Not sure why this place has such a high rating. 1) The main attendant is quite rude, I felt she behaved as if she was doing me a favor by dry cleaning my clothes. But I ignored and figured work product will speak for itself. 2) when I picked up my clothes the inner lining of a line of feather decoration was curled up. She told me that the it was already like that, so I told her I knew that it wasn't, paid, and left.. I wanted to give a decently priced place a shot, but I won't be coming back. read more

When my prior cleaners was sold to a new owner, I found Ritz. They were a lifesaver when I had a moth invasion in my house last May and brought in everything I owned that I could save. They even let me keep some of my cleaning there longer than usual because I had nowhere to put my clothes, sweaters, blankets, etc while I was demothing my house. Ok, there is a reason I drive across town to use this cleaner. I love shirts that are starched, but nothing ticks me off when a dry cleaner destroys an expensive shirt or suit by over pressing. This dry cleaner hand finishes, keeping your clothing from getting destroyed. The taylor is also quite good and inexpensive. You should know that they have a minimum charge for using a credit card ($10) but you can't blame them for that. This isn't a glitzy looking place, but they people are friendly and the quality of work is top shelf. read more

We have been going to this place for the past two years, and it's easy to see how the service has declined so much. First of all, none of the women working there are wearing masks. There are 3+ women working there, all who work there without masks. My mother and I went there, and we decided to try to see what they would do if one of us came in without a mask since we always wear masks. They asked us to leave, but I'm pretty sure not wearing a mask inside is illegal. They coughed all over us. It was absolutely disgusting. read more

This is the most wonderful, friendly and helpful cleaners/Tailor. Their prices are good too. I love them. I love the people that work there. I brought a sweater in to ask her if I should wash it because it had food dye on it and I had just bought the sweater from my daughter. She got it out right there and then on the spot! I don't know if she does this all the time but she did it for me and I was extremely grateful. The first time I heard about this place was from the previous dry cleaners that I used. They were suddenly shut down and had to move their clothing elsewhere so ritz opened their doors and let all the customers clothing to be held there to be picked up. That's how I met them. I "discovered" Ritz Cleaners when I wanted to preserve my grandmother's vintage fur coat. They were wonderful, knew a lot about fur cleaning, and treated it with care. Then I needed a leather purse cleaned. They warned me ahead of time of the risk of color bleed but I took a chance. When I got it back I learned of all the work they had put into making it turn out right. I now take all my clothes there.
