The lady who handled my appointment schedule at the toll free number was very polite and set up the appointment with ease. The local guy was very understanding and polite as well. On moving day the guys showed up on time they gave me a text when they left the store they went to my parents home first then the apartment and then to the destination. They were very efficient and quick. They were also very polite. The hunks part is explained on the pic of the truck that I posted. It was a very nice experience as far as moving goes and pretty reasonable w the price as well. Would definitely use them again as well as recommend them to family and friends. There wasn't much to report that is negative. when I think about it nothing really. Very positive about this company plus they donated two meals to charity w every move.

I felt it was a fair quote. It was in between the highest and the lowest quote. We agreed to pay $150 for coming and taking them out of our home and to the dump. Dustin arrived exactly on time. (0930) unfortunately he had to park in the street because our ancient Durango would not start so I couldn't move it or he could've pulled up a little closer into the driveway. Just so you're aware, he did not mention this. I just was thinking that when I realized I couldn't move the Durango that morning. At any rate, he came to the door and knocked. After introducing himself, I let him in to take a look at the recliners which I had moved up into the front of our home. He immediately took out the first one and got it, settled within his trailer and came back for the second one. He was very professional and extremely nice. Lonewolf moving accepts several forms of payment and I chose to pay him via Venmo. That took all of two minutes and he was on his way. A person from a help agency (HireAHelper) called me at 9:30 a.m. to say A Kings Son was "stuck on another job" and would not be coming. They could, however, come the next day. If you know anything about dealing with PODS, you know that's not how it works. The audacity and arrogance of A Kings Son to not show and tell us they could come the next day. By the way, when I was trying to contact a Kings Son directly, they did not answer and their voicemail was full. Not only do I NOT recommend, I urge you to do business elsewhere. Correcting their lack of professionalism was a lot of work. I have to rate at least one star, but I do so begrudgingly.
