Very nice group of salesman, fiinance guys, and office manager. They could chill a little bit on the calling and texting multiple times a day without giving my mom a chance to call or text back. My mom is a grown adult looking for a car and she knows how to call people back when she is up for it. I feel bad because the salesman Oscar the manager, Abraham seems very cool and I was interested in doing business with them. They seem to be under a tremendous amount of pressure, forced to send an extensive amount of texts and calls every day. We ultimately decided not to go with this place because their warranty services are backed by Cavender and my mother had two horrific experiences with Cavender service over the past 15 years. Look up the reviews on all Cavender service related dealers. (Very shady car service practices by ruining the car purposefully so that they have to come back and pay more money, putting my mother in danger on the road, etc...) Yesterday, we went to Audi Dominion because of the following situation: More than two months ago, my son purchased an Audi Q5. Unfortunately, the vehicle failed only two days after he purchased it. He immediately returned it to the dealership, and the vehicle has now been in the service department for more than a month. We still have not been given an exact date for when it will be ready. My son went to the dealership to complain because he has been making payments on a vehicle that he has not been able to use. At that point, he decided that he no longer wanted the vehicle and wanted to exchange it for another car, simply because he did not want to lose the $6,000 deposit he had already put down. When I went with him to the dealership to find out why the bank had suddenly not approved the financing, I discovered the interest rate they had applied to the new vehicle. I also discovered that they had added a charge of more than $7,000 related to the Q5 that he had returned. We asked the dealership to remove this $7,000 charge, but they refused. They told us that they could not remove it because "the system generates it that way." This is completely unacceptable. How can a dealership charge my son more than $7,000 for a vehicle that he has not been able to use since only two days after he purchased it? He has continued making his payments every single month and has not missed a payment. My son is only 22 years old and does not have much experience with vehicle financing or complicated dealership contracts. He did not understand that this additional $7,000 charge had been added when they processed the vehicle exchange. I believe this situation needs to be investigated. We want to know why my son is being charged more than $7,000 for a vehicle that failed almost immediately after purchase, remained at the dealership's service department for more than a month, and was ultimately returned. We want the dealership to explain exactly what this $7,000 charge represents and why they believe my son is responsible for it. We are requesting the return of the more than $7,000 that was charged to him. We also want to know where we can formally file a complaint and what steps we need to take to pursue legal action against the dealership if this matter is not resolved. We are prepared to provide all of the documentation, including the purchase contracts, financing documents, payment records, service records, and any other paperwork related to both vehicles. This situation is extremely concerning, and we want a formal investigation and a fair resolution. read more

Above and Beyond Service at Audi Dominion! I can't say enough good things about my experience at Audi Dominion, especially my service advisor, Richard. I hit a curb and had a blowout, and since it happened on a weekend, I went to Firestone thinking I just needed a new tire. Big mistake -- they did a poor job, charged for services that weren't done properly, and completely missed that my wheel bearing was damaged. Once I took my car to Audi, Richard immediately took charge. He found the real problem right away and even helped me work with my insurance company to file a claim. When Allstate started dragging their feet and causing delays, Richard didn't let it slow him down -- he came up with a quick solution that got me back in my car much faster than expected. What really impressed me was the follow-up. Richard called after I got my car back just to make sure everything was perfect and that I was happy with the service. That kind of care and attention is rare. I used to take my car to BMW, and the difference is night and day. At BMW, I always left feeling like I paid way more than I should have, with extra "recommended services" that didn't even relate to my issue. Audi Dominion has been the opposite -- they've been honest, transparent, and have actually saved me money both times I've been there. Richard and the team have definitely earned a loyal customer. Tried to buy a 2024 Q5 over weekend...low miles, used...offered within a few HUNDRED of the arbitrary price (of almost 