He totalled it because I caught him red handed along h with the scumbag mechanics at car tech. Our vehicle had 152k miles when it went into shop and was returned with 164k miles. They kept our vehicle for 8 weeks and I still made payments in time. It had a whole other front end. The struts were shot the brakes were gone and the new tires we bought were gone not zo mention. It had a 2016 hood and our car was a 2015. They scratched the Vin number in illegally. Oso grande used to be a respectful business now I will do everything in my power to let people know how dishonest the company is and are complete crooks. I was robbed of over 8k plus my vehicle still had a warranty and they decided to total it out over a transmission that still had a warranty. Mike Garcia should be arrested for his actions. He's a married man and my wife and I caught him and one of the finance ladies in the restroom together while we were waiting to find out about our vehicle. He is a scumbag and is an embarrassment to the once great dealership.

It had jb weld on spark plug to compensate for head being stripped. I took it back and George assured me he knew nothing about it but he would make it right, but informed me I would be walking until it got fixed. I called back a week later to check on status of truck and George informed me my truck was not being fixed and infact had been repoed instead. My first payment was only 7 days late and I learned I now had to pay that to get my truck fixed. Guess they ran out of jb weld!!! Not a trust worthy business…read more If I had a zero stars choice I would put it here. I bought a 2012 Hyundai for 4,500. It only lasted 1 day. It overheated the second day. I understand it was a used car, but it had no coolant and and once I took it to the mechanic it had a leak somewhere. The engine needs to be replaced. I truly believe they sold it knowing of the current issue. This is not best practice for a business to take advantage of the buyer this way. I hope karma gets them down the road!! I will check the business rating through the BBB from now on. This place had plenty of complaints. I just looked in there way too
