I go back to get a car. In there records it's displayed as I didn't pay off my car after my accident. When i had my insurance claim and proof that it Was paid off. Anyways they end up getting me into a car. The car was solid for a few weeks. Quickly the alignment went out. The wheels were very bad. After further investigation I noticed the vin number on my vehicle they sold me was to a different car. So either they are doing vin swapping on their vehicles which sound illegal. But hey what do I know. They delete all the bad comments. Anyways I'd go to Discovery on N Lamar and 183 or any other place but here. Don't do it to yourself babes. Love your self better. This place preys on the vulnerability. Edit: chacon hides their bad reviews so that it won't effect their business. I have recommended friends here and they have all had terrible experiences I feel so ashamed for recommending this car place to anyone. Be careful and please go somewhere else. Anywhere else. This is regarding our work with Keith Lawson at Veracity Auto. Just wanted to say thanks for…read morehelping us with that first deal on the Nissan Xterra. Our credit was near poor because of some bad decisions earlier in life. We paid the Xterra off and a few years later this led to a 700+ credit score and to getting my dream truck financed by Toyota Financial Services and will also lead us to our first house purchase. The Xterra was very clean and extremely reliable, and it was such a pleasure working with Keith. Honestly think if it wasn't for him we probably would have looked at other places before making a decision. Glad we bought from him. Thanks Keith and also gratitude to Veracity Auto for having such a great sales person and for helping to make this deal. Cheers!

***AVOID THIS BUSINESS*** ***AVOID THIS BUSINESS***…read more This business will treat you well until you pay them. I purchased a 2012 3 series BMW in June 2018. YES THEY KNOW WHO I AM! The windshield had a crack and they told me that they would fix it time and time so i asked for it in writing and they would not give it to me in writing. Granted a few days after the purchase i called them everyday multiple times and they would continue to give me the run around they ended up fixing it. Next up i traded my car to them and they were supposed to pay off my loan at my credit union. Its now August and the bill is 30 days late and they still have not made the payment to my credit union. I talked to "Coach Kieth" for the car buying process and do not feel like he was truly on my side the whole way through because it was obvious that had i not been calling everyday then my problems with the process would be ignored, and he became very hard to reach after my purchase. Instead of calling him i called the dealer main line and asked for Daniel the GM multiple times and can never reach him or the owner because they are always in meetings. After not being able to express the issues with my car buying process the only ones to tell are the uninformed sales rep who answer the phone. I am pretty sure if you read enough negative reviews some mention Mr Hot Rod Steve! Who claims he is a 20+ year veteran. Well i spoke to the guy today and he says he does not appreciate me saying on their Facebook page that he did not resolve my issues. He then became aggressive on the phone and hung up on me. Every call attempt made after resulted in my calls being ignored. (Message to Steve) That type of behavior Steven displays poor quality within the organization. And with 20 years of military service, from one veteran to another, you sir have lost the discipline that the military has provided you. You did not treat me as a customer much less a human. You should remove yourself from the industry. Veracity Auto Center lacks professional quality and proper training. giving water and crackers in the lobby only goes so far. *** DO NOT SHOP HERE!!!! *** *** DO NOT SHOP HERE ***

We took our child here to buy their first car under their own name. After looking at many places we…read morecame here because the selection of cars was decent there is a small warranty and the bi-weekly payments seemed manageable for a young person starting out with the responsibility of their first car. The sales experience was long as to be expected when buying a car but the sales person was personable. They will work with a $500+ down payment but be aware you will be paying interest free payments for the first month or two to a deferred down payment amount before actually paying on your note, so buyer beware you should probably come in with at least $1500 down if not more. Read the paperwork before signing. Now also beware of the franchise status. If you start at this location, especially if you are making deferred down payments in the beginning of your note, and you find that you are closer to the other location it will not matter you have to return to your original location for any issues or questions. Also, it is very hard to get back in touch by phone with anyone specific at this location, email is best. And once you have bought the car they are not as nice afterwards as far as accommodations or help as they talk about when you are buying the car. They also pressure you into writing an amazing review for them here on Yelp right away even while still in store waiting to finish up your sale, that is because if you wrote after having to maybe deal with them after the buying experience you would not be as apt to write the same review. So wait to write your review until at least 3 months after you have bought your vehicle or at least until after your first problem with anyone in this location. All in all buy at the other location on Weidner! The other location is less crowded the environment is lower stress and the people there are not rude or argumentative. The ladies out at Weidner in the finance department are patient and kind and the GM at Weidner, Ram Herrera, is a wonderful man to work with. Think before you buy.

The spare key was missing and it would've been nice to get one for a $62k truck but it didn't seem like they were willing to replace it. That's just a very small complaint and my only one. Pros: They provided a buyers order showing a full breakdown of the price including all fees. Very honest and transparent. Victoria and Brittany were excellent. I was an out of state buyer with a lot of questions. They were patient with me, got me all the answers, sent me additional pictures, videos, etc. I flew in and they even picked me up from the airport. Melissa M. And Gabby had all the paperwork ready to go and went through everything with me. I'm AD military and they were even willing to register it in my home state to get the taxes down. I had a DL from VA with a CA address buying a truck in TX. Confusing and extra work on their part but no extra charge. Overall, I'm very happy with my experience and also very happy with the truck.

Whether this was a genuine mistake or not, the level of incompetence displayed was unacceptable. Initially, the staff denied any responsibility, claiming either that my dealership hadn't provided plates or that they were stolen elsewhere. What made this especially hard to believe was that whoever stole them was "nice enough to put the screws back," which made me certain they had taken them. After I showed them proof that I had the plates, they led me to a back room filled with boxes of plates, as if I'm suppose to know that they're not in there and maybe implying that I should search through them myself. They then told me it was illegal to drive my car, but that they would "allow" me to drive home to file a police report and contact my dealership. After being condescendingly spoken down to, I followed their instructions. I filed a police report and contacted my dealership, leaving me unable to use my car for the entire day and disrupting important errands. Later that night, my brother informed me that the dealership had found my plates, necessitating another call to the police to avoid driving with stolen plates. The next day, I had to contact my dealership and drive back to retrieve my plates. As compensation, they offered to fill my gas tank, which was insufficient considering the inconvenience, time, and potential legal ramifications they caused. Also, I already had a full tank of gas and wasn't willing to drive another 30 minutes there and back just for that. That's an additional two hours of driving on top of all the other inconveniences they caused me. To add insult to injury, the General Manager responded to my complaint by saying she was sorry that's how I "feel," a dismissive and belittling remark. Despite the significant profit they made from my brother's purchase, they were unwilling to provide adequate compensation for their mistake. Given my experience, I believe this dealership may not prioritize ethical business practices, and I would recommend exploring other options before making a purchase.