46K) set by dealer, to be refused my offer. Laughable sales manager to walk away from ANY Q5 sale right now with a lot full of new Q5s and Audi about to release a redesigned Audi to replace their lot full of new and soon to be outdated vehicles. Do NOT buy a new Audi off the lot from these guys (or anyone). Let the new model Q5 come out, it's going to blow the current body style, interior design and technology features away! New model will make current Q5 look 10 or 15 years old with 2018 technology. Bet the new ones currently on lot drop $10K+ once the 2025 redesigned Q5 hits the streets if you are intent on driving old technology! Also bet their salespeople wont tell you to wait on a new redesigned Audi Q5 purchase!!! Bought my first car here, and after a month, the Check Engine light came on (a $2700 fix). Then I bought a second car here with an extended warranty, and less than two months later, the Check Engine light came on again (an $1100 fix). And guess what? Both times it came out of my pocket, obviously! Still waiting for it to get fixed, no loaner car, asked them a bunch of times but nothing! Basically I have to take Uber everyday to get to work and home. Really frustrating, especially having 2 small kids and the car being the only vehicle in the family. This is honestly the worst experience I've had since I got in to the US. I'm never buying anything from here again, ever! Update: My car still isn't fixed... They totally tried to scam me with diagnostic fees, adding in charges and taxes! When I asked their manager if I'd still pay for diagnostics if I got the car fixed there, he said "No." But then they tried to change it, saying it wasn't diagnostics, just "store fees and taxes"?! And when I asked for an itemized bill, they just ignored me! When I showed up, no one would even talk to me, and no one called me back! Worked with Christian Gomez. Typical car salesperson. He took six days and multiple calls to get back to me and tried forcing me to spend an extra $2k in worthless, overpriced add-ons. To add insult to injury, he told me he might sell the car underneath me while paperwork is in the mail for me to sign (buying out of state), if we were to reach a deal. Do not get duped by this dealership and their overpriced tinted window fees and "Diamond" protection packages ($2k in "obligatory add-ons"). None of this is standard practice. ********************** Update: In response to the dealership's reply, several objective issues still contradict their claim that the service was performed: - Service reminder was never reset. This is a required step in every Audi oil service and the reminder would not now be appearing when I start my car if the work had been completed. - Windshield washer reservoir was empty despite the dealership stating all fluids were topped off. This has never happened in any prior services at Audi Dominion over the last 11 years. - Oil was pitch black within 10 miles. Diesel‑specific sources (BITOG, TDIClub) and two independent diesel technicians confirm diesel oil does not become fully black until after a few hundred miles--not immediately. - Splash shield bolts were missing. The shield must be removed for an oil change, and Audi Dominion is the only shop that has ever serviced this vehicle. Bolts do not fall out on their own so they are the ones that must have removed them and did not reinstall them. The dealership referenced a "service video," but it was never provided despite promises to send it to me. The unreset indicator, unchanged oil appearance, empty reservoir, and missing hardware all point to the same conclusion: the service documented on the invoice was not performed. I want to share my disappointing experience as a first-time car buyer at Audi Dominion. What should have been an exciting milestone turned into a stressful and unpleasant process. Following the purchase of my new vehicle, I felt a clear sense of coercion from the Audi team. Salesman Patricio, Finance Rep Anthony Garcia, and Sales Manager Bruce Benji made me feel pressured into decisions I now regret. Instead of feeling supported and guided, I was misled during several parts of the process. Additionally, throughout the duration of the buying process, I was at the dealership from morning to night sitting with Patricio. He assured me the purchase was going smoothly although I noticed multiple mistakes on the paperwork from the finance rep, Anthony. Unfortunately, Anthony's mistakes have caused me a great amount of stress, grief and confusion. After having my car for two weeks, I was coerced into going back to the dealership under the pretense of needing to "sign additional paperwork," only to get there and be told there was nothing to sign. Instead, Bruce made me aware of a mistake Anthony made throughout the financing process and wouldn't let me leave with my new car. Bruce lacked empathy and ownership of THEIR mistake. Rather than providing an apology and a solution, Bruce belittled me and made me feel ashamed and regretful for doing business with them. As a first-time buyer, I expected honesty and transparency -- not coercion or manipulation. I hope Audi Dominion takes this feedback seriously and reevaluates how they treat new buyers. Can't think of a lazier response from a sales person over less than $3k. If he'd simply said 'we aren't flexible on the price - would you like to buy it at asking?' I would have. Torrey and Dominion don't deserve your money. Emails unreturned. A sloppy CRM system that says 'I want to help you' or 'would you like me to...' signed 'Audi Dominion' - not even a specific name. And multiple CRM driven communications contradicting information provided to Torrey. Sloppy. Especially considering the fact this is a luxury vehicle line. read more

