I'm new to the area and didn't know where to go. This place has quality service and great prices. Strongly recommend!

Excellent service. My go to cleaners in the area - Mr. dryclean is very disrespectful to dirt.

Always friendly and do a great job in an appropriate amount of time. Convenient location.

Terrible terrible terrible. Do not go here. They are rude and give you the wrong clothes and lose your clothes. Beware and don't come here

This place is ridiculously expensive. I advise anyone to get an estimate before dropping anything off to them. I had a dress hemmed that was a cheap dress I thrifted that was a super thin material and they charged me $85. Unreal. Seems like robbery to me. read more

He never cleaned the comforter took it back twice the first time smelled like fabriz was sprayed all over the whole comforter the second time all the black dust and dirt mark still was all over the comforter he told this marks can't not be cleaned he told me I have cleans it twice if you think you can clean it do it take pictures before and after it's cleaned and call him back Then he will give me a Phone number to send the pictures before and after . With a damp towel I was able to clean the dark spots when I called him back to get the phone number to send the proof he totally declined giving me the phone number to send the pictures I told him I have to throw out the comforter since it has not been cleaned at all He rudely told me do whatever you want and hung up the phone. I don't recommend this business to anyone he is Not an honest person to do business with. read more

I bypass other drycleaners close to my home and wait to drop off my cleaning by my office. Why? Because of the years of fast, efficient (aka, never loss a garment), and professional customer service I've received. Han and his wonderful staff always put a smile on my face. Five stars if you like good old fashioned customer service. Frank R. - Malibu read more

Went to this place 4 years ago. They ruined a sweater and I never was compensated. Never went back until last week. My assistant left my velvet jacket to be cleaned and picked it up yesterday. It was uncleaned, still had the stains it was brought in for and it was bagged as if it was cleaned. They charged 15.00 to put a dirty jacket in a bag. In addition they pressed it , ruined the shape and the buttons were missing from the inside. These people are dishonest to say the least. read more

I live on Dickens, just down the street from Mr. Dryclean and originally started going there because it was walking distance from my house. Convenience is important but over the last ten years i have continued to go there and make them my only choice for dry cleaning because of their exceptional and friendly customer service, efficiency (clothing items are always ready for pickup when they promise) and excellent results. My shirts and pants are always perfectly clean. Prices are reasonable too. I have made Mr. Dryclean my go to place for these services for many reasons. If I need my shirts dry cleaned or laundered on the same day, they kindly provide that rush service! Their rates are reasonable and all the employees are kind and friendly and talk to their regular customers like old friends...They are the best and most consistently reliable dry cleaners i have gone to in all my years living in Los Angeles! I want you to take whomever it is that you believe is the most high maintenance customer you've ever met in your entire life and multiply that by 10. That is me. I'm not embarrassed to admit it (but I should be). I've been using this dry cleaner for years, in addition to every single person on the staff being being kind and happy to be at work they are accommodating to my family's terrible travel schedule, at times turning around large orders in half a day. I send them my silks, my wools and my denim. I send them exquisite suits that are hand tailored and everything comes back to me perfectly. There's no point in owning good clothing if it just gets ruined in the wash. A few months ago they had some sort of explosion with their boiler and needed to source all new machinery. In that time I was able to find one very cheap cleaner for my kids' suits (I don't care much about clothing that's balled up in high school lockers every week) and one outrageously expensive cleaner for my husbands suits and my silks, as well as a third cleaner that was reasonably priced for denim and wool. The second Mr. Dryclean was back to doing their own cleaning I gained several hours in my week (multiple trips to multiple cleaners is ridiculous), money in my budget and we can reliably be well dressed again. If you have invested in a good wardrobe for work I cannot see a scenario where any other cleaner in the area would suit your needs more than Mr. Dryclean. read more

Ruined my sweater dress. I came on a recommendation from a friend but I sure do regret it. I had a white sweater dress with a few stains on it that I wanted to wear for the holidays. They quoted me a two day turnaround which I thought was long for just one item but maybe they were busy as it was just before Christmas. Customer service was certainly lacking. When I got my dress back the stains were gone but the faux leather patches on the elbows were completely ruined. They are peeling away from the sweater fabric and it looks super gross. When I picked up the item it was hung so that the patches didn't show. Super shady. I get that mistakes happen but at least tell me about it and reimburse me in some way rather than let me leave thinking my item is ready to wear. I will not be back. read more

How does one review a dry cleaner? I can't say I love this dry cleaner, because, well, love is reserved for people, pets, and sometimes food. But I have to say I make a visit to Mr. Dryclean about once a week to have some shirts cleaned or a missing button sewn on and they have only disappointed me once. They shrank one of my shirts, but were very cool about it and gave me some store credit. They usually will turn your laundry around in 24 hours and have very reasonable rates. There is rarely a wait. The parking lot can be a bit of a clusterf*ck around lunchtime or late in the day, but other than that, I have to say that this place is completely reliable. read more

My go-to place when I need stuff cleaned and pressed. They provide fast and thorough service without having to sacrifice good customer relations. They don't just leave it at the basic wash: they make sure that their final product has no stains, not even the smallest speck. This is where I bring my boyfriend's suits, his work uniforms, and his other stuff that I don't think I could wash on my own. I've brought a couple of my formal wear in here and they make them look as if they were brand-spanking-new. My many thanks to the staff! read more

If you want to get ripped off come here. If you want them to shrink your clothes come here. They overcharge and then don't even dry clean but launder the clothes instead. Like I am not going to notice my shirt is 2 sizes too small. Somehow she is going to fix it. No refund. No I'm sorry. They do not care about your business just the money they are stealing from you. WILL NOT BE BACK. read more

This is the best cleaners I have been to. I used to go to Fazio where the staff was not friendly, the prices were much more and the quality of work was not as good. Here when I walk in the ladies at the desk know me, smile, welcome me every single time I come in. My clothes are always completed on time and the quality of the work is excellent. I have even have alterations done here and it was perfect. I highly recommend them for anyone looking for a great dry cleaner with a very friendly and outgoing staff that is fairly priced and does excellent work. read more

I got a 50% off coupon in the mail. I decided to try them out instead of my usual place. I told them that I have a coupon and they charged me double the price I normally pay. They tried to charge me $80 for 7 pieces of clothing (4 shirts, 2 pants and 1 rain coat) she charged me $38 just for the rain coat, I brought up how the price was too high.when I asked for my clothes back they were very rude and disrespectful!! I took all the clothes to my normal place and they charged me $34 ( for all 7 pieces)l went back to Mr. Dryclean and showed them the receipt, they were even more rude and disrespectful.....
