My fiance was on the phone with them wondering when he could bring his car but the service department didn't want to call and then when he's finally on the phone with the lady there she was full of attitud, she was acting like she had power and then said bye bye and hung up! WE WANT THIS PLACE GONE OR FILLED WITH BETTER PEOPLE!!! THE PEOPLE THERE EVEN THE MECHANIC ACTS LIKE A KNOW IT ALL WHEN HE IS PROVEN WRONG MULTIPLE TIMES!!! read more

BE AWARE OF THE CONTRACTS YOU SIGN! They bind you to a contract with faulty vehicles and horrible warranties that make you come out of pocket more so than helping. They take advantage of first time buyers just to acquire the sales they need and ultimately damage your credit. Went in last year to service for a fix, wasn't properly fixed the first time and had to waste time and effort and money since it wasn't under warranty just for them to still not get it right by the next pick up , a year later and the same problem has occurred and the same fix and cost to be repaid. The staff is HORRIBLE was completely belittled on the phone with CNAC who supply's the loan by not just my account manager but they're boss ! 0/10 would not recommend to even my enemies. Please so not support this company unless you'd like to pay $1,000's in fixes and interest ! read more

Stay away. Read these reviews and take it from someone who has fallen victim to there predatory practices. They are a bad business and the mechanics are incompetent. The state of WV should stop them from doing business here. They have taken advantage of many people there response is , you were fully informed .just stay away go to a buy here last here car lot. read more

Worst company ever!! Not only the people here are rude and disrespectful but I've only had my car for a year. 6 months after having the car it started overheating and it is still overheating. The service people does nothing but make things worst and you have to pay out of pocket diagnostics and service fees for things they screwed up. Run from this company and don't waste your time!! read more

If I could put 0 stars I would! If you want dirty looks and attitude this is the place to go! Worst dealership to do business with, their CNAC department is the worst! They start off trying to help you tell you what you want to hear, soon as they get the chance they will screw you! BLANCA in the cnac office is the most unprofessional rep I have ever had to deal with. Very rude and unpleasant to talk to. Please take your money elsewhere. Down military there are dozens of other dealerships that will treat you way better. Also their cars are not that good my transmission went out within 3 months. I have 4 other friends that have said the exact same thing. All of their vehicles broke down within 6months of purchasing it. DONT TRUST BYRIDER!! this place of business is a franchise NO CORPORATE OFFICE WILL HELP! complaints will have to go to Better business bureau or the FTC. For any action to happen. read more

This dealership is horrible at communication. You guys never call back when you promise to . You ran my credit and didn't have decency to let me know if i was approved or what options i had towards getting my car. I'm gonna make sure i yelp and google review this place . I don't even want to bother getting a car from this place . You guys are a big JOKE! DONT GO HERE ! DONT GO HERE ! DONT GO HERE ! DONT GO HERE ! DONT GO HERE ! DONT GO HERE ! DONT GO HERE ! I would not recommend that place no matter how desperate you are for a vehicle. just know you deserve better. they sold my daughter a vehicle that needed repairs promised her they do the repairs if she took the vehicle so they signed a promise note and when she tried taking the vehicle to get repaired they said the car drives good but yet needed struts and ball joints and that she needed to pay to get that fixed so don't trust or believe them not even with a promissory note. they lie they are rude and will laugh in your face. then my daughter car was stolen they laughed and said oh it happens to everyone. then she returned the vehicle cause for one my daughter was never late on a payment she had auto pay and the way they treated her and laughed at her when she works hard for her money she deserves better than a messed up car dealing with bad attitude and that company still charged her card 2 weeks later after her returning the vehicle and signed a voluntary agreement explaining she gave up the car and they think it's funny when people work hard for their money so don't believe any agreement u sign with them! read more

So I've had 2 cars with them for about 3 years. I got a Ford Focus and I've had nothing but problems with it. And they take FOREVER to fix. I'm without a car 10 days at a time. So frustrating. I've spoke to them about getting another one and trading in the one I currently have, keep in mind I've NEVER missed a payment. I would've thought they had some leniency with me but nope. Oh and communicate SUCKS with them. read more

these stupid ass b!tches aint worth the mf headache. we put damn near 2,000 down and this car started fuckin up about a week and a half after we got the car. they told us everything was fixed, after we paid for it they told us they only changed the battery when its way more wrong with the car. it randomly stops and turns off or it will only go up to 10 mph sometimes. then it will sometimes just brake by itself while on the highway. definitely wouldnt recommend getting a car from them! save yourself the trouble and headache!!! read more