I purchased what was sold to me as a Certified Pre-Owned Audi, trusting the dealership's assurance that the vehicle had passed a rigorous inspection and was in excellent condition. Fast forward less than 7 months later, and I've been hit with a $13,000 repair estimate from their service department. Yes, you read that right--$13K in repairs on a "certified" vehicle less than a year after purchase. This wasn't regular wear and tear, these are major issues that should have been caught and addressed before the car was ever put on the lot. It's clear to me now that Audi Dominion either misrepresented what qualifies as CPO or failed to do a proper inspection altogether. Either way, it feels like a bait-and-switch operation. I feel completely scammed. If you're considering buying a car from Audi Dominion, think twice. Their version of "certified" is meaningless, and their customer care after the sale is nonexistent. Well, two years later, they've dropped drastically with their customer service! I called on 2 February, spoke to the service manager, at least that's who he said he was. Told him about my Audi, which had just been serviced & (supposedly) had the oil changed at the end of October. I had it done before leaving the country for a while. The car was parked & not moved for over a month, in my garage. When I got in the car to drive it again, the oil light came on. I checked the level, & it was exactly where it was when I had taken it into the dealership. Not any more. Not full. Did not appear to have changed at all. Mind you, I did not recheck my oil after I take it into a dealership to be changed. Maybe I should've. Well, due to this, in 2 February I called & let them know the light was coming in & the other issues. He got snotty & spoke to me as if in was an amoeba. Told me it was "oil consumption." Explain how a vehicle that has not been driven consumes oil! He said he'd call me back. He did not!!! I waited a week. Two. Three. A month! I called back on 28 Feb to again ask for someone to call me back. (I've not been driving my car due to the light.) I was ASSURED someone, Marco/Marcos(?) Would call me back the next day, 1 March 2022. No one. Not a soul has reached out to me. Apparently they dgaf about righting wrongs. Their service SUCKS now. I haven't ever been told I'd get a call back, & then not hear a word. Not once, but two different times! I will be driving out there Monday & speaking to the dealerships manager. This is unacceptable. Take care of the customers that are good to you, treat us like crap too...and we will tell the world about that behavior as well. I prefer positive feedback, but in the case of Audi Dominion, they rank rock bottom of the book now. I'll move my maintenance to the shop closet to me in Selma after Monday. read more

Used to do all my 10k service checks and tire replacements here because the service dept is great but finance dept sucks. Called to ask about the 60k service check I have due soon and it's increased drastically in price since the printed quote they gave me this time last year ($1100 to $1600). Tried talking to someone in the finance dept and for some reason he was unable to speak properly over the phone so I couldn't understand a word. Extremely unprofessional. Seemed like I was inconveniencing him w my questions. Anyway, called Audi north park and they were much nicer/clearer and quoted me $1200 so I'll be switching over to them. I suggest you do the same and avoid Audi dominion altogether. They used to be great but have gone downhill. Giving two stars because they seem competitively priced, (as long as there's no hidden dealer fees I wasn't aware of) and was quick to respond to my inquiry, Sabrina even followed up the next day.. on the other hand, I am 4 hours away.. and have two children. I asked Torrey if he could assist with getting me a ROUND ABOUT figure on my trade..so I could have an IDEA of what my car is worth to that dealership (we all know dealers are different and will give you different numbers) that way I can determine driving 4 hours with 2 kids. and spending money on a hotel for the night... If we were way off on trade, clearly I'm not making the drive, but if were close, id be open to the drive.. But it was REFUSED unless I came in... So if your an OUT OF TOWN buyer, who has a trade..
