Stopped going here because the place is dirty and unkept which for cleaners is not acceptable to me. Last straw was when I TRIED to have alterations made. Don't bother with going the tailor as she is never there. Don't advertise if you can't provide the service. Stopped in 4 times and no show plus they never answered the phone. They have also lost items in the past. I try to support my neighborhood store but now it's worth the drive to Ventura Blvd and I've started to use Mr Dryclean who are friendly and great service! Family owned dry cleaners that is reasonably prices. They haven't done me wrong yet i.e. ruined my clothes. No hassle place to get stuff dry cleaned. If you're in a hurry, they can usually get your stuff done in 24 hours if you bring it in the AM. They're in a small strip mall, so parking can be limited and pretty tight, but there is parking. They also take all major credit cards and not an all cash only place. read more

I've been taking my professional dresses to this location for over one year. They always do an exceptional job (and manage to get the stains/odor odor out every time). I appreciate that they mark specific stains as well. A few days before my wedding, I dropped off a white dress that I planned to wear for my rehearsal dinner. I had actually planned to wear it for my bridal shower, but as I was getting ready for the party, I splattered black liquid eyeliner all over the delicate white material. When I went to pick it up, the stains were still there. I was so disappointed! I explained to them that I was going to have to scramble to find a new dress by the next day. Seeing my distress, they asked what caused the stain and told me not to buy a new dress just yet. They said now that they knew what the stain was, they would try to fix it by noon the following day. Low and behold, I returned the next day and they got the stain out! I was so relieved. My dress was in perfect condition! Plus, there was NO extra charge. Their prices are excellent hence the name EXCEL (haha...these are the jokes people) They have a quick turnaround time to get your clothes back to you. AVOID AT ALL COSTS. Literally the worst business I've ever been to. My girlfriend and I had a down comforter that her cat urinated on so she brought it into these "people" (who charged almost as much as I paid the comforter) and when it was returned and still smelled like cat piss and still had a large yellow spot on it that was now dry. I went back to speak with them and ask that they fix it, and the old man who owns the shop (picture Carl from Aqua Team Hunger Force) told me that he would not try again and that he would not issue a refund. I've never been so upset at a purchase and I suggest everyone avoid this shop because you will probably be equally as upset 2 years later (yes this was 2 years ago!) and write a bad review on yelp. read more

If there were zero stars, I would have chosen that one. Customer service sucks! The almost bald head guy at the counter was rude, and looked at me like I was crazy. I took my uniforms to dry clean, when I asked how they processed and cleaned the uniforms, he looked at me like I should know the answer. I told him it was my 1st. time cleaning them and he didn't even care to explain the process. I told him I would rather take them somewhere else where customer service was better. He said, take them where ever the hell you want, get out! I told him he did not have to right to talk to me that way, he ignored me not giving a crap about anything. I used this place for a few months and was pretty content with their services. That is until I picked up my last order. I personally will never go back. I made the mistake of leaving my cuff-links and a name badge with my last drop-off. Upon pick-up they told me they never saw those items. I understand that it was my mistake for leaving those belongings behind, but the way it was handled was very unprofessional in my opinion. I have left items in jackets/pants plenty of times in the past with other dry cleaners, things as insignificant as an old hotel room key, and have always had them returned to me with my order at pick-up. A nice pair of cuff-links goes missing and nobody at this establishment wanted to talk to me for more than 5 seconds about this problem. Poor customer service and the sad idea that someone on their staff has sticky fingers. read more

WORST CLEANERS EVER!!!!! They have ruined three of my best shirts two times in a two months! When I went back to get my shirts today, there was this huge stain on two of my shirts and the owner agrees that they did this to my shirt but would not pay me a dollar back!! At the same time they charge more than every cleaner in the neighborhood while they seem like they only iron your shirt and give it back to you. They did the same thing to me last month and this month again. I'm going to report them and open a complaint as soon as I can. DO NOT GO HERE !! read more

This is the worst cleaners that I have ever been to. First of all it's expensive. And beyond that you'd think that they weren't even cleaning the clothes, but ironing them and returning them damaged! I have some iron marks on a few jackets, and i brought something in for repair which they didn't fix. They actually further damaged my suit jacket via an uneven seam and a gaping hole. My boyfriend's grandmother can sew 100 times better than this crap. After a dispute with an employee over the damage of my clothing, he refunded me $5 that i was charged by them to further destroy my clothing!!!! I would never go back. I do not recommend anyone coming here, ever!!! There are tons of other cleaners in the area, but i had a coupon. This is a lesson to me to not be lazy since i have someone that can mend for me and also not to look for a good deal when it concerns my WORK CLOTHES!!!! read more

Just moved to the area and thought I'd give this place a try since it was close to where I lived, brought 8 pieces of my nice work clothes to be dry cleaned on a Thursday night right before they were about to close and told them I didn't need to pick it up until Monday, however on Saturday I happened to be doing errands and decided to give the owner a call to see if maybe by chance my clothes would be ready early, and sure enough they were! I was impressed with the service! I brought in an expensive white blazer and it was returned to me looking newer than when I first got it!
