I got lucky and got a very honest employee who told me that if I brought it to their location in North Hollywood, it might be a full week, but if I were to drive out to the Glendale Main store l, one could usually get items back within 24 hours if requested. The extra 20 minutes was well worth it - sure enough, they turned everything around within 24 hours... Everything smelled great, was super clean, nicely packaged and sanitized... And I even got a discount as a first time customer which I didn't even know was a possibility - they simply offered it up. Cannot recommend this place highly enough. Especially for high-end blankets, towels, upholstery, and other bedding items that need a good fresh deep clean. Thank you.

Update See Prior Review Below…read more I genuinely cannot believe this response. At no point did anyone tell me that my dress could not be properly altered before altering it. In fact, I specifically asked multiple times whether they were capable of altering this particular dress because of its design, and I was repeatedly reassured that they could. They then altered my dress TWICE, and both times it was crooked. So please stop rewriting what happened to make it sound like I was warned in advance. I was not. If your staff knew they could not properly alter the dress, they should have told me that BEFORE taking scissors to it and damaging it. I did not need or want a "brand new dress." I needed MY EXISTING $345 DRESS TO NOT BE DAMAGED after trusting your business with it. And as anyone reading this can clearly tell, your customer service is honestly ass. Instead of taking accountability for a mistake that happened during YOUR alteration, you and your staff have continued to make excuses, shift blame, and tell different versions of the story. This was not a simple misunderstanding. This was over a WEEK of exhausting back-and-forth conversations over the phone and in person, while I repeatedly tried to get someone to take accountability and give me a straight answer. By the end, I was so mentally exhausted and tired of the ongoing lies and excuses from your staff that I accepted the $200 check and stopped pushing for the full cost of my $345 dress. That does not mean I was satisfied. It means I was tired of dealing with your business. The biggest issue is not even that the alteration went wrong. Mistakes happen. The issue is that when your business makes a mistake, apparently your response is to deny, deflect, blame the customer or the dress, and then publicly act like you did everyone a favor. Take some accountability. Your response to this review has only proven exactly why my experience with your customer service was so horrible.

We were told it was a "past due balance," which made no sense as I have never had any outstanding charges. When I called to clarify, the owner, Sheri, admitted there may have been a mistake and that they likely confused me with another customer. However, instead of apologizing, she abruptly said she had customers waiting and could not continue the conversation, telling me I would need to physically return with the card later. I called back an hour later and provided my credit card information for the refund. While she agreed to process it before closing, when I expressed frustration over the inconvenience and their error, her response was, "Maybe you should find a place that makes you happier." What disappointed me most was not the billing mistake itself, but the complete lack of accountability, professionalism, or basic customer care. After 8 years of patronage, I will never return. I expected far better treatment from a business I supported for so long. This place seriously needs better leadership and customer service.

Ok, there is a reason I drive across town to use this cleaner. I love shirts that are starched, but nothing ticks me off when a dry cleaner destroys an expensive shirt or suit by over pressing. This dry cleaner hand finishes, keeping your clothing from getting destroyed. The taylor is also quite good and inexpensive. You should know that they have a minimum charge for using a credit card ($10) but you can't blame them for that. This isn't a glitzy looking place, but they people are friendly and the quality of work is top shelf. read more
