there any pressure to buy or even trade in my vehicle. I liked that. I ended up deciding to purchase the truck I was interested in, and met with financing, who was very friendly and helpful. Overall, it was a good experience with no pressure to buy. My only unease, was that the associate helping me, had a lot on her plate. She handled it with grace, but I felt bad because she seemed a bit overwhelmed. What an irritating experience we had doing business with these people. We came in from outta town to purchase a truck from them, and unfortunately they never informed us of their rigid payment acceptance policies. Long story short, we had quite a goat rope trying to jump thru all this company's little hoops to satisfy their rigid and unyielding policies. Had to drive from San Antonio to Austin on I 35 (and if you've never done this, you are in for a real treat!!!) This aggravating trek was necessitated because we had to go to our bank and get a cashiers check at the last minute, and there was no Capital One Bank in San Antonio. Had to drive to Austin. This nightmare could have been avoided if they'd only stated their ridiculous policies up front.This was only the beginning of fun times with this company.... List of further grievances.... 1. Non negotiable on their pricing. Hmmm. Never heard of that approach before. Seems hostile at best. 2. Lots and lots of hidden extra fees which don't become obvious until you've already paid your non refundable deposit..,, and the extra fees equate to about $800 bucks or more. They say this "extra cost" is because they have installed speciality etching on the windshield, etc (no way to verify if they really did or not - and why not ASK the customer first if they even want these expensive ads-on or not. ??). Just seems shady and wrong. 3. Our $100,000+ vehicle we purchased from them had issues. They were hesitant to help and make it right. We had to insist. So unnecessary. My husband and I drove 4 hours to look at a specific truck that we found on their website. not only was the truck exactly as described, it was immaculate! In fact, every vehicle we saw was in like new condition. When we walked in, we were promptly greeted by Andrew (the "new guy"). He was friendly and very courteous. The truck was brought up front for us by Melissa, and we were allowed to take it for a test drive. We didn't have a salesman hanging over our shoulders which was a nice change for other dealerships. I guess they expect everyone to finance through them, I had my own so it created issues. Slow process and no one is jumping through hoops to get my truck to me, even though they have their payment for it. First and foremost, I was impressed at the sales staff and financial team of this business. They were great and were able to answer all of my questions. However, there are few things that are lacking and I hope that before you step foot into this dealership, you are aware of what could happen. After purchasing my truck, they did not fuel it. When the sales team saw my review to a specific member of the team, they contacted me to correct their mistake. In addition to that, if your vehicle only comes with one key, they could care less about getting you a spare even though you're spending $49K on a vehicle. I had to get a key made which cost me another $230. Not only that was my initial impression after driving off (on during a thunderstorm). I didn't really get a good chance to inspect the vehicle due to the heavy rain (3-4" that day) but I should've taken the time to inspect the interior. This leads me to an interior damage. The rear A/C vent for the back row seats was broken. They failed to mention that but luckily, I was able to contact Ford and they resolved it under the 36K warranty. The dealership also failed to contact me about my license plates which they initially mentioned that they will (before departing on the day of purchase). I called them yesterday (29 July 2021) and asked if my plates came in and they said that it came in on the 27th of July. They didn't even bother calling until I said something. After picking up my plates, the dealership insisted that they'll install my plates. Assuming that the Service Team know what they're doing, I allowed them but only to find that they rush the installation. I understand that it's illegal in the state of Texas to not have a front license plate, they could've at least asked if it was okay to drill holes on my bumper! When I saw my truck pull-up to me, I notice that the front license was mounted. I asked the member who serviced my truck if he drilled into my bumper and he said, "no". He said that he used mounting clips and didn't have to drill into it. He even said that Ford has a mounting clips which he offered to order after drilling into it... which was too late! I'm not the one to write reviews but if a customer spends thousands of dollars, you'd think that the service would be much better. It wasn't this case with this dealership. I caution you to do your research. All I read were the good reviews and disregarded the ones that should've been a warning. The vehicles look great without a doubt. But do a little more research and if this is the last resort for you for vehicle purchase, then hopefully your experience is far better than mine. On the bright side... They have a 2022 f-250 that has been on the lot for over two months, I said I would pay the internet price and fly in the same day to get it and not one time have they called me or sent it to me. Buyer Beware. I purchased a 2022 Tahoe with only 2700 miles and found out it had a complete engine replacement at 2100 miles. It's been to the dealer 3 times in 2 months to repair a rattling noise which ended up requiring a full exhaust system replacement. It still has a ticking noise which I believe is an exhaust leak. To be fair I signed the Carfax report which showed in the fine print that it had an engine replacement. Why as a consumer would I expect to purchase an $80k vehicle with 2700 miles with a complete engine replacement. I called the dealer and spoke to a manager who didn't offer to do anything to help other than to come trade the vehicle backend which means I would take a big loss. I asked him to give me an estimated value of what they give me for my trade to which they wouldn't respond unless I drove 100 miles to allow them to look at it. The Tahoe is in the exact condition that I purchased it it only has 5000 miles now. Why couldn't they simply tell me what they are willing to give me to "trade"' it in? read more

They told me that they couldn't do that.I was reluctant to have them run my credit because I have a good score and I didn't want anymore inquiries.So I gave in and let them run my credit, because I was told if would only be run by 2 banks. Well,they were lying.They ran my credit 6 times.It dropped my score 49 points.They won't give me any answers in writing, because they're a bunch of lying sales people. I purchased my vehicle a little over a month now, and my brake pads and rotors were worn to nothing. Not safe at all, please have a mechanic inspect whichever vehicle before purchasing. This is on a 2019 F250 with 8,900 miles. My biggest issue is taking this vehicle to the dealership for a warranty fix and finding out my vehicle came from Canada. So now every time I have a warranty issue with the truck I have to create a ticket and hope it gets approved for repairs. Shouldn't these things be disclosed to their buyers? POTENTIAL BUYER BEWARE!!! We have been working on a truck with this business for several days. They waited until after they had me life my credit freeze for them to do a hard pull on my credit to let me know that the "actually just sold the truck" after pulling my credit. After that they still tried to sell me another truck on the lot. Shady way of doing business messing with people's credit then trying to sell another truck. Would NEVER recommend doing business with someone so shady if you care about your credit. I will remove this review if they do the correct thing and let the credit bureau know that THEY pulled the credit in error. read more

The service department totally scams the insurance company, doesn't repair the issues and upon taking to another mechanic find out the $1000+ charge at American Auto Brokers is only a little over $250. This is your place to go for European car service. I can't honestly think of a better place. I had to get my battery replaced on my Audi A4 Quattro and the dealership quoted me $350. Be careful on Audi and BMWs because you can't just swap out the battery like any other car- the computer in the car must be programmed to the battery to properly deliver power to the electrical systems. I called AAB and was quoted $199. They also knew about this battery requirement. I was able to easily set up a time to come in online. I was at AAB by 3:30 and out by 4:45. I couldn't believe how easy it was for me to get this done compared to having to deal with Audi for hassles on this for considerably more money. In case you're wondering: they use OEM parts on all their services, so you'll get what you would have gotten from the dealers anyway. If you have some minor body work you need to get done, you can ask them about it as well, but they don't do major body work since that's not their thing. I will definitely be back in the future for larger things that need to be serviced i.e. brakes, belts, etc. It's pretty hard to find a shop that you can trust and one that is as straightforward and friendly as AAB is. Cherie handles all the service and sales work in the office is extremely nice and really helpful. If you drive a European car, this place deserves your business. read more
