He is pleasant, knowledgeable, professional and amenable. He helped make the reservations (I was calling in from out of state so renting sight unseen) and it went without a hitch. Also, upon my delivery date, I found I needed an additional storage unit and Steve arranged it on the spot. And I have worked with Steve a couple of times since I stored my stuff and he has been a real pleasure. The facilities are inside a large warehouse, so are climate controlled. The building is clean and very well maintained. It has sufficient space to navigate. And it is very secure. All entrances are gated and monitored and accessed by individualized key codes to be able to track who entered. There are cameras all over the place and recordings will help determine if there was unauthorized access. They have several dollies and wheeled vehicles available to enable your move. The only surprise was that my unit(s) are on the second floor, I had no idea storage units could be on the second floor. This helps keep my property even more secure, but it added a level of complexity to get the furniture out of the moving truck, into the elevator, out of the elevator and then into the storage unit. They prey on college students to get money off of their lack of experience with renting a unit. We used them for a entire house move, loading a 26' Uhaul and trailer. The guys did a fine job and…read moreworked hard. I was a bit concerned if this was a legit company (fear of no labor showing up on load day!), but it all worked out. There is just not a lot of personal contact - most being done online. The workers came with all the equipment a professional should have. My only concern was the main guy did not know how to tie knots in rope - he could only use ratchet straps to secure loads in the truck. Not a problem if you know how and are there to do it. At the other end of the move, we had only minimal damage to items - less than I would have expected from commercial moving lines (Atlas, Mayflower, etc). Remember to tip the workers!

And they stay on top of what's coming into this center by being at the gate when you pull in, not sitting in the office with their head focused in their phone.
