I decided to give it another shot today, so I took my daughter in to measure her pupils. We already had the prescription in hand and glasses picked out, we simply needed the distance between pupils measured, which takes 2 minutes and is always done on the show room floor by any sales rep, however we were sent away because they were closing in 15 minutes and didn't want to take the time. I called the Liberty Township location, and they stayed open an extra 5 minutes just to see me. Liberty location has done loads of things for me in the past that went above and beyond. To be completely honest, I'm embarrassed I even tried coming back here.

I'm extremely frustrated and don't even want this glasses anymore as I could have ordered them anywhere else and have had them by now. The doctor here is great. This has nothing to do with the service he provides. They will dilate your eyes and tell you to go look at glasses. Makes sense but when you ask about prices they give you a look. Sorry I can't read a price after you guys just dilated my eyes. Realized they added extra stuff only due to the price being off. But again it's hard to read what they are doing because of your eyes being dilated. They told me it would be around 2 weeks for my glasses. It's now been over 3 weeks and will probably be at least 4 by the time I get them. Just as reference, my wife went to lenscrafters 5 days after me, got her first pair of glasses back, realized it was slightly off, had another appointment days later, and now has had her second pair for around a week now.
