They prey on college students to get money off of their lack of experience with renting a unit. The units are clean, to include the restroom, if you need to make a quick pit stop when you're visiting your rental unit. The use of the Aaron's Truck was an added bonus!! My husband, who had never seen the facility, remarked that everything looked so clean and brand new, and it was always like that when I stopped by over the years. The staff is awesome and went above and beyond by removing the very strong lock, the keys to which I lost some time ago. They were polite and understanding and extremely helpful. Most importantly, I kept many of my treasures and keepsakes in my storage unit and they were all in perfect condition when we cleaned out the unit. If you need self storage in Waco, use Aaron's!

He is pleasant, knowledgeable, professional and amenable. He helped make the reservations (I was calling in from out of state so renting sight unseen) and it went without a hitch. Also, upon my delivery date, I found I needed an additional storage unit and Steve arranged it on the spot. And I have worked with Steve a couple of times since I stored my stuff and he has been a real pleasure. The facilities are inside a large warehouse, so are climate controlled. The building is clean and very well maintained. It has sufficient space to navigate. And it is very secure. All entrances are gated and monitored and accessed by individualized key codes to be able to track who entered. There are cameras all over the place and recordings will help determine if there was unauthorized access. They have several dollies and wheeled vehicles available to enable your move. The only surprise was that my unit(s) are on the second floor, I had no idea storage units could be on the second floor. This helps keep my property even more secure, but it added a level of complexity to get the furniture out of the moving truck, into the elevator, out of the elevator and then into the storage unit. However, it all went well I highly recommend Aaron's Self Storage.
