This is an outstanding facility by all accounts, including cleanliness, security and maintenance level. Their customer service is second to none, and Carla goes well above and beyond. Both she and Jack seem to genuinely love their job and are very much "people" persons. We had to vacate our old facility because rain had blown in under the door and ruined a lot of our belongings, including some old junior high yearbooks and other things that were of sentimental value. The problem was we only had a few days to be out to avoid paying another month at the old facility. We could not afford to pay at both locations for a month. Neither I nor my wife are young anymore, and she could not help move our stuff at all. I have lots of arthritis problems in my knees, shoulders and elbows. It was a monumental effort, physically, for me to move all our stuff all by myself in such a short time, and it took its toll on me. But I was amazed when Carla told me about the box truck that they have just for their customers to use at no charge. It saved me countless trips with my shortbed pickup and shortened the time it took considerably. That is amazing customer service! This place is the best! read more

What a great experience. I was in the middle of transitioning from Austin to Waco, looking for a house, and tentatively staying in a rent house at the time. Due to my being back and forth I was able to make everything happen without having to go to the actual location which was a heavy burden lifted off my shoulders because I was up and down the highway and working long hours. Carla was so helpful. Always so friendly and energetic. No problem was ever a problem, if you can understand that. She was always so polite, helpful, and walked through every situation with a positive and caring attitude. I would definitely recommend Aaron's. Carla is the greatest, the facilities where always kept clean, and I never worried about my belongings as I felt they were secure and in good hands. Not only are the facilities in great shape, Karla, the lady at the front desk is extremely professional and helpful. I had scheduled a move in on Friday, after Thanksgiving. It was Karla's day off, but when I called her to get the keys to the truck, she was there within minutes with a smile on. She genuinely cares about her renters and works very hard to ensure they have the best experience possible. When I rented the unit the Wednesday before Thanksgiving, Karla walked out to the keypad at the gate to make sure my code worked. She didn't want me to have any problems when it came time to move in. Not only do I feel safe having my belongings stored on site (security camera monitors for the public to see the units are being watched 24-7) I am confident that Karla will be able to answer any questions or fix any problems should they arise in the future. read more

We needed a climate controlled storage facility for my son's items during summer break from Baylor. Not being from the area I wasn't very familiar with what options were available to us. While looking for a facility, I called Aaron's on Flat Rock Road and found they had a few units left available to rent for the summer. Upon arriving at the facility and seeing that it was new and clean, I felt good about my decision.
