Then he did something completely unexpected... he offered to work out a plan to accommodate my needs during his off time since I was on a tight schedule. I was shocked. The owner contacted me later that day and we confirmed the plan. RRSS is an outstanding family owned business that puts the needs of the customer ahead of all else. I enthusiastically recommend them. I was a bit concerned if this was a legit company (fear of no labor showing up on load day!), but it all worked out. There is just not a lot of personal contact - most being done online. The workers came with all the equipment a professional should have. My only concern was the main guy did not know how to tie knots in rope - he could only use ratchet straps to secure loads in the truck. Not a problem if you know how and are there to do it. At the other end of the move, we had only minimal damage to items - less than I would have expected from commercial moving lines (Atlas, Mayflower, etc). Remember to tip the workers!