I bought a Chevy Malibu 2010 from this location! Need I say I REGRET IT! Anybody who consider this place DONT!!!! They have the worse mechanics in the state of Texas !!!! I have been going back and fourth 3 or 4 times a month for repair since the day before thanksgiving! They don't NOT I REPEAT THEY DOOOOO NOT TAKE CARE OF THEIR VALUE PAYING CUSTOMERS . They communication is horrible and they will cheat u out a lot money. You pay for deduction for the warranty and they claim the fix the situation but it not then you go back again it for same thing and they say oh it's this or that and knowing u had the car for three days they don't test drive and make sure it running properly ! I'm disappointed even when u got warranty and etc u still can't NEVER GET A SATISFIED SERVICE NOT ONCE ! I do not recommend NO ONE I MEAN NO ONE TO BUY CARS OR FET SERVICES FROM THIS PLACE ! HELL I KNOW MANY MEXICAN THAT NOT CERTIFIED BUT THEY FIX CARS ALOT BETTER THAN THIS JD BYRIDER it said that I have to post this express ! I gave this place sooooo many chances before I decided to write this review when I try to call back today get service because they was the last mechanic to touch it they want to push u towards finding ur own service because they suck so bad they are TWO WEEKS BEHIND SERVICE! Yes they have a lot nice cars but remind u the mechanic suck a$$ and not worth ur time I have to come from austin to San Antonio everytime and nothing EVER GETS FIX AND THE SERVICE MANAGER NAME LUIS IS A HORRIBLE SERVICE AND HE DONT TAKE CARE OF THE CUSTOMER AS U THOUGHT HE WOULD OR SHOULD ! Again A REGRET AND A LESSON LEARN THIS PLACE IS WORSE THE THE CORONA VIRUS AND I MEAN THAT FROM THE BOTTOM OF OF HEART! If u looking to buy a car SKIP THIS PLACE DONT EVEN BOTHER TO INVEST THEY WILL NOT TAKE CARE OF U AS THEY SHOULD MARK MY WORD IM DEALING WITH THEM CURRENTLY AND IT SAD I HAVE TO GO THROUGH THIS FRUSTRATION! Y'all have a bless day and ship anywhere but this place ! They don't even deserve a one star that how bad it is ! read more

Snakes and liars, smooth used car salesmen. Promised a 30 warranty and warranty would last until truck paid for, actually got a 24 month warranty and 48 months of payments. Tried to get warranty work twice and was told 2 weeks before appointment was available, working man can't afford to be without his vehicle for 2 weeks so repairs came out of pocket. Never again. read more

Never again will I do this. Yes my vehicle was reposed but was told if I paid a certain amount I can get it back. I did got it back had my vehicle for a few weeks then get told I HAVE TO make more payments to keep it. Guess what it was reposed again after I had specifically told them I wasn't able to give more at the time of me getting it back the first time. They agreed and still let me get it back the first time. At the time of pick up even the tow truck driver asked me if I would be getting it back. I said No. He said good they like to F***in scam people. read more

do not go here they sell lemon cars that breaks down every 3 weeks!! they're customer service skills are horrible!!

Had issues with my car after a few months, so glad I have a warranty. Only $36 to get my car working again. Thank you! I've always bought cash cars, waste of money. read more

We took our child here to buy their first car under their own name. After looking at many places we came here because the selection of cars was decent there is a small warranty and the bi-weekly payments seemed manageable for a young person starting out with the responsibility of their first car. The sales experience was long as to be expected when buying a car but the sales person was personable. They will work with a $500+ down payment but be aware you will be paying interest free payments for the first month or two to a deferred down payment amount before actually paying on your note, so buyer beware you should probably come in with at least $1500 down if not more. Read the paperwork before signing. Now also beware of the franchise status. If you start at this location, especially if you are making deferred down payments in the beginning of your note, and you find that you are closer to the other location it will not matter you have to return to your original location for any issues or questions. Also, it is very hard to get back in touch by phone with anyone specific at this location, email is best. And once you have bought the car they are not as nice afterwards as far as accommodations or help as they talk about when you are buying the car. They also pressure you into writing an amazing review for them here on Yelp right away even while still in store waiting to finish up your sale, that is because if you wrote after having to maybe deal with them after the buying experience you would not be as apt to write the same review. So wait to write your review until at least 3 months after you have bought your vehicle or at least until after your first problem with anyone in this location. All in all buy at the other location on Weidner! The other location is less crowded the environment is lower stress and the people there are not rude or argumentative. The ladies out at Weidner in the finance department are patient and kind and the GM at Weidner, Ram Herrera, is a wonderful man to work with. Think before you buy. read more

worst company ever!! makes me never want to deal with a car dealership ever again. and it wasn't even the workers because my salesman nick mora did a great job. cnac is the worst to finance with they overcharge and they charge you extra without your awknowledgement. i had many issues with them from the first payment. thats only some of the issues theyve given me. i recommend to not try it!! go elsewhere no matter how good the deal sounds! read more

Around a month ago I was helped by a young lady name la'raelle Muller. I have got to tell you she understood my situation and did everything in her power to get me a nice dependable car I needed. She gave me all the information I needed in order to make an informative decision. I noticed she was there for me and not just to make a sale. Keep up the good work in hiring great employees like laraelle was a great experience for my purchase and happy. Thanks!!! read more
