He is pleasant, knowledgeable, professional and amenable. He helped make the reservations (I was calling in from out of state so renting sight unseen) and it went without a hitch. Also, upon my delivery date, I found I needed an additional storage unit and Steve arranged it on the spot. And I have worked with Steve a couple of times since I stored my stuff and he has been a real pleasure. The facilities are inside a large warehouse, so are climate controlled. The building is clean and very well maintained. It has sufficient space to navigate. And it is very secure. All entrances are gated and monitored and accessed by individualized key codes to be able to track who entered. There are cameras all over the place and recordings will help determine if there was unauthorized access. They have several dollies and wheeled vehicles available to enable your move. The only surprise was that my unit(s) are on the second floor, I had no idea storage units could be on the second floor. This helps keep my property even more secure, but it added a level of complexity to get the furniture out of the moving truck, into the elevator, out of the elevator and then into the storage unit. However, it all went well I highly recommend Aaron's Self Storage.

I left my stuff there over the summer, and when i collected my stuff I asked them if i needed to sign anything or do anything since i'd be ending my lease there. I was told no... that was a lie. I ended up getting charged another month of rent, and when i called they said i needed to sign some papers. Well i signed them but they told me i did it "too late" and would still need to pay another month of rent. However, they said if I agreed to leave a good review and a donation, they could help me get out of that rent. Low key felt like black mail, i still have the transcript of the voicemail they left me too. I did do it, but i'm a broke college student and couldn't afford another months rent. Which they still did end up charging me! Anyway, my roommates recommended i try and call someone or report it, i eventually got to the boss and most i got was an apology, no refund though... So, if all you're looking for is a safe place to store stuff and don't mind being scammed, by all means come here. maybe that was just one employee, but i personally won't be risking that again.

I complained about the mice issue, but nothing was done for several months. The office clerk's answer was: "The mice are OK, they are safe for people. Go ahead and spread the word about mice here!" The office manager took the clerk's side and asked me to leave, though my contract wasn't expired. This is how they treat customers who always pay in advance. This is the worst experience I ever had! I traveled a lot due to my husband's military job, I rented a lot of storages - but I never ever had such a negative experience.
