The lady who handled my appointment schedule at the toll free number was very polite and set up the appointment with ease. The local guy was very understanding and polite as well. On moving day the guys showed up on time they gave me a text when they left the store they went to my parents home first then the apartment and then to the destination. They were very efficient and quick. They were also very polite. The hunks part is explained on the pic of the truck that I posted. It was a very nice experience as far as moving goes and pretty reasonable w the price as well. Would definitely use them again as well as recommend them to family and friends. There wasn't much to report that is negative. when I think about it nothing really. Very positive about this company plus they donated two meals to charity w every move.

Joe has not returned my property & refused to provide a refund for work that never got done saying, in writing, "you want your money back take me to court." So, sadly, it looks like we'll be seeing him in court when a simple refund for the uncompleted work would have solved the problem & would have been the right thing to do. It seems that Joe took on more work than he could get to & agreed to do work he did not have the manpower or equipment to do. Joe really seems like a genuinely good guy so his response to my refund request took me by suprise. I am glad other people seem to have had better success with him & hope he reconsiders. But in case he doesn't, I'll be filing with the BBB tomorrow & will be filling out the paperwork for small claims court to get that ball rolling. Joe, I'm sad & disappointed. We used them for a entire house move, loading a 26' Uhaul and trailer. The guys did a fine job and…read moreworked hard. I was a bit concerned if this was a legit company (fear of no labor showing up on load day!), but it all worked out. There is just not a lot of personal contact - most being done online. The workers came with all the equipment a professional should have. My only concern was the main guy did not know how to tie knots in rope - he could only use ratchet straps to secure loads in the truck. Not a problem if you know how and are there to do it. At the other end of the move, we had only minimal damage to items - less than I would have expected from commercial moving lines (Atlas, Mayflower, etc). Remember to tip the workers!
